Where do we start?

The truth of the matter is, you can start on whichever subject you like, the end result will be the same. Terrific, fantastic, amazing because everyone at Carr Bank Wedding Venue is dedicated to you and your special day being everything you want it to be.

We recently had our wedding there and it was the most joyous experience anyone could ask for. From the word “Go” the managers took control and scheduled regular review meetings running up to the big day itself which helped us to focus and settled our wedding day nerves.

On the day everything went as planned. The registrar’s performed their part of the ceremony in the spirit we could only have wished for. Knot tied. On to the wedding breakfast. Once again, managed beyond our expectations. The staff were magnificent. Each and every one of them went above and beyond, some of them even shedding a tear during the speeches.

The day was adorned with beautiful sunshine, pretty good for the end of April and allowed us to get some awesome photos which were taken by Dave Hill Photography whom we thank with all our hearts.

The evening party was truly sensational, due in part to our fantastic guests but more so to Carr Bank staff who glided around the venue with drinks and anything else we required.

Finally I have to mention some individuals. Jordan, partner and true gent with a great entrepreneurial vision. Mark, organisationally brilliant. Grace and Sarah who conducted the day’s events. Tammy, for making it look easy, laughing at my jokes and crying with me during my speech. Shaun, for keeping everybody happy at the bar.

Beautiful Venue

The venue and its surroundings were beautiful. Our wedding coordinator, Grace, was excellent from the start. The staff were lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was delicious and there were a great selection of drinks. Thank you for such a special day and memories we will cherish forever.

Wonder experience from start to finish at Carr Bank Wedding Venue

We would like to say a big thank you to Carr Bank Wedding Venue, especially Mark and Tammy who helped us arrange and plan our big day, they are both so friendly and easy to talk too, making sure we had everything we needed and taking the stress out of the venue planning. Special thanks for arranging for our guests to have tea and coffee during the wedding breakfast, I know this isn’t something you normally do but was much appreciated by our guest’s.

The day itself was managed by Grace & Nicole, everything run smoothly from start to finish, we felt so looked after. Thank you, Grace & Nicole, for your kindness and making sure things ran perfect 🤩.

The bar staff & waitress/waiters worked so hard, and the food was amazing, everyone enjoyed the wedding breakfast, and I had some lovely comments from guests about how wonderful and plentiful the evening buffet was, especially the dietary choices provided.

The rooms were lovely and clean throughout, and breakfast was amazing with lots of it, you couldn’t do enough for us.

Thank you very much for making our day so special, we would do it all again with you tomorrow and will highly recommend 🍾🥂

The Pickerings

We had our wedding at Carr Bank at the beginning of June and it was the most perfect day. The staff were attentive and Grace was brilliant answering any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble. All of our family and friends commented on how perfect the venue was and the food being incredible. We have already recommended Carr Bank and couldn’t be happier with our wedding day.

My wedding day

My experience with Carr Bank from start to finish was amazing!
They couldn’t do more for us and was always there if we had a question!
I would definitely recommend Carr Bank to anyone looking for a wedding with a personal touch!

Amazing from start to finish

Firstly i would like to say a heartfelt thankyou, with out you making every part of our day perfect it wouldn't have been the same,
From the night before with the bridesmaids , to breakfast, the amazing 3 course meal and stunning buffet with a Hog roast, every little detail was done with such care.
all with every bit of thoughtfulness from Jordan and partner making everything perfect for us and our guests, its was perfection from start to finish.

Highly recommend this venue!

Carr Bank wedding venue were brilliant from start to finish.
From the minute we sat down with Mark in 2022 we knew it had to be the venue for our wedding in 2023.
From then on, we had constant reassurance and support from Jordan to get the planning sorted and the decorations perfect!
On the day, I felt well supported by the staff and everything went so smoothly, I didn’t have to worry about a thing, it was all in hand and me and my husband could just enjoy the day celebrating with our loved ones!
Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Carr Bank wedding venue were brilliant from start to finish.

The perfect day

We first came to care bank for an open day just to see what there was to offer, we basically had 3 months to get everything planned 😬 immediately, Kieran and Grace were there to help, making us feel at ease and by this point we knew it was our venue of choice. Grace was amazing throughout, from each appointment to any general questions I had. Time flew by then before we knew it, it was the big day! I have no other words to say other than it was the most perfect day. From the small details on decorations, to the incredible buffet which was enjoyed by all, our wedding breakfast was perfectly timed and nobody was waiting for anything. And breakfast in the morning after was a beautiful touch too! I’m doing this review a month after our wedding and we still have our guests commenting on how stunning the venue is and how much they enjoyed the wedding. The whole day was just everything we wanted. I cannot recommend Carr Bank enough!! Thank you once again - Mr & Mrs Lall Futta

Best day of my life

Carr bank was the most amazing wedding venue they made sure our wedding was what we ivisioned and made it come true carr bank did all of the organising we just had to tell them who was coming and what we want I will never forget the day they made sure me and my husband had the most magical day from me getting ready to saying I do I wish there was more I could say but words can't describe how amazing this venue is i highly recommend people to choose this venue as there wedding day
