  Bowood Hotel and Spa

  Bowood went above and beyond to make our amazing day happen. It looked like it was going to rain so it was decided that we'd have the service inside. Just over an hour before the ceremony the sun came out and I asked for the service to be outside, Bowood were amazing and went straight downstairs and moved everything outside for us.

  A massive thank you.............

  "Mark and I wanted to send a massive thank you to you, Ella, in helping us plan our wedding; nothing was too much trouble, everything had the can do attitude and you were just great to work with.
  
  Despite the original plan to be outside, it never made any difference to the fantastic day we had inside. The décor and room set up looked fantastic and exceeded my expectations, nothing was too much trouble for your team, everyone was calm, but with giving me the guarantee it was all in control.
  
  Extra special thanks go to Rebecca, the lady who was leading the whole event, she is a woman who gets things done and shows real calm, positive leadership and you could see her team were all on board. She checked-in with me to ensure timings of things, she also reminded me that we were due to give a speech, but it was subtle and she got things moving along – fantastic!
  
  My guests have commented on the food, the wine and generally what a fabulous place Bowood is to stay and have a wedding, I sincerely couldn’t of asked for a more amazing day, in fact it was without doubt the best day of my life, smooth sailing from start to finish, so a MASSIVE thank you to everyone involved."

  It was the best day or our lives!

  "The staff at the venue were fantastic. The venue was perfect, nothing was to much trouble at all during the planning stage or on the day. The organisation was amazing and the staff look after all details on the day to help the smooth running of your wedding. Ella Lee has been amazing from the first meeting, we were blown away by the organisation, support and patience, especially as there was a short amount of time to organise everything. Even though Ella wasn't able to attend our wedding day, Gemma and Michael were amazing. The greeting on arrival was 5 star. The whole team were on hand and ready to help. Throughout the day all the staff were outstanding, helpful, friendly and welcoming to all guests. They went above and beyond to make sure it all ran smoothly. The food was of the highest quality and every table commented on how good the food was and how it catered for all guests. People, weeks after the wedding, were still talking about how much they enjoyed the food. Excellent options to choose from for all guests, allergies and dietary requirements were no problem and excellent. Bowood is a stunning location and has great views over the golf course and onto acres of stunning land. The venue is a great size and can cater for large or small wedding parties. The wedding was great value for money, you revive so much for your money from service, venue, staff and food. We wouldn't change anything about the day, it was perfect and all our guests loved it! It really couldn't have gone better and was the best day of our lives. Thank you for everything, it is a day we will always look back on with the best memories."

  Brilliant day. Michael ensured everything went to plan, he was really helpful all day. Ella has been the most helpful and supportive wedding co-ordinator we could have asked for. She made organising our wedding so easy. She was always accessible by email or phone through the whole year that we worked with her and nothing was too much effort. I cannot thank Ella enough for the support she has given us leading up to and on our big day, she is a credit to Bowood and I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family. Michael was a star and was very welcoming. He was reassuring and supportive throughout the whole day. Lovely venue, lovely location, lovely team. Thank you for giving us such a memorable day.
