Facilities and Capacity

From the baroque and rococo styling of The Great Hall to the extravagant colouring of the Red Saloon, each event space can be adapted to ensure your day runs just as you have imagined. The illustrative painted South Staircase features exotic animals, locations, and personal commissioned portraits of the resident family. This elegant staircase is a perfect backdrop and conversation starter for your drinks reception. Downstairs, the refurbished Vaulted Hall transforms into a contemporary evening reception space and features a bar, stage, and dance floor, where your guests can dance the night away. The Great Hall has a maximum capacity of 220 guests for a ceremony and works impeccably for a seated banquet of 180. The Red Saloon is the perfect spot for an intimate occasion, with a licensed capacity of 104 for a civil ceremony and 60 for a wedding breakfast. Outside, Ragley Hall’s 26 acres of formal gardens, designed by Robert Marnock, are perfect for your wedding photographs, with an incredible view of Woodland Avenue. These gardens can also host larger parties with sufficient space for a marquee.

Stunning! Perfect venue.

The most perfect venue for our wedding. The team were excellent and we’ll look back with fond memories of what a wonderful setting and venue for our wedding.

Fabulous and grand venue

Ragley Hall is a spectacular venue for a wedding, which includes absolutely amazing views with the vast array of gardens surrounding it, a classic yet stunning building and in a location which is easily accessible. This made it the perfect romantic setting for our wedding and a stunning backdrop to capture amazing videos and pictures giving a feel of grandness and prestige. The Great Hall was perfect for our English wedding ceremony and the red saloon for drinks. The back gardens were stunning for our photos, not to mention the brilliant staircase and library. The great hall was then turned around in time for our drink’s reception with the grand fireplace well suited for the head table. All our guests were also impressed with the venue and enjoyed the day.

Cathie Debar in particular was very helpful in organising the day, to make recommendations and and answering all our questions. Cathie was present on the day to ensure it all went to plan a had an eye for detail at the right moments.

We felt in the early stages of sorting the contracts and responsiveness to key questions were a little slow to begin so this seems like an area of focus for Ragley. However, it all came together perfectly towards the end.

An outstanding venue that can accommodate many people and many types of weddings

We got married in October and look back on our day at Ragley Hall with great fondness. Despite the weather not being the best the versatility of the venue meant that we were able to still have a fantastic day indoors. We were able to accommodate 180 guests on the day which is fairly rare when you consider we didn't have to use a marquee. The staff that run the venue are brilliant and very good at finding solutions for the day when you're not sure about what to do for the unique parts of your day. We were absolutely delighted with this venue and couldn't have pictured the day going better else where.

Had our dream wedding and felt like royalty!

Ragley Hall is a dream place if your lucky enough to choose it for your wedding venue. Me and my wife had our wedding here and we just wanted to say a massive, massive thank you to the Ragley Hall team, especially Cathie for all the pre planning and organising that she did on the day. Even throughout the actual wedding day, Cathie the wedding co-ordinator acted as a reassuring presence and just touching base with her helped to keep everything on track and definitely helped to keep me relaxed during the day. Leading up to the wedding day both Sean and Cathie from the events team always answered any queries we had and were a pleasure to work with. Logistically Ragley is not the easiest place as there is lots of walking and this was a concern for us when it came to my grandma who is 90 plus years old! However Cathie and her team on the day went above and beyond and even provided a wheelchair to help her get around. My grandma was more then comfortable throughout.

We thank Ragley Hall and the team for hosting our special day. Our guests all complimented the venue with many saying its the best venue they have been to! If you thinking of booking Ragley do it, its the best!

What a venue!

Where do I start about Ragley Hall? We’d seen about 8 venues before we visited Ragley and whilst they were beautiful, they were all missing something. We drove up to Ragley and we were blown away, we looked at each other as we pulled up outside and I knew it was going to be the one. It had everything you could possibly hope for in a wedding venue. From the moment we booked, Cathie and the team were beyond helpful and amazing. They made all of our dreams come true, nothing was too much trouble, they were so kind and this was case even during our wedding day. What we loved about Ragley was how the team plan to use the space to a maximum, we used pretty much all the available rooms and this was curated perfectly by Cathie and the team, who took our guests on a journey through the house from the Red Saloon to the Vaulted Hall. Even now, almost three months on, our friends and family are still talking about our day. Thank you team Ragley, you helped us to create the best day of our lives and we only hope to be able to visit again soon. I can’t reccomend this venue enough, enchanting, unique, full of character and simply breathtaking!

Absolutely stunning venue and amazing staff

I had my wedding at Ragley hall with 220 people and it was just stunning!

The grounds are already gorgeous but you can amplify this with florals if you want to. Inside needs hardly any decoration because it’s so beautiful already!

The team were so prepared for the day and helped to make everything run smoothly!

