Q Vardis is a wedding venue situated in Uxbridge, Middlesex. This expansive property offers a variety of event spaces for couples to celebrate their entire wedding in England's countryside. Surrounded by luscious green gardens, couples can make use of this country setting as well as the chic interior of Q Vardis. Whether it’s a quaint ceremony or a large banquet, this venue can comfortably host the wedding you deserve and have always envisioned.
Facilities and Capacity
The Millard Suite is the ideal location for ceremonies. This quaint area is complete with bright lighting and a neutral colour scheme so you can add your own style to the proceedings. This airy space can host seated ceremonies with up to 80 of your loved ones. Doors from the Millard Suite lead to the site’s splendid gardens. This spacious garden is great for post-ceremony photos that will be cherished for a lifetime. This outside space may also be used for cocktail hours during the summer months if desired. Here, you can sip on beverages, mingle with guests, and watch as the sunsets on your magical celebration. After your time spent in the gardens, you and your loved ones can make their way to the restaurant for a memorable banquet filled with delicious cuisine. Receptions may also take place inside the restaurant or one of the venue’s other event spaces. These areas have ample space for seated guests, a dance floor, and live entertainment. A maximum of 480 people can attend receptions at Q Vardis.

Nick & his team are amazing!
This venue is by far the best wedding venue and I could not recommend it enough! After viewing several venues for our wedding, QVardis stood out the most for us. Nick has wedding packages that will suit all. From the get go, Nick was on the ball, asked us all what we wanted and created our very own bespoke package for our big day! He was very accommodating, made us feel at ease and took all the big stresses off us. He was always willing to give an extra hand as well. The venue is incredibly beautiful, the decor we had on the day was out of this world, the food is 10/10, no complaints whatsoever and the staff made sure everyone was ok, we all had drinks, all throughout our sit down service. The only thing I was gutted about was when it all came to an end, the day went so fast! I’ve already asked the other half when we renew our vows we will be doing it here all over again😅
Everything was perfect, I couldn’t have asked for anymore. Thank you to Nick and his team for our amazing day!

Great Wedding Venue
We were looking for one place that offered the wedding ceremony and reception, this ticked all the boxes.
Nick was able to tailor the packages available. For the wedding breakfast we made selections for the menu, the colour scheme and the cake and Nick did the rest as well organising the photographer, the car and the DJ.
Everything went like clockwork and we had an amazing day. Six months on and people are still mentioning the venue, particularly the food! Would highly recommend.

What an amazing day!
From the very moment I looked at this venue online, I knew this was the place I wanted to get married. Having everything all in one place made the planning of this day run so smoothly. Nick and his team are so experienced and organised, at not one point did my husband and I feel stressed at all. The whole venue was so beautiful and the layout and decorations were amazing. With my husband being a chef, we were obviously expecting a high quality of food and oh my… Every single guest complimented how delicious each and every dish was. Not just from the three course meal, but also how tasty the evening buffet was too.
The staff members were just so lovely and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole day. It was really nice to be able to have a laugh with them.
The added touches of the pick and mix stand and the photo booth, really made it such a fun evening. I am just so glad we were able to have such a wonderful, special day at Q Vardis.

Our wedding reception
We would highly recommend q vardis for a venue simply because there was so much choice and variety of food and desserts. Nick who owns the venue was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs to create our perfect evening.

Fantastic wedding venue - do no hesitate to book!
Amazing location for wedding - Nick and his team were fantastic thank you so much - the food was amazing, flowers and decorations were perfect and everything went perfect - best day ever. The package was brilliant well priced and helped get get the price down where he could. Car was fantastic he listened to everything we asked for. Nick is very attentive and he really made our wedding day special and above all Personal for us. Thank you so much. We even got to take the flowers home from the table to lay on my mum’s grave - fantastic touches.

Our Special Day
I wanted a venue that would cater for both our ceremony and reception under one roof. Although this venue offers specific wedding packages, I wanted bits and pieces from each package. I met up with Nick (with my spreadsheet), he said 'let's go from the top', I told him exactly what I wanted and he tailored my package, providing a very agreeable price. This took all the stress away, having our cake, photographer, wedding car, flowers, venue decor all arranged for me. We had so many comments from those who came to share our special day, on how our wedding was such a lovely day. The food for our wedding breakfast was plentiful and super tasty. All of the special touches were also appreciated, light up dance floor, flower wall, photo booth, wishing well for cards etc...

