Amazing festive wedding!

We could not recommend Caer Llan enough! We had our wedding weekend here 30th nov 2024 and we simple had the best time we could have ever imagined! Vicky & Jake are simply wonderful, from the moment we were invited in when first visiting it felt like the perfect venue to have our wedding day. Throughout the whole process contact with Vicky was quick and nothing was too much trouble, they really go above and beyond to make everything perfect. We had two nights stay at Caer Llan and even then it was not enough time to really take it all in, the view is truly spectacular, the food is amazing and guests are still talking about it, and Vicky & Jake really do make you feel right at home. The bedrooms are perfect, super comfortable and spacious, their team of staff are great, especially the bar staff that will stay to chat and serve you as long as you're up whatever the time! There really isn't anything more we could've asked for to make this the most special day at Caer Llan!

Beautiful wedding day!

We had the most wonderful wedding day at Caer Llan. Vicky and Jake are the most amazing hosts, and the location is just stunning!
From the first meeting we just felt relaxed that everything could be taken care of, nothing was too much trouble. The Twilight package was ideal and all of guests said it was the best wedding they had been to. Thank you for making everything perfect x

To the Caer Llan team

When my wife and I saw Caer Llan whilst browsing websites, its beauty was instantly striking. The fantastic architecture, the outdoor spaces, and of course the view, were all apparent. What we didn’t plan for, and what won us over immediately, was the warmth, care, and passion that Vicky, Jake and the whole team show for what they do. Everyone ensured that our wedding day was one that we looked forward to with minimal stress, and one that we’ll look back on with fondness and gratitude that we managed to find a place so perfect.

For those wondering about logistics: the rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with their own private bathrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements for whatever combination of guests you may have. The food was excellent (we had the Friday cold buffet, breakfast both days, a wonderful wedding breakfast with generous portions and the evening barbecue, which was worth paying the extra for in our opinion), and the team are very accommodating for allergies or dietary requirements, no matter how niche. The outdoor space is plentiful and peaceful, with plenty of opportunities for stunning photos.

To all the team at Caer Llan: please keep doing what you’re doing, because it’s something so special.

Just to echo my wife's words on what an amazing set up Caer Llan have. In the run up to the big day all we wanted was to wake up the following day and look back think 'wow'.....and we did, and so did everyone else. The comments, texts and calls we have had since about how amazing the day was and how amazing Caer Llan itself was is a testament to what the team there do to make your day as unique as you want while still keeping in mind it's a wedding and a party! We cannot thank Jake, Vicky and the team enough and all the guest were so complimentary of them all as well. All we want now is for someone we know to get married there so we can go back! Caer Llan, you will have a place in our heart forever ❤️

Christmas wedding 2024

What can I say about Caer llan.. quite easily just one word Amazing ❤️ We would love to do it all again.

Vicky Jake and the team really do go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect throughout the planning and on the actual day.

The views are stunning. All our guests loved every detail. Amazing food and plenty of it nobody went hungry. Special thanks to Jake for playing the piano.

The best day!

Vicky and Jake have been amazing from the start all the way to the end. I can't wax lyrical enough at their professionalism and homeliness during the entire process. It was honestly like we were being taken care of, like family. Their suggestions were spot on, the meals were well rounded and they were always around to troubleshoot when needed without being overbearing. Most of our guests were from abroad and everyone loved the view, the food, the comfort and safety of the venue and the general awe surrounding Caer Llan.
As a bride, I didn't have a thing to worry about. Everything was discussed in advance and everyone was in the right place at the right time. It was a relaxed day. I couldn't have asked for more. It was a blessing to celebrate our big day at Caer Llan surrounded by family and friends.

The Best Venue you could ask for

We knew as soon as we drove up to Caer Llan on our first visit, that it was our wedding venue. Obviously with the most incredible views, but Jake & Vicky being the most welcoming owners just makes the place what it is.

We had the time of our lives from the night before right up until we sadly had to leave the morning after the wedding. It was like being in our own wedding bubble having the place to ourselves. Vicky, Jake and your whole team were amazing from start to finish everyone commented on how welcoming and helpful you all were. We can not thank you enough for everything you all did to make our wedding day so special.

From the out of this world food, to the sing along around the piano you made everyone feel at home and like we were surrounded by friends not suppliers. You can truly see the effort you put into making Caer Llan the best venue.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being such a huge part of making our wedding this most special day of our lives. Caer Llan will alway hold a special place in our hearts.

Caer Llan is truly a magical wedding venue. We had the most incredible 2 night wedding package and enjoyed the most memorable and special time. Jake & Vicki could not do enough for us from the start. All our guests have commented on the stunning views and the amazing food. Caer Llan is such a personal home from home environment and our day was just so chilled (exactly what we wanted).

Vicky was so amazing on the build up to our wedding, answering all my email questions and allowing us to visit several times. On the day, both Jake and Jodie made everything run so smoothly and effortlessly.

Caer Llan will now always hold a special place in our hearts and we are so so glad we chose to get married here ❤️
