We had the pleasure of having Clare and Anjali as our wedding coordinators and it seems that these two were sent from wedding planning and coordination heaven!

From day one, they were at our beck and call and I don't think we can put into words our appreciation for their guidance, support and patience throughout our journey.
Quick replies to emails and calls, professional but personable communication, private and romantic wine and menu tasting and understanding and support during many bridal breakdowns!
They helped us arrange the running of the day and recommended the best times to have our pictures done, going as far as looking up the sunset time for our day resulting in the most incredible pictures, and unveiling each room as the day and night progressed keeping that wow factor going all day.

The team at Paradise have an eye for detail - the set up of our ceremony, cocktail hour, wedding breakfast and after party far exceeded our expectations and blew everyone, ourselves included, away. Our photographer was even impressed with the venue as it gave him so much to work with.
They ensured our guests were comfortable, and even went as far as rocking a crying baby to sleep while their mum enjoyed their dinner. There was not a piece of music or decor out of place - they understood our wants, needs and taste and truly knocked it out of the park. Did we mention the food and wine is exquisite??!

I am lucky enough that I knew about Paradise because it was my local! I first went to this pub about 15 years ago for a night out and I always remembered it! It’s one of those most gorgeous pubs I have ever been in. It’s so unique, beautiful decor and such a cozy vibe. The staff at Paradise were incredible on the day and in the lead up to the event. I really respected the fact that Clare was so honest about coatings, friendly, and just generally understanding about the type of day that we wanted to have. I recommend this to any couple that want a relaxed atmosphere with space to dance !! 😊

From our first visit to PBWOKG, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The venue itself is stunning but super unique and quirky too: the beautiful blossom tree and taxidermy animals and birdcages made for epic photos and gave the guests plenty to look at and talk about. Certainly no boring hotel conference carpet here! The way it's split into a couple of different sections really works on the day too: it kept things fresh and marked the move from ceremony to meal to evening shenanigans really clearly.

The food!! It was SO good! And the team catered brilliantly for the guests who had dietary requirements and were happy to accommodate our requests too. There was plenty of choice and it was all incredible.

Possibly most importantly was how good the team were who helped make it all happen. Clare was an absolute hero - she really listened to what we wanted and suggested some extra touches which went down an absolute storm on the day (post dinner cocktails - I think so!)! She was calm, meticulous in her organisation, really full of energy and support and even joined me in a mini-bop before I went down the aisle! She kept things running so well, even when our photos overran. Our other venue staff were also amazing - we can't thank them all enough.

If you know you want your wedding to be a little bit different (whether that's for lots of people or something more intimate), PBWOKG is such a great choice: after each other, it's possibly the best wedding decision we made. :)

We had a lovely wedding lunch in the private room at The Paradise. Everything was fantastic, the decor, the food and the staff were very thoughtful and attentive throughout the whole day.
