The most AMAZING wedding day!

Caer Llan is truly a magical wedding venue. We had the most incredible 2 night wedding package and enjoyed the most memorable and special time. Jake & Vicki could not do enough for us from the start. They are professional, experienced and made our day feel so personal; it could not have been more perfect. A stunning location, delicious food, fantastic range of drinks, fabulous rooms, the best staff...we just wished we could do it all again! Book your big day here and share in the magic. 💖

Our Wedding Day

The most perfect wedding venue ❤️

A big thank you to Jake, Vicky, Jodie and all the Caer Llan staff for making our wedding day so special.

All our guests have commented on the stunning views and the amazing food. Caer Llan is such a personal home from home environment and our day was just so chilled (exactly what we wanted).

Vicky was so amazing on the build up to our wedding, answering all my email questions and allowing us to visit several times. On the day, both Jake and Jodie made everything run so smoothly and effortlessly.

Caer Llan will now always hold a special place in our hearts and we are so so glad we chose to get married here ❤️

The most magical wedding

Thank you just isn't enough to express our gratitude for all the work you and the whole staff did for us and our guests. Our few days spent with you were some of the best we've had and I know from the feedback of our guests, that feeling is mutual with many saying it was the best wedding they had been to. The location of Caer Llan and the attention our guests and us received was absolutely key to that success, so thank you. I'd happily do the whole thing again!

A day loved by us and every single guest

We can't recommend Caer Llan enough!

Everything was perfect from start to finish - Jake & Vicky were incredibly helpful from the very start of our planning through to saying goodbye.
They made our special day so much more special than we could have ever dreamed of. Every request we had they obliged and even had plenty of suggestions too which were all very welcomed.

The food was incredible, all of the guests raved about it. The staff were all friendly and the bar man, Chris, was so kind and accommodating.

We wish we could do it all again and we wouldn't change a thing!

We loved Caer Llan

I'm not sure where to even start but we loved having our wedding at Caer Llan. Jake and Vicky were so lovely and helpful throughout the planning of the wedding and the day itself and provided the perfect day, nothing was too much of an ask.

You will blown away by the stunning view! The food is excellent and there were lovely rooms available on site for our wedding parties and families.
This was the perfect venue for us, it felt intimate and totally personal. We could not recommend this place enough!

Caer Llan is absolutely unforgettable!

We simply had the best day of our lives at Caer Llan, with the most attentive and generous hosts we could have asked for. It's so much more than a venue, it's an experience, all the additions of the day could not have been so super without it.

Months on, our friends still say the wedding was the best they had been to because of the atmosphere and the stunning views. They said it felt like a summer party abroad! The venue just made everyone relax and have fun.

Vicky & Jake are phenomenal at what they do and making everyone there feel like a friend. They are always close on hand and communication was spot on the whole way from booking Caer Llan to the morning after the wedding. They covered all bases and we really felt like we were in safe hands and could enjoy the day.

Having the wedding breakfast outside was so beautiful it was surreal, and walking around the grounds with our photographer was another highlight as it's so lovely and well kept. The food was so tasty and everyone's needs were met, even the evening food was so good one of my friends asked me if we could go back for a party someday just for the BBQ!

Caer Llan is so reasonably priced and all costs are transparent from the outset. It knocks the spots off some other venue prices in South Wales that we looked at, without compromising quality or experience.

When you're at Caer Llan for your wedding, you feel that exclusivity and that you are somewhere really special, away in nature with your nearest and dearest, well fed and comfortable - what more could you want from a wedding!

The perfect venue for us

My husband and I got married in Caer Llan in February 2023, and honestly we couldn't have chosen a better venue for the amazing over all experience we received. Right from visiting for the first time, Jake and Vicky were so attentive, always on hand to answer questions and provide support, and really made us feel at ease if we had any worries. Vicky even sat us down the night before the wedding to do a proper run through of the day, which helped us so much. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and you can't beat the views of the Monmouthshire hills that you get from the balcony. The food was incredible and very reasonably priced, the bar staff were lovely, the accommodation was brilliant and all of our guests loved being able to stay over the night before the wedding as well as the night of. Caer Llan was our first and only choice - we didn't want to visit anywhere else after seeing Caer Llan because to us it was just perfect.

Beautiful welsh venue

We had an amazing wedding reception at Caer Llan. Following our Church Service, we loved taking our guests here. The views made the perfect backdrop to our wedding photos. The food was lovely and it was so nice to eat outside on a sunny day in May. The venue is so versatile, with guests able to be in the ballroom, bar, piano area, terrace and even pool area. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfy too. By the morning our guests were discussing how they could come here again! You won’t regret having your wedding here.

Lovely Wedding

We enjoyed our wonderful wedding at Caer Llan in September.
Vicky and Jake were brilliant hosts and everything ran smoothly.
The food was divine and everyone had an amazing time.
Even though the weather wasn't on our side, it didn't ruin the day and Vicky and Jake were able to easily adapt.
Communication during the run up to the wedding was great and I felt that queries were dealt with quickly. The FAQ section of the website was really useful too!

Perfect wedding venue, don’t hesitate to book!!

On 3rd October 2023 we had our perfect wedding at the most perfect venue.
We looked at a few places however as soon as we turned into the driveway and saw the property and spectacular views we knew that Caer Llan was special.
Vicky and Jake are both lovely and so friendly and instantly made me feel at ease about the planning of the wedding which was in a relatively short space of time.
Vicky’s communication was excellent throughout and any queries I had she answered promptly.
I’m not exaggerating when I say our wedding day was perfect 🥰 and a big factor in this was that Vicky and Jake are clearly very experienced and run a tight ship . They made sure all the timings were spot on for the day/evening to run smoothly.
The food was delicious and drink’s reasonably priced.
All of our guests haven’t stopped talking about how beautiful Caer Llan is.
