  Exceptional wedding venue

  Burtonfields Hall is an amazing venue to choose for your wedding. The house itself has so much character, and Will really goes above and beyond to make you feel as though it’s your house for the duration of the wedding. From before we booked our wedding, Will was always on hand to answer any queries or concerns we had, and this was consistent right up until the end of our wedding weekend. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we knew exactly what was going to / needed to happen for all the finer details of the wedding. Will was also a very calming presence, especially on the morning of the wedding. Ensuring everything ran to time, making sure everyone knew where they needed to be, nothing felt like it would be missed. The rest of the staff at Burtonfields Hall on the day of the wedding were tremendous, and we can’t speak highly enough of them. They were attentive and always happy to help, with the bar staff always being on hand to help bring the party. The way the staff all interacted with other suppliers, such as the caterers demonstrated their professionalism, and helped ensure the day ran smoothly.
  The rooms at Burtonfields Hall are absolutely gorgeous. The thought that has gone into decorating them all, each with their own unique style and decoration is so special. All our guests have commented on the rooms, both in terms of comfort and space, but also how relaxed they felt in the rooms because of this and the decoration.
  All in all, we honestly couldn’t recommend Burtonfields Hall enough for a wedding.

  The perfect wedding venue

  We had the best day ever having our wedding reception at Burtonfields Hall this August. It really is the perfect wedding venue!
  
  From our first visit, we knew that no other venue compared. The house has recently been renovated to a really high standard. Burtonfields has done a brilliant job of blending the old and the new together, creating a truly unique, traditional and modern feel. The outside of the house and the surrounding grounds are equally as stunning.
  
  Will, the owner, was also brilliant from our initial contact. Will was always on hand to answer all of our queries, provided us great guidance and helped the day run smoothly. As Burtonfields is Will’s family home, it made the whole experience feel really special and very unlike other commercial wedding hotel set ups.
  
  All of our guests were so impressed with the venue and we really had the best weekend celebrating our wedding at Burtonfields Hall. Thank you so much for having us - we hope to come back one day! Sarah & Tim

  The Perfect Venue

  Burtonfields Hall is such a unique and special wedding venue, offering the best of both worlds with grandeur and class as well as a homely, relaxed and personal feel. We fell in love with Burtonfields right from our first visit and knew it would be the perfect setting for our wedding. Will, the owner and wedding coordinator, was so helpful and supportive, getting to know us as a couple and what was important to us for our celebration, kindly hosting us for multiple visits before our big day and always just an email or a phonecall away in the run-up to the wedding.
  
  We chose to have a full weekend celebration and were made to feel so at home throughout. The 9 bedrooms are all unique but equally beautiful, with every little detail thought of. The Bridal Suite is the most stunning setting for a special wedding morning, spacious and comfortable, flooded with natural light, and elegantly decorated to provide the perfect backdrop for photographs. As well as the many beautiful indoor spaces for guests to break off into, outdoors we had garden games on the lawn, live music on the patio, numerous options for beautiful photo backdrops in the pristinely kept gardens, and a marquee for a picnic-style lunch and speeches, for which Will sourced tables especially to fit the relaxed feel we wanted. The multitude of spaces at Burtonfields means there is a comfortable place for everyone, yet guests are never too far from one another.
  
  Will and the team were always on hand for anything we needed and made sure everything ran seamlessly. We are so grateful for the time and attention to detail they gave to every element of the weekend, whilst making everything feel so relaxed and laid back.
  
  Thank you Will, Kieran, and the rest of the team at Burtonfields for the most magical wedding celebration we could have imagined. Finding a beautiful venue is one thing, but having such wonderful people there to actually make it happen is another, and we are so grateful to the Burtonfields team for doing this for us.

  An absolutely incredible wedding venue

  We got married at Burtonfields Hall a few weeks ago, and I genuinely can’t believe we had the privilege. It is the most beautiful wedding venue I have ever seen, but also somehow provided a cosy home from home on the Friday night and Sunday morning. Will was really helpful throughout the planning process, giving practical advice and responding to all our queries. The Burtonfields team were brilliant on the day, everything went smoothly with them sorting everything behind the scenes. Thank you Will for ensuring we had an incredible day! Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Burtonfields as a wedding venue!

