The Bell was a wonderful wedding venue. From our first visit, we such a positive vibe from the team and the barn looked beautiful. Amy was on hand from our initial meeting, answering our billions of questions and being very informative and patient along the way. Communication with The Bell was always excellent. All our questions were answered, and we were never left waiting to hear back. We had a couple of meetings between our first show around and our wedding day. Each one helped us to feel confident in our decision to use The Bell and made us look forward to our wedding even more. On the day, the staff were amazingly hardworking, professional and generally wonderful. Amy couldn't have done more for us and we are so grateful for her care, time and expertise. Dom was also on hand to help with questions and the set up, and again, we were really appreciative of his warmth and professionalism. Our wedding day was absolutely magical and ran beautifully. We had some of our group photos outside and went off with our photographer briefly for some additional photos in a nearby pretty field. Our guests loved the food and we loved the ability to choose from the group menu - which gave our guests much more choice over their food. The evening buffet was delicious as well. We couldn't be happier that we chose The Bell for our wedding. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Amy

When we wanted to get married, we only wanted a small intimate wedding with a few family and friends. I stumbled across the manor at abberley and when we visited we fell in love with it straight away! We planned the wedding within 4 months and everything just fell into place. Our wedding day was perfect, food was delicious, we had canapés and fish and chips for lunch then a buffet on the evening. I felt so stress free all running up to the wedding day and on the day everything was taken out of my hands. We loved our wedding so much and can’t thank the team enough for making it so special!

We booked the upstairs area for our wedding reception last July 29, 2023. It was amazing! Lauren was very approachable from the get go. She answered all our questions and was a good communicator. We knew we were in good hands. They don't do decorations for the event so we had to provide our own and arrange the space the night before our reception but please don't let this stop you from booking them for your wedding. Talk to them first. If anything, I loved that they didn't provide decorations because my groom and I were able to put our own personal touches to the wedding reception venue. Special shout out to the guy (besides Matt) who was working the night of 28th July 2023, I didn't get his name but he was very helpful to us. The food was delicious. The guests had good things to say about the meals and I was very pleased. The staff were very professional and flexible to our needs. We had one child for our wedding and they went above and beyond to provide a kid's menu for just one child which I'm really grateful for. The day went on flawlessly. My husband and I cannot thank you all enough for making our wedding day very special! :)

Had the most amazing weekend at the Greswolde Arms this weekend! Rooms were lovely and the wedding was fab!

We had a fabulous day that we will remember for a long time! The food was lovely and plenty of it, the DJ was great and the staff on shift were lovely. We've had nothing but good reviews from our guests - a great time was had by all. Ben and Emma

We have been visiting the Saxon Mill for a number of years so knew it was the place where we wanted to get married. We were emotionally attached having visited numerous times whilst we were dating so not only was place an ideal venue it also held an emotional attachment. I can honestly say from the meeting we held with the team at the Saxon Mill to the time we left at the end of our special day the team were excellent, always there to offer support but also guidance about the day from the wedding layout to the food we chose, nothing was to much trouble. The food was excellent and again nothing was to much trouble as we chose options not from the menus provided but something from all of them !!!. The venue setting is ideal with the river avon at the rear, great for photos and drinks if the sun shines to the area we had set aside in the mill to serve after wedding canapes and drinks. The upstairs room where the wedding service, food and nights entertainment is is ideal, full of character and charm, ideal for a wedding. I could keep going on, its a great venue. the team led by Will and Joss do a great job. i would highly recommend it.
