  Wedding of Our Dreams

  My husband and I had our wedding at All Saints in September and it was absolutely perfect. The planning process/meetings was so easy and straightforward thanks to the amazing events team. Nothing was too much trouble and they answered all of my silly questions very quickly. Melissa was our dedicated planner, she was friendly, helpful, amazing at her job and made sure that our day went smoothly. We had a rehearsal the day before to make sure the aisle timings were perfect, ensured we had their private dining room for a rehearsal dinner and made sure we had drinks waiting for us as soon as we go back from our photoshoot on the day! It was reasonably priced in comparison to other venues that we felt were extortionate for what they were! If you’re thinking of booking, you won’t regret it!

  Best wedding Venue!

  We cannot thank and recommend everyone at All Saints enough. Our wedding day was everything we dreamt of. All of the staff went above and beyond to make our day so special, nothing was too much of an ask. Planning for the day was so enjoyable and stress free due to the amazing work from Melissa and Rosie.
  
  The food was outstanding and we received lots of compliments from our guests.
  
  We would recommend All Saints to anyone who may be looking for their perfect wedding venue. We just wish we could do the day all over again -We would have not changed a thing!

  The Best day of our lives

  Me and My wife got married in August 2022, There are no words we can write that could even begin to describe just how perfect our day was. This was all down to the help, planning and organisation of all our wedding suppliers and everyone at the All saints Hotel in Bury St Edmunds. Rosie and Mel and their team were just flawless in everything they did. They were so professional and this made the biggest day of our lives the day we will never forget. We would highly recommend this venue and its team to anyone thinking of getting married.

  Best venue ever!

  We were fortunate enough to get married at All Saints in December 2022, and what a day it was!
  From the moment we viewed All Saints, we fell in love. Hannah showed us around, and totally sold it to us. It was clear that All Saints was the venue for us.
  We quickly booked our date (approx. 18 months ahead), and throughout the planning Melissa and Rosie were so helpful.
  Melissa was our assigned coordinator, which we were thrilled about. Melissa was great for helping us come up with ideas and guiding us on what works, her support leading up to the wedding and the day before/day of/day after was just excellent. We felt like we could ask Melissa anything, and she'd do what she could to help us.
  If Melissa was on a day off, Rosie was always such a good support. Rosie would be able to step in and help in Melissa's absence, so it was so smooth and we felt in safe hands at all times.
  
  On the day, nothing was too much trouble. We had all 40 rooms booked out for our guests, and the hotel staff were brilliant! From reception, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff... our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing and how polite the hotel staff were.
  Our guests found their rooms really comfortable, the food was incredible (our guests didn't go hungry!), and the bar staff were so friendly.
  I also want to give a big thanks to Charlee for her support in managing the room bookings and being on hand for our guests at check in/check out. And even responding to an email on Christmas Day!
  So overall, a huge thank you to everyone at All Saints for ensuring our day ran perfectly.

  Wedding Day

  We had our wedding day at All Saints Hotel in October 2022. The events team were excellent, especially Rosie (and Melissa) who ensured our day went really smoothly. They helped us to organise everything which took a lot of the stress away from us. We had a perfect day and everyone commented on how wonderful the venue was with great service provided by all the staff. The reception staff were particularly helpful too and really friendly when greeting our guests. The food was delicious and plentiful, nothing was too much trouble and all our guests had a fabulous day. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to celebrate their wedding day at All Saints Hotel.

  Wedding - September 2022

  We held our wedding at All Saints Hotel in September 2022. We decided to do our wedding slightly different with an intimate wedding day with a big party at a different venue a few days later. From the minute we discussed this with Rosie, she was completely understanding of what we wanted to achieve and helped us organise the perfect day. Everything ran like clockwork, the food was amazing, as were the staff. All of our guests commented on how lovely everything was, we honestly could not fault anything. Rosie was extremely patient throughout the whole planning process and on the day, and Melissa was great too. It really is a lovely venue and they are very good at what they do - we would highly recommend them to anyone.