My Daughter’s wedding

My daughters wedding was amazing, thank you to all the Ragley Hall Team, and especially a big thank you to Cathey, she was amazing, she took care of everything n the day allowing us all to enjoy the whole day.

Fairytale venue

Cathie, Sean and the rest of the team were brilliant, very approachable from start to finish, and very upfront about everything including costing. They were able to organise multiple meetings and were very involved, you get a wedding co-ordinator for the day who are present on the day of the wedding which makes it run ever so smoothly. The venue itself is just absolutely breath-taking and I got so many compliments on it. We did a South Asian wedding there with about 180 people including a walkway and a stage and it was just perfect. There are so many rooms there which means your guests have a lot of space to wander around and you get a lot of space to play with. The grounds outside make for very scenic pictures and make it a perfect spot for the canapes and drinks reception. Highly recommend, if not for everything else but for the beauty of the great hall

October Wedding

We would like to confirm all Kate's comments on her wedding reception here at Ragley!. Cathie was a great help (and very patient!) answering all our questions, coming up with suggestions and generally organising things, and it is thanks to her and the rest of the lovely staff that the day went so perfectly. A day to remember and one we can recommend.

A perfect venue

I looked at many venues before visiting Ragley Hall; on a day where I was also seeing 4 other venues afterwards. As soon as I entered, I had a feeling that Ragley Hall was going to be special and for once I could not find fault with any part of the venue! The great hall was everything I had been wishing for as a place to hold our wedding breakfast, and the 'animal room' as I call it, as well as the red saloon were perfect for an indoor drinks reception, and I fell in love with the glitter ball in the vaults! After I left Ragley to see other venues I could not stop thinking about it and knew my husband-to-be would love it as much as I did. One of the main reasons we chose Ragley Hall however, were the stunning grounds. We chose to get married in early October so had our fingers crossed the weather would be good enough to hold our reception outside (although we were more than happy with the inside of the venue in case of bad weather!) Luckily the weather was perfect and our guests and photographer really enjoyed the stunning grounds. Cathie and her colleagues were excellent at organising things and were more than happy to answer numerous emails, texts and visits in the weeks leading up to the wedding. They were so accommodating that it felt there was nothing we could ask for that couldn't be done, and I really feel they went the extra mile. I couldn't think of a better place to have held our wedding, and my husband and I had the best day possible. I wouldn't have to think twice in recommending Ragley Hall as a top venue.

Wonderful

Ragley Hall, was the perfect place for our wedding especially a big Indian wedding! The staff were brilliant with helping us utilise the space and their recommendations made the day very special. Everyone was very professional and the day ran beautifully. I cannot recommend booking Ragley enough it’s stunning!

A Dream Wedding Come True

The moment we drove up to the grounds of Ragley Hall, I knew this was where I wanted to hold my wedding reception. The stunning scenery, the beautifully decorated rooms, the building itself and the glorious grounds, was just all mesmerising, and did provide an incredible romantic backdrop for our wedding reception. On the actual day, Ragley staff were there to ensure the smooth running of the day, the sun was out, everything was utter perfection. The Ragley Hall suppliers were also excellent, Good Intents marquee team, Bruce and Lucy created the most awesome marquee I’ve ever seen to hold our 350 guests. Kelly&Sati from VogueLuxury Events provided breathtaking top class decor, and Shamim of Five Rivers ran everything like clockwork, not to mention serving exquisite food. I have to also mention out photographer and videographer team, Sadha videos, and DJ RajeevB from Kudos, along with Ivory Keys, and SweetAlchemyWedding Cakes, who all together put the finishing touches to our very special day. It really was our dream wedding come true.

Stunning venue for an Indian wedding

I had my civil and Indian wedding at Ragley Hall and I have to say, it was the best day of my life. The team made sure my day went as smoothly as possible, they all looked after me, my now husband, and our 200 or so guests really well.

Everything was so perfect, and I know that we wouldn't have been able to it without the team. Thanks to the Ragley team for all your care and patience - all of our guests commented on how fabulous the Ragley staff were. Everything went so smoothly, and I really can't put into words how much we both appreciate it.

I know that it is a huge task organising an event on such a large scale - so hats off to everyone involved for making sure everything was just right. The sun even came out which was such a bonus, so everyone really got to enjoy the grand setting of Ragley Hall. Everyone was in awe of the setting.

It was the perfect location for a perfect day, and I can't thank the fabulous team at Ragley enough for making it amazing.

Amazing Place

Amazing just amazing., absolutely beautiful building. The house is very picturesque and the garden has mesmerising views. 15 September 19, A very bright sunny day, later covered with clouds.

We went there to attend a daytime reception. Arrangements were up to mark. Staff are very professional and helpful. Ample place for parking.
Looking forward to visit again for an event
