  Exceeded all my expectations

  We had the best wedding at crowne plaza and want to thank Julie, Federica, Ryan, Reeva, and lovely shakira for being amazing and making our day so special (Reeva u really are a credit to the hotel ♥️

  Wonderful Riverside Location

  Since 2014 I've been proud to be a recommended supplier at the Crowne Plaza. Highlights include taking Brides and Grooms onto Caversham Bridge and across the other side of the River Thames to the picturesque Caversham Court Gardens for couple portraits. I've also photographed onboard a boat going up the River Thames to Mapledurham lock and back which was a nice touch during the drinks reception before embarking for dinner at the hotel. Wedding Breakfasts at the Crowne Plaza have always been delicious! It has been great working with their wedding coordinators and catering teams over the years. All the staff I've had the pleasure of working with are helpful, polite and friendly. I also know people who have stayed at the hotel and returned on several occasions using it as a base when visiting family and friends in Reading.

  Wonderful day

  Beata was always very efficient. Other members too as everything went like clockwork. Special mention to the chef who made my picky French family comment the food was good

  Just want to say thank you for everything you have done for us getting ready for our wedding day at the Crowne Plaza.
  We had an amazing day and everything was perfect.
  Big thank you to Winstone for stepping in for George. Winstone made sure everything was spot on and was even there to greet us for breakfast the following morning.
  The food was perfect and everyone commented on how nice it was.
  The bar staff was great too.
  
  Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone getting married.

  Great Venue

  Hi Beata,
  
  We both agreed the wedding day was the best day of our lives, everything went so smoothly and it was amazing from start to finish.
  
  The hotel looked amazing, all of the staff were really friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful and there have been lots of compliments about the great food as well.
  
  Since returning from holiday, we've spoken to many of the guests who all complimented the hotel saying what a lovely venue it was and how much they enjoyed the day.
  
  We're both so grateful everyone was flexible with the timings, we arrived late because the car taking me had to be replaced as it broke down on the way to my parents house to collect me to take me to the church! Because of this it meant we were running behind with everything and I know the speeches ran over too (largely down to Dave!) but the staff seemed to take this in their stride and everything was rearranged with no panic.
  
  Dave and I would also like to say a huge thank you to you Beata. I know it was crazy trying to sort out the room allocations and I was constantly altering things so we're grateful for your patience. You were brilliant from the moment we first sat down with you to discuss the possibility of holding our reception there and I know you worked tirelessly to make sure everything was arranged perfectly for us and always with a smile on your face.
  
  This meant so much to both of us and my parents so a massive thank you to you and everyone at the hotel who made our day so special.

  Having just returned from our honeymoon in last night this is the first opportunity we have had
