Parade House is the perfect venue for elegant and intimate Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions. This prestigious Grade 1 Listed Georgian mansion can be exclusively yours for up to 54 guests, so you can make it your own for the day.

Nestled in the historic centre of the Country Town of Wiltshire, just on the Somerset borders, Parade House is ideally situated, being only 20 minutes away from Regency Bath and readily accessible from both Bristol and central London via the M4. The train station is just a 3-minute walk away.

Facilities and Capacity

Our beautifully furnished and decorated Georgian Mansion is fully licensed, with all the fine rooms available for Weddings and Civil Partnerships.

The delicate Bridgeton blue and white Drawing Room with its marble fireplace and elegant arched covings, or the atmospheric fully panelled Directors' Room marble fireplace and ornate ceiling are lovely settings for both Wedding Ceremonies and Drinks Receptions.

Then, sweep up the grand Georgian staircase to the beautiful and elegant Ballroom to enjoy a delicious Wedding Breakfast for up to 54 guests. With 2 fireplaces, 4 chandeliers and 7 full-height windows across the frontage of the building, the Ballroom is a bright and beautiful space for your Reception and Speeches. Suppose you'd like to continue your celebrations into the evening. In that case, the stylish Ushers Bar and boutique cinema Screening Room in the historic vaults are available for you and your guests to unwind. Finally, for your departure, we can arrange a spectacular wedding carriage and horses or a beautiful vintage car to whisk you away.

In the summer, the natural lights stream through all the full-height windows, and the house glows with sunshine and the smell of freshly cut flowers. In winter, Parade House transforms into a winter wonderland, with flickering candles and twinkling Christmas trees in each of the fine rooms and in the entrance hallway, reaching the full height of the grand staircase.

Parade House is fully licenced for Wedding Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships in all the fine rooms, so you can decide which room suits you best. Whether you prefer an elopement wedding, a quiet Marriage Ceremony only, or a full Reception with a sumptuous Wedding Breakfast, the choice is yours.

We want you to have the perfect wedding in this glorious historic setting, and from the moment you make an enquiry, our in-house wedding planners will work with you to ensure you enjoy every moment of your big day.

Need help figuring out where to begin? Don't worry; we are here to help. Parade House has a selection of hand-picked preferred suppliers, including florists, wedding caterers, photographers & videographers, musicians, entertainers, calligraphers and wedding cake designers ~ all of whom will work tirelessly to transform Parade House so that your Wedding Day is just as you imagined it.

We operate on a semi-dry hire basis, so if you prefer to use your own suppliers, we are happy to work with them as long as they fulfil our standard criteria.