  A fabulous wedding venue

  We had the most amazing wedding at Burtonfields Hall. From our first visit we immediately both knew it was the wedding venue for us. Burtonfields hall is a beautiful venue inside and out with wonderful gardens and it didn’t have any of that commercial hotel feel that put us off other venues, it felt like an intimate personal sort of venue, that suited well to our wedding with around 50 guests, although they can accommodate more. The owner Will was friendly and laid back and put us both at ease, was helpful through the process and answered our questions, and was happy to accommodate a couple of additional visits with our parents prior to the day. On the day itself, we were lucky to have beautiful sunny June weather, everything was well organised and went smoothly. The caterers Doms Kitchen who were recommended by Burtonfields Hall, catered a fully vegan menu for us and we had lots of compliments from guests on the high quality of the food. The rooms we stayed in were very spacious and luxurious. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue and would highly recommend for your wedding.

  It is so beautiful throughout and the grounds are just immaculate. It provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding and having the room for friends and family to stay over the night before and the night of made it all the more special.
  
  Everywhere you look is just stunning.
  From the intricate wallpaper, beautiful bathrooms, antique furniture to the grand fireplaces…no detail has been forgotten about.
  
  We particularly loved having our wedding breakfast in the marquee. The fairy lights and outlook onto the Hall’s grounds gave it such an intimate, cosy feel.
  
  Will the co-ordinator is also fantastic! From our first viewing at Burtonfields Hall to the Sunday following our wedding day, his humour and friendliness kept us relaxed (and sane!) throughout. Every email and last minute panic was responded to promptly and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us navigate the wedding planning process.
  
  In addition to Will, all of the background staff at Burtonfields Hall were so lovely. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they helped to make the day run like clockwork (well oiled machine springs to mind!) You could tell they were genuinely so happy and excited for us to be there on our wedding weekend.

  Burtonfields Hall - perfection

  It’s difficult to know where to start writing a review for Burtonfields Hall as a wedding venue. Everything about it is perfect. The venue itself is just breathtakingly beautiful and unforgettable for wedding party and guests alike. The level of detail in the stunning rooms plus the brilliance of Will (the owner) as a wedding coordinator could not be matched anywhere else I’m sure. Initially my daughter’s wedding was booked for summer, including the marquee but we changed the date for early December. I’m sure for a summer wedding it would be perfect, but also as a winter wedding, with roaring fires and Xmas trees it was incredibly atmospheric and intimate. The 9 guest rooms are all beautifully appointed and enabled us to just relax for the whole weekend. Will’s energy and organisational skills and ability to make everything appear seamless made the wedding day just perfect from start to finish. I would highly recommend Burtonfields Hall as a wedding venue and would give 10 stars if it was an option.

  Wonderful!

  We originally viewed Burtonfields as a possible venue for our wedding in January 2023, greeted by Will with tea in front of one of many open fires in the house. For us, what could have been a difficult decision as to where to hold our wedding was made straightforward on visiting Burtonfields, where not only is the house breathtakingly beautiful but proprietor Will’s warmth and calm manner assured us we were to be in safe hands. We duly booked and months later, enjoyed a perfect May wedding day at Burtonfields. The house allows you to relax in opulent but not overbearing surroundings, the beautiful gardens mirroring the high level of personal care and detail that the Bush family have invested into the refurbishment of Burtonfields, where every room from reception hall to the bedrooms have been thoughtfully restored. Through the staff at Burtonfields, the décor, its provisions and characterful setting, it instils warmth and relaxation, where our day was made all the more special by how guests of all ages enjoyed the venue standalone to the wedding itself. Indeed, our photographs did not need staging, with the house and gardens providing the perfect backdrop to both professional and guest photos, capturing friends and family happy and content. We are fortunate to have chosen Burtonfields for our wedding. Will and his staff provided calm direction, guidance and assurance in the months leading up to the wedding and through the day itself – we can only but extend our sincere thanks and appreciation and would encourage others to visit Burtonfields – it is unique. We are now finding reasons to plan a return with friends and family to make use of the house again!

  Absolutely perfect!

  What a perfect venue. Can not thank Will and the team enough for allowing us to hold our special day here. It was perfect from start to finish. From initial enquiry, Will supported our requests and guided us through the whole process. The rooms are stunning, beautiful photos can be captured inside and out. We booked Purple Chilli Catering who delivered the best food (and with a number of awkward requests/allergies). 10/10. Would recommend Burtonfields Hall to everyone.

  We had the most perfect day at Burtonfields!

  Our wedding day was perfect at Burtonfields Hall, from the location to every little detail in the house. Will and the team were so attentive throughout the day and ensured we got everything we needed. Our family and friends loved being in the house, we’re still getting compliments about Burtonfields a month after!
