The most PERFECT day

We do not know where to begin. We genuinely cannot thank the team at Dodmoor House and our wedding coordinator, Kara enough for the most perfect wedding day on 16th November 2024. We had viewed many wedding venues prior to coming across Dodmoor House (quite a few in the Cotswolds) and none of them quite felt like Dodmoor House when we first visited.

The attention to detail and family feel you get is nothing short of amazing. Every single time we emailed or had any sort of worry, someone at Dodmoor was always there to get back to me. Their communication is genuinely perfect and the way in which the team communicates internally is something which we...

We do not know where to begin. We genuinely cannot thank the team at Dodmoor House and our wedding coordinator, Kara enough for the most perfect wedding day on 16th November 2024. We had viewed many wedding venues prior to coming across Dodmoor House (quite a few in the Cotswolds) and none of them quite felt like Dodmoor House when we first visited.

The attention to detail and family feel you get is nothing short of amazing. Every single time we emailed or had any sort of worry, someone at Dodmoor was always there to get back to me. Their communication is genuinely perfect and the way in which the team communicates internally is something which we believe other venues lack. You genuinely feel like you are the only wedding the team is planning for!

One of the other amazing things about Dodmoor House is they let your wedding day be YOUR wedding day. Whether you want Caribbean food or your dog in attendance or a ferris wheel on their grounds you can do it! They really want you to have the most amazing day and that can be as unique as you want it! I also love that there is the option to stay in their Bridal Suite on the night of your wedding, it is a special touch and it is very special to wake up there the next morning (with the team serving you a delicious breakfast!). We had so many compliments from our guests saying how our magical/stunning the venue was and how attentive Dodmoor’s team were.

Kara, our wedding coordinator, thank you thank you thank you. You are the most organised, efficient and all round amazing human! You knew one of us struggled to let someone else take control/see out our vision but nothing was ever too much. Our entire day was perfect from start to finish. You do not even notice all what goes on in the background but I knew whatever the worry, Kara would have it covered in seconds!

We could genuinely go on forever about how excellent the venue and team are. There isn’t a single thing I could fault about our day or our entire wedding planning experience with Dodmoor House. So if you are thinking about visiting or booking Dodmoor House, DO IT! You definitely won’t regret it!

Thank you so much again, we are gutted it is all over and wish we could re-wind time to do it again! But I am sure we will be back for anniversaries!!

A magical wedding day at Dodmoor House

I don't even know where to start. It was all absolutely perfect for us. We wanted a winter wedding and Dodmoor House was the perfect venue for a winter wedding meaning we didn't have to make our guest stand outside for very long at all. We went to a number of the open evenings and had a private walk around and we were sold from the moment we saw it. It looks beautiful in the day but absolutely stunning at night with all of the twinkling lights. Throughout the planning process Chloe, our planner was absolutely amazing and I worry a bit and she answered all of my calls, emails and reassured me. Made me feel comfortable and was...

The setup was perfect for our 71 guests. The team were amazing and I honestly can't praise them enough. You have to go and view this venue. The day ran so smoothly with Chloe. Organising everything in the day and the night manager taking over in the evening. It honestly was perfect . Thank you so much dodmore! You made our day amazing and will forever have a special place in our heart ❤️

Wedding 24/07/24

Our wedding on August 24th, 2024, at Dodmoor House was absolutely perfect! The entire day ran so smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience. The venue was stunning, creating a magical atmosphere that made our celebration even more special. Every detail was beautifully taken care of, and the team at Dodmoor House ensured everything went off without a hitch, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. We’re so grateful to everyone involved for making our day truly unforgettable—it was everything we had dreamed of and more!

A dream ❤️💭

We first came to Dodmoor house as wedding guests in 2019 and loved it from then on, it has such a beautiful setting, the wedding we attended ran smoothly and felt like a story of the day, it was perfect and so enjoyable as guests. Move forward to January 2023 when my now husband proposed to me, a week later we went for a viewing of Dodmoor house, I did have my heart set on it but we also viewed about 6 other venues in the area (wanted to be sure) every venue just got compared to Dodmoor and didn’t tick all the boxes in comparison.
February 2023 we booked our autumn October wedding for 2024 and the planning...

