Myself and Paul cannot thank you enough for organising and planning our wedding.

From first looking at the venue, we knew it was where we wanted our wedding to be. All Staff involved were truly professional, friendly and well organised. Guests who stayed said how looked after they all felt, especially my mum, rooms were beautiful, and breakfast just right. All our Wedding party said the food and evening buffet was superb. Ray was a gentleman, and the room by Jen was looking amazing.

You made our Wedding Day and the journey up to it unforgettable, yourself and all the staff should be proud of yourselves. We will certainly have great memories,

On behalf of Grace, Dan, Steve and myself may we thank you and the Marriott team for a wonderful day on the 8th June 2019 for Grace and Dan’s Wedding.
The room looked so beautiful with such careful attention to detail, the food was delicious, the new dance floor was a hit and the DJ had the dance floor full all night!
Ray did a fantastic job as Master of Ceremonies and looked after us until late into the evening making sure we all had everything we needed and all day all the staff were unreservedly helpful, friendly and just nice.
Steven took time with myself and my brother Nigel to sort out the lighting with us. The room was dimmed when the guests were arriving for the Ceremony and as Grace and Steve walked down the aisle, the lighting got brighter – it was just perfect! Dan was on hand to help out, Raz was always just where you needed him to help out and did a great job working on the room plan and other things too numerous to mention!
We did thank most of the staff on the day but I am so sorry, I forgot to ask Ray to thank the Chef’s. The breakfast was absolutely lovely and the buffet was great – the bacon and sausage barms went down really well! Could you pass on our thanks to both the day time and night time Chefs.
We had a wonderful day and weekend. Nothing was too much trouble for the Marriott team and we know Gemma that all your notes and understanding from our previous meetings were instrumental in everything going to plan and so perfectly. We had a fabulous Wedding that and a perfect day that we will all remember forever.

A massive thank you to the staff, they were great fun having a dance with us!! Our day was truly very special.

Just a quick note to say thank you to Jennifer for arranging such a great Wedding Taster Meal for us. The food was excellent the service was outstanding the young man David who dealt with us is an asset to the hotel. To all the staff involved at my daughter's wedding reception on the 8th September 2007, THANK YOU, everything was superb! A big thank you must go to Jennifer and Alex. Our Civil Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast were held at the Preston Marriott Hotel on Saturday 18th August and we wanted to offer all the staff that worked on the day our heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful day. When we started planning our wedding way back in January we had constant support and guidance from Jennifer Grist, our Wedding Co-ordinator and Sharon Brook who left no stone unturned and they attended to every request we made - nothing seemed too much trouble. The day of the wedding dawned and from arriving downstairs at 3pm for the ceremony, our day just ran perfectly. The Broughton Brasserie was beautiful and our thanks go to Monica and her dining room staff for their efforts. We then all moved over to the Admiral Suite and my breath was taken away, when Ken and I went to meet our guests the word that comes to mind is "stunning" tables etc. were beautiful and we thank all the staff that set up the room. They all worked so hard to make sure the meal was perfect and their attention to detail was superb. Even some of the trainees were so polite and helpful. Food presentation was excellent and very delicious! All 34 of our guests complemented their chosen dishes and felt that Head Chef Paul Mitchell and his staff has excelled themselves. Thanks must go to them. Last but certainly not least, our grateful thanks go to Ray Morgan our M.C for the day. Ray came to our room at 1.30pm and quietly talked Ken and myself through the day, that was so comforting, he left telling us that we must not worry and his staff would take care of everything. Why had I worried? He was just wonderful and guided us through each part of the day and was so courteous to our guests who were very impressed. We had 16 guests staying overnight and everyone told us how lovely their rooms were and without exception, slept well. The hub of the conversation the following morning was of course "The Marriott Breakfast" and the lovely choices - need I say more!! It is so gratifying to Ken and I that our guests were so happy on our special weekend. I could go on and on but so often we forget to say thank you and all eager to complain. So, from 2 very happy and contented customers THANK YOU TO ALL!

I just wanted to say a great big thank you for the excellent service on my wedding day on the 21st July 2007.

On that weekend there was 5 wedding at the hotel yet I can honestly say that I felt like mine was the only wedding they had.

The service and attention to detail was fantastic!

I am by far easy to please but they exceeded all my expectations and I am so glad I chose the Preston Marriott Hotel and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
