Perfect for winter wedding

Bury Manor Barn was just the perfect location for our winter wedding. The staff were so accommodating and helpful! We had both blessing and reception at the Barn. Suppliers recommended by Bury Manor were also excellent!

The best day!

We fell in love with Bury Manor Barn from the minute we viewed it. Our wedding was seamless and totally stress free thanks to all the team at BMB.

Gemma was an absolute star , we couldn’t have done it without her. She was so approachable and nothing was ever too much to ask.

Our guests loved the venue and views looking across the South Downs. We cannot recommend BMB enough!

The perfect Sussex venue

From arranging our first viewing, to fantastic on-the-day support, Julie and the Bury Manor Barn team have been sensational.

The venue itself is beautiful and yet very functional too, with all the space you need to have an amazing wedding day.

We were particularly drawn to BMB due to St John’s church being practically on-site, as we wanted a church wedding but the options for civil ceremonies are equally stunning.

So many of our guests commented on how great the venue was and it really made our day so special.

Our on-the-day coordinator, Sarah, was excellent and went above and beyond to smooth out any minor hiccups or decisions that needed to be...

We cannot thank the team enough for all their hard work and support, you made our wedding day the best day of our lives. 5 stars doesn’t seem high enough!

Beautiful barn venue with stunning surroundings

We couldn't be happier choosing Bury Manor Barn for our wedding venue. As soon as we had looked around, and walked outside to see 'that' view we knew it was perfect. The venue is stunning, and the Tudor Barn gives so much charm in its surroundings and we barely had any decorations as it was so beautiful as it was. The backdrop and views outside are the best settings for photos and we were so pleased the weather was on our side so the guests could enjoy it. Our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful it was! From the beginning Julie and the team were amazing with communicating with us and ensuring we had all the information...

We highly recommend Bury Manor Barn, for anyone looking for a beautiful barn venue in a stunning countryside setting with a fantastic team!

Amazing wedding venue

We hired Bury Manor Barn for our wedding and had the most amazing day. Julie, Gemma and Sarah are all amazing and nothing was too much.

The venue is flexible and allows you to bring your own alcohol for the day with no corkage which saved us tons!

We had a bit of rain for part of the day so having the covered terrace was ideal and still meant we could take advantage of the amazing views.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book their wedding or event.

Couldn't have asked for more!

We celebrated our wedding at Bury Manor Barn on the 1st June 2024, and it was the most incredible day! All of our guests raved about how wonderful the venue was and could not get over the views across the river!

The grounds were beautiful, and the two sections of the barn make is so convenient for the party, as you don't have to wait for any of the rooms to be turned around between different parts of the day.

I honestly couldn't recommend this venue more, having the opportunity to come in the day before was also fantastic, as it meant we could do all the decoration and set up ourselves, which turned out...

We celebrated our wedding at Bury Manor Barn on the 1st June 2024, and it was the most incredible day! All of our guests raved about how wonderful the venue was and could not get over the views across the river!

The grounds were beautiful, and the two sections of the barn make is so convenient for the party, as you don't have to wait for any of the rooms to be turned around between different parts of the day.

I honestly couldn't recommend this venue more, having the opportunity to come in the day before was also fantastic, as it meant we could do all the decoration and set up ourselves, which turned out to be a really fun part of the wedding prep, with our families there to help us.

On the day, everything went exactly as planned, and the co-ordinators at the venue were there to help with anything we needed! Nothing was too much to ask! They were also a massive help with the clear up the next day!

The most magical venue

Bury Manor Barn is the most magical venue. Brilliant views of the south downs, on the river, 12th century buildings. The event staff are super helpful and accommodating. It is a school during the week, so there is only one wedding per weekend so they aren't in the habit of 'churning' out weddings. There is literally everything you could want at this venue, come rain or shine. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

We had the best wedding at Bury Manor Barn. The communication during the booking process and in the run up was excellent (and they let us visit numerous times), the time available for set up/take down and the actual day itself all ran perfectly.

The location itself is beautiful, with so many options for locations for different parts of the day and the perfect backdrop for wedding photographs. We would not have wanted to hold our wedding anywhere else. Thank you to Julie and the team!

The variety of spaces available at Bury Manor Barn allow you to curate your day and offer options that suit the weather and time of year. We had a typical spring day with rain, hailstones, and sunshine!

What truly sets Bury Manor Barn apart is the personal touch they bring to each event. They made us feel like our wedding was the only one they were focused on, accommodating our requests, and offering valuable suggestions along the way. They were flexible and understanding, making the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable. The team worked seamlessly with our vendors to bring our vision to life.

Our wedding day was everything we had planned for and more. We have received countless compliments from our guests on the venue and the overall experience.