Move forward to January 2023 when my now husband proposed to me, a week later we went for a viewing of Dodmoor house, I did have my heart set on it but we also viewed about 6 other venues in the area (wanted to be sure) every venue just got compared to Dodmoor and didn’t tick all the boxes in comparison.
February 2023 we booked our autumn October wedding for 2024 and the planning began!

We attended numerous open evenings throughout our wedding planning which was so nice to be able to keep in touch with the team, meet recommended suppliers and see their setup ideas and taste the lovely drinks menu and decide on options, it’s a brilliant idea and really keeps up the excitement of the planning and seeing your venue often.

We had our planning meeting in July with our fabulous wedding co-ordinator ✨ Kara ✨ she was so enthusiastic about our wedding day plans, scheme and decor and was giving us ideas of different options of styling our DIY’s with the venue. The meeting is so in depth and thorough, we both left feeling soo excited for our day and relaxed as every detail was touched on!
Kara kept in touch with us and our suppliers leading up to our day, nothing I asked was too much trouble and she was so reassuring every step of the way.
The day before our wedding we dropped off our bits (there was a lot) Kara was on hand and had already started setting up for our wedding in the wedding breakfast room, her energy made us feel so excited and calm and it was great to have that final talk through before we left!
Our wedding day was just an absolute dream, from start to finish it went so smoothly, every guest had the best time and complemented the venue as well as all the hard work that Kara and her team had put in throughout the day so that it flowed so seamlessly. We are forever grateful and Dodmoor holds a special place in our hearts.
If you’re thinking of booking, just go and view it and you’ll fall in love instantly, happy wedding days to be Brides and Grooms❤️

The best day!!

Wow I don’t even know where to start!!

We simply had the most magical Christmas wedding!
Dodmoor house team were insanely amazing, they went above and beyond honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team or venue!

Eleanor our wedding co ordinator was honestly amazing!! Nothing was ever too much!! She was incredible.

The bar team amazing! You didn’t stop and I loved how well you all worked together!

Amazing Venue!!

We have our special day here this December and it was honestly amazing. We booked in 2022 and Dodmoor were there throughout the whole planning process. Every detail was thoroughly thought about and nothing was missed. It is a beautiful venue and we loved the breakfast the following day. 10/10 venue with 10/10 staff. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful venue

My now husband and I got married at Dodmoor House in September and had an absolutely amazing day. From the initial enquiry, to open days, meetinhs and of course the big day itself, every staff member was so kind, helpful and accommodating. Every enquiry was responded to promptly and anything that needed sorted was easy work for the team. We had literally no worries on the big day as we knew Dodmoor (and Tish!) had it all covered and the day ran so smoothly. I couldn't be more happy with how the day went, the venue is so stunning and in terms of value for money I think they definitely have it all. I would 100% recommend the venue...

On the day, they are working away both front of house and in the background, and no ask is ever too big - the amount of comments we got on the day complimenting the feel and look of the venue and how 'us' it felt says it all. We had our wedding at Dodmoor House on the 25th of October, and we cannot express enough how amazing the experience was! Louise and Marline went above and beyond to make our day truly special. Their attention to detail during the pre-wedding meetings was incredible—they listened carefully to everything we wanted and ensured nothing was overlooked.

The Gibsons magical day ✨

We got married last month and our day was magical from start to finish. We changed our initial vision and date to something different and the team were very accommodating and nothing seemed too much to ask. We discussed with Mark our new thoughts and he was super helpful with ideas to make the day flow beautifully.

We fell in love with the venue at our first viewing; it’s gorgeous, beautifully rustic and with the twinkly lights it really creates a stunning mood. Any subsequent viewings were thorough and left no questions or doubt.

Communication was always excellent, even if our coordinator wasn’t available we always had a response to keep us in the loop....