It was an amazing experience
I would like to thank Nick and his staff for their support and dedication to help us on our wedding day., especially Nick who’s very hands-on with everything. He reassured and communicated with us from the beginning and in the end, the wedding was absolutely wonderful. I can’t ask for more! We had a buffet and the food was delicious and made me want to get another plate. Q Vardis is a hidden gem, it’s amazing how everything just falls into place. I’m very thankful for them. Will definitely recommend this venue, the packages were flexible and worth it!

Nick and his team are wonderful
Choosing Q Vardis and working with Nick and his team for our wedding was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we met Nick, his warmth and dedication shone through, making every step of the planning process a joy. Even when unexpected guests arrived, Nick and his team handled it with grace and professionalism, ensuring everyone felt welcome and cared for. The food was an absolute highlight, with every dish impeccably prepared and bursting with flavor - our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious curry! Kelly's cake was not only a stunning centerpiece but also exactly what we envisioned. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our day truly magical, and we are forever grateful. Nick's attention to detail and calming presence turned me, an overwhelmed bride-to-be, into a relaxed and joyful one. Thank you, Nick, for making our wedding an unforgettable experience!

Unrivalled, professional and stress free experience
Nick and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. My fiance and I approached him in February 2023 enquiring about getting married and with Nicks help we had everything we wanted and more and had the wedding of our dreams just a few months later in August 2023.
Nothing was ever too much, no question was ever too silly (it probably was but he was definitely too polite to say that!) He never nagged for money, tried to upsell or push us into more expensive options - he even talked us out of uneccessary extras to keep our day within budget and swapped and changed things within the package to make it perfect for us.
Even going as far as upgrading us to flower centrepieces as a surprise for the wedding day. He stayed right through to the speeches and just overall and wonderful and stress free experience.
Such a lovely guy and team and all our guests commented on how lovely it was. Honestly thank you for everything you're an absolute star. 🥰✨️

Simply Fantastic!
We had our wedding at Q Vardis on 7th October 2023 and the Nick and his team were fantastic! We booked Q Vardis for our wedding 14 months prior to our wedding date, Nick will discuss your requirements and budget and will build a package to suit your requirements. Nick is clearly well experienced and an expert in this field and has the contacts in the industry to ensure your day is excellent, runs smoothly and all the finer details are taken care of. The venue is divided into 3 parts, the mallard suite, the restaurant and then the bar/dance and lounge area, we really liked this as guests were not waiting around for set up and room changes and could simply move to the next part of the venue when it was time. There is also a large garden area with Fray's River and this area makes a beautiful backdrop for photos. We opted for a 3 course knife and fork buffet for our wedding breakfast, the food was absolutely delicious! Many of our guests commented on how good the food was. The waiting staff were extremely efficient, topping up guests glasses and clearing plates. We also had our wedding cake made in house which was absolutely beautiful and an finger buffet for the evening, which again was delicious. All flowers, table arrangements were taken care of, table linen and bow sashes were provided and we had use of a PA system for all the usual wedding speeches. In the evening a DJ, door staff, bar staff were all provided aswell as an LED dance floor and all the bar tables were decked out in table cloths and bow sashes! The hilight of the evening was the a green screen photo booth with props! This was a huge hit with our guests, especially the kids - they loved it! If you want value for money, look no further than Q Vardis! You won't regret it.

Excellent ,wonderful service,staff amazing.
Absolutely perfect day,Nick took care of everything and made everything flow easily,there was no hitches ,it all went smoothly ,all the staff were very friendly and made it such a great atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble, such a beautiful venue with everything there that is needed for a great day .

From meeting nick and his team we decided to go with him he takes care of everything absolutely everything from cake,food was exceptional ,dressing Hall Dj security the day flowed so smooth I can't understand why everyone does not do this his team was exceptional polite helpful and always willing to help it is a bit strange leaving everything to nick but he delivered with ease my wedding day on 26th Aug 2023

Amazing wedding day
We had our wedding here and couldn't of been more happy with how our day went. The staff are lovely and Nick couldn't be any more amazing. He really does take care of everything and makes you feel instantly at ease with your day. As soon as we met Nick we knew we wanted our wedding here. The food is fantastic and everyone of our Guest commented on how nice it was. He has a great network of suppliers from cake maker to photographer. Definitely recommend this venue and his suppliers.
