We so glad we went to see this venue at one of their open days. From meeting Samantha (the wedding coordinator) to the reception staff our first experience was great. The venue was dressed lovely with suppliers there to see and chat to. We booked in 2022 and fell in love so we married there in August of 2024. Every question and worry were answered quickly and my mind was eased at anything. On my wedding day Rafael and Keith looked after us and they were amazing from morning to night. The food was excellent and everything included in the package was worth every penny, with beautiful gardens for our pictures as well and as a bonus its dog friendly. If I could do it all again the way it was done I’d jump at the chance.

The team at Megginch castle could not have been anymore accommodating! We were so well looked after and nothing was a problem. The day ran so smoothly thanks to them and I didn't have a thing to worry about. They listen, they care and they are very generous and compassionate and kind hearted people. We will forever be grateful to them all. Megginch castle is simply stunning and holds a very special place in our hearts now. We will be visiting them again next time we are in Scotland!

Tracey, Rob & the team were fantastic from our initial enquiry right through to after our special day. They helped keep us on track with our arrangements outwith Culdees such as flowers, hair, makeup etc. Tracey was great at problem solving and offering help and guidance when our guestlist expanded. On our day, they made sure everything was running smoothly, guests were where they should be, that the Bridal Party were orgainised and dressed in time for photos, Tracey even helped me into my dress! Not only did we find every aspect amazing, our guests gave amazing feedback to us on how great the team were! They went above and beyond to ensure our day was as special as we pictured.

The most gorgeous venue with as much or little input as you wish. The yeam are there to answer all your questions ans i didnt think said no to anything. You can choose any vendor you wish, and they have some recommended suppliers of who have been there before and been great. You can have an indoor or outdoor ceremony and dont nned to decide until the morning of. So many rooms and spaces in and outside for photos and celebrating. There are lovely cottages for your bridal party. 2 beautiful yurts for a different but beaut 1st night as married couple. There's hot tubs at all the cottages and yurts. Could not wish for a more beautiful venue 😍

As soon as we viewed Murthly Castle we fell in love! It had everything and more that we were looking for; set in stunning grounds with its very own unique Chapel (has to be seen be believed!), walled garden, lochan, and ancient woodland. We had 60 guests and could therefor use the inside of the castle itself for the wedding (though there is plenty of room just outside the Castle or in the walled garden for a marquee). Having our wedding breakfast in the vaulted dining room was so special. Everybody commented on how stunning the whole place was. It made for the most perfect day in every single way. Thomas (who owns the Castle) was lovely, so easy to work with and also on hand during the day to answer all the guests questions about the history of the place etc. We had to move our original date due to Covid which was no problem for him whatsoever. I could not recommend Murthly Castle enough. A stunning venue in every way! Oh and very dog friendly too (we had our French Bulldog as our ring bearer!)
