We got married at the stone trough in September and it was absolutely perfect. The day went so smoothly from start to finish and the venue is in set in absolutely stunning surroundings so the photos turned out amazing. Staff were fantastic and professional, the food that was provided went down so well with all our guests and drinks were kept flowing all day long. Highly reccomend this venue for a relaxed and intimate wedding, best day of our lives!

We had our wedding back in July and it was literally the best day ever !! Our guests were all taken back at how stunning the place was made to look and commented all day about it being the best wedding they had been to. Our journey started from the Thursday before where Debbie was there in hand to greet us dropping off the first van load of wedding stuff , telling me to set stuff aside where I wanted it and she would get it all sorted but being the control freak I am it wasn’t going to happen haha , Friday was day 2 van load a setting up .. the staff were there on hand to help , Debbie buzzing about still wanting to take the pressure off me but again me being me and wanting to do stuff .. I left the venue knowing I was in good hands with them !! Wedding Day !! Everything went perfectly Staff were amazing and so friendly with guests nothing was too much !! Debbie made sure our day went smooth and everyone commented how great she was …. Food was 5* at the wedding breakfast and the pizzas at night i was told we’re fab but I was too busy dancing to eat … I did manage some left over wedding cake the next day though … all in all the best day ever , and I recommend it to everyone looking for a venue and the breakfast the next day is great for your hangover ! Thankyou so much everyone at The Peppered Pig

From the minute we walked in to looking around the venue, to the in depth conversations before even booking was amazing. We decided to book after such an easy decision. Courtney & Becki (even though she was on maternity leave) were both there when we went to look around and just fantastic service and gave us so many options but in a good way not where you couldn't decide. They were in contact with us every step of the way and so accommodating to any changes we made and even came up with suggestions for our perfect day. The venue is just amazing and we couldn't have been happier how the whole day turned out. Nothing was too much trouble and the work they behind the scenes is fantastic. The food was top notch and we met the head chef Scott a few times to discuss and make sure we were happy with the options. The General Manager Pete invited us in for a taster menu and was so welcoming and he went out of his way like the rest of the team to make sure our day was perfect. To The Halfway team you were amazing and we couldn't have had a better day and that was down to your hard work and execution. Amazing place and venue and we highly recommend anyone looking for a venue, this is the place for you. Many Thanks Josh & Joanne

We can't thank Humphrey and the team at The Chapter Hall enough for all their hard work throughout (and in the run up to) our wedding day. It's such a lovely industrial venue and the perfect blank canvas to dress as much or as little as you like, with beautiful original features like flagstone floors and red brick walls. The team were really accommodating and we worked with them to create a day we'll always remember. We really appreciate all that they did for us. Thank you!! N&A x

We have just returned from honeymoon and we wanted to drop you an email to say thank you to yourself and to moorlands for hosting our wedding reception on the 27th May. Everybody commented how much they were impressed by Moorlands the Marquee and particularly how good the food was. Lynn and I were very pleased with our decision to use Moorlands, you made us both feel very comfortable that everything that we had agreed would be done. The day went as well as it could, weather wasn’t perfect but the rain managed to stay away and we got lots of photographs. So again, a massive thank you, to you and all at Moorlands.