  The perfect day!

  We had our perfect day at All Saints. The food was excellent and all I’d our guests commented on how lovely all of the staff were. From the early planning meetings through to the actual day the events team were super organised and helped us put everything in place for the most amazing day.

  Absolutely amazing!

  Well what can I say Melissa and the Events Team went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly and exactly how i had planned in my head. The wedding breakfast food was amazing, we got so many compliments, as was the hog roast in the evening. The staff during the reception were fantastic. The venue itself is beautiful with lovely grounds for some amazing photos. Overall i would highly recommend All Saints Hotel as a wedding venue. We had the best day but that was all thanks to the hotel, Melissa and there amazing events team.

  Best Day of Our Lives

  One month ago, by a miracle and the amazing All Saints team, was our wedding day! My (now) husband and I have had the most wonderful experience with All Saints Hotel and their events team, from the start to the end of the journey. In October, it became clear that our planned wedding was not going to happen and so we looked for a smaller option, in fitting with government guidelines. From the moment we met Bethany at All Saints, we felt relaxed and encouraged that, despite all the restrictions, she would do everything she could to give us a special day to remember. We were not disappointed! Communication was excellent, the facilities were stunning and the service was impeccable. We cannot fault a thing.
  
  The Bridal suite was gorgeous, with a very comfortable bed, enormous bathroom and plenty of room for getting ready. The room in which we held our reception was simply beautiful and perfect - although we only had 15 people, it did not feel empty. The staff were all amazing and did everything they could to make our day, and our entire stay, as wonderful as possible. The team that served our food at the wedding were all absolutely brilliant and I wish I could remember their names to commend them personally. They were always on hand to help when needed but never loitering or in the way. They were warm and friendly and even used our names which was a lovely touch. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too.
  
  The food was absolutely incredible. All of our guests said how delicious it was, including one rather fussy eater - so that's saying something! The sticky toffee pudding in particular was something else. Bethany made sure throughout the day that we had everything we needed, ensuring we had the best opportunities for photos possible and helping us with little extras like our sparklers. When I mentioned how much my shoulders were aching from my dress (!), Bethany booked us in for a much needed massage in the spa the following day, which was a blissful experience.
  
  I could go on really. This review may sound too good to be true but my husband and I honestly had the time of our lives and we are so grateful to everyone at All Saints Hotel who made that happen, especially Bethany. We had no idea, even 48 hours prior to the wedding, if it would actually go ahead given all of the ever-changing restrictions, but throughout the process we knew that Bethany and her team would do everything they could to make our day happen if possible. From the mulled wine to the golf course photos to the extended checkout for family members, the little extra touches were everywhere and so, so appreciated.
  
  THANK YOU so much Bethany and all of your team. We just wish that we could come back and do it all again!

  Fabulous

  My husband and I had our wedding at All Saints Hotel at the end of August. We had been planning the wedding since meeting with Rebecca and Ashley at the start of last year. From the beginning we knew that we would be well taken care of - both ladies were incredibly professional and friendly and on hand to answer any questions we had. The planning of our day was then taken on by Faye who handled everything with just as much helpfulness and professionalism.
  We spent most of the wedding weekend at the hotel as we had many family members and friends travelling in from various countries who were also staying there (the hotel rooms are very comfortable and luxurious!), so we had planned a dinner the night before the wedding as well at the hotel's View Bar & Restaurant. Dinner was lovely and everyone enjoyed the meal - the service was fab! Faye and the staff had everything sorted out right down to the smallest details which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy the weekend to the full and spend as much time with our loved ones and guests as we could.
  The food we had organised for the day was perfect - the chefs did a wonderful job and everyone was catered for, including our guests with special dietary requirements. Everything was very well executed - the staff was virtually invisible in their tasks but were available to help out with anything when asked.We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place for our special day and the events prior and after our wedding! Thank you so much to all of the staff involved in the preparation and execution of the day,you're all fabulous!
