Best wedding venue ever!

Wow, what can I say? There will never be enough words to describe how grateful we are of Lili and the whole team at Easthampstead Park for giving us a day to remember on our wedding day.

Lili's professionalism, extremely kind nature, patience and understanding meant so much to us. Lili was always there when we needed her at the end of an email or the end of the phone, no question was ever too much trouble.

On the day of the wedding, we couldn't have been more looked after. The reception staff were so proactive in ensuring that our stay both the night before and the night of the wedding was comfortable and enjoyable,...

Wow, what can I say? There will never be enough words to describe how grateful we are of Lili and the whole team at Easthampstead Park for giving us a day to remember on our wedding day.

Lili's professionalism, extremely kind nature, patience and understanding meant so much to us. Lili was always there when we needed her at the end of an email or the end of the phone, no question was ever too much trouble.

On the day of the wedding, we couldn't have been more looked after. The reception staff were so proactive in ensuring that our stay both the night before and the night of the wedding was comfortable and enjoyable, the restaurant tended to our many food orders the night before with patience and attention and the bar staff were accommodating when we had a lot of people arrive in our party. Everyone was impeccably polite and attentive, offering to help us where they could.

On the day, Lili and Michelle coordinated expertly with our vendors and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Lili checked in with us regularly to keep us updated on the progress of the morning set up and was an incredible support to Emma when she was about to meet her Dad to walk down the aisle.

Easthampstead Park have given us a wedding beyond our wildest dreams and it will be a day that we will remember forever. Thank you so so much!

Best day ever!

We couldn’t have picked a better venue for us. From start to finish, we felt like Easthampstead was made for us! From picking the venue to the day itself, it was perfect.

We met Lili (wedding executive) in March 2023, about 6 weeks after getting engaged and had only viewed a couple of other venues. Her in depth and fun tour around the venue was great; she was happy to answer every question I had (there were many…) and reassured us about things I was worried about. During the time between booking and the big day, Lili was always happy to correspond with us via email and we met with her several times to ensure everything was perfect.

We couldn’t have picked a better venue for us. From start to finish, we felt like Easthampstead was made for us! From picking the venue to the day itself, it was perfect.

We met Lili (wedding executive) in March 2023, about 6 weeks after getting engaged and had only viewed a couple of other venues. Her in depth and fun tour around the venue was great; she was happy to answer every question I had (there were many…) and reassured us about things I was worried about. During the time between booking and the big day, Lili was always happy to correspond with us via email and we met with her several times to ensure everything was perfect.

On the day, Lili and the team were attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. If something wasn’t absolutely perfect, Lili had a solution and made everything the way we wanted. The venue is stunning and looks pretty no matter what the weather. We had a December wedding so the venue was extra cosy and festive which we loved! Lili and the team at EP worked closely with our vendors to make sure things looked exactly how we wanted them. We used the bridal lounge and two suites on the morning of the wedding which were not only amazing spaces but also look so fab in our pictures!

The food - wow! We had so much choice prior to the day, it was hard to narrow down. Our taster afternoon was great and we enjoyed trying all the dishes. Our guests on the day all commented on how amazing the food was! We agreed!

The layout of the Downshire ballroom which we used was perfect for the ceremony, wedding breakfast and reception. There was enough space to feel like you could move around freely, but also didn’t feel empty and was a great atmosphere.

From start to finish, we absolutely loved our experience with EP and would do it all over again. Thank you to all at Easthampstead Park, you played an huge part in making our wedding day the most memorable day of our lives. We will be back for all of our big events!

Amazing venue

Really lovely venue, we got married in November and was truly beautiful. Very helpful staff, especially Lili our wedding coordinator who was very helpful even leading up to the day.

The only negative is the dj didn’t use our playlist or play songs we wanted and the bridal room had a weird smell coming from the drains. The service could have also been slightly better.

The best day ever !!

We got married in October 2024, we had our whole day at Easthampstead Park. It was our absolute dream venue, and we had the most fantastic day.
As the bride and groom where the venue was concerned they absolutely did everything right for us. Our wedding co-ordonater Liliana was amazing, she always replied quickly to emails, always answered the phone for any little thing and was more than happy to arrange to meet us whenever we needed. She made us feel reassured all the way up to the wedding and we couldn’t recommend her enough, absolute massive shoutout to her she was fantastic and without her our day wouldn’t have been as smooth and wonderful for sure.

We got married in October 2024, we had our whole day at Easthampstead Park. It was our absolute dream venue, and we had the most fantastic day.

As for the venue itself the setting is amazing, so many picture opportunities for any photographs, we were originally aiming for an outside ceremony however the weather wasn’t on our side and the morning of we had to move the ceremony inside, we were made aware that this would be a possibility due to the time of year.
The staff were all amazing, we had almost 110 guests for the ceremony and there were no complaints from any guests, a wonderful time was had by all.
We had a choice of two honeymoon suites and the suite chosen was absolutely amazing, we had so much space for the bridal party to get ready in the morning as there were 11 of us altogether not including the mums and our photographer. The staff brought us breakfast and some bubbly which was a wonderful addition.
EHP work great with any additional vendors we had come in from the ceremony to the reception.
Overall it was just a fantastic day and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much EHP for helping to host the most amazing and unforgettable day

A dream wedding!

No words will be able to describe how special our day was at Easthampstead Park.

I'll be honest Easthampstead Park was our wild card, after visiting other venues but something wasn't right. However, we easily booked an appointment with Lili and from the moment we stepped into the venue and was greeted by Lili we knew it was going to be our venue. Lili was so friendly and took the time to go through everything with us and showed us the beautiful venue. As soon as we left we knew we wanted to get married there.

I'll be honest Easthampstead Park was our wild card, after visiting other venues but something wasn't right. We had a few meetings to go through everything and every time Lili was there making sure it was smooth as possible. We had our final meeting, 10 days before the wedding were I met Patrick and Shelley also and wow they were also an absolute dream! I knew we were in safe hands!

The day before I was nervous and emotional but Shelley and Lili were incredible, they went through everything with me and just helped me to stay calm.

I stayed the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids and everything was perfect from the moment I arrive till the day after the wedding.

The day its self was a dream, I didn't have to worry about anything as it was all in hand by the team and they made it stress free. The food was also absoutely gorgeous! May I add, Patrick was a dream also on the day he was so much fun to be around and created such a great atmosphere!

I cannot thank Lili, Shelley, Patrick and the rest of the team for creating the most amazing and perfect day, you're a dream team!

Best wedding venue ❤️

The venue is simply stunning, with breathtaking views and beautifully designed spaces that set the perfect backdrop for a special day.

The staff were incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. From the planning stages to the execution on the day, they were helpful and attentive, making sure that every detail was just right.

Our Amazing day May 24

From the moment we attended a wedding fair at Easthampstead Park, we felt a sense of calmness, happiness and relaxation. As well as being blown away by the beauty of this place. We was very lucky to have dealings with a few of the lovely ladies from Kelly, to Hannah and to Lili. Each one of them made us feel at ease right from the beginning and whenever we visited the venue we was always greeted with a smile and hug from them, which always put our mind at ease that we chose the correct venue.
Hannah and Lili never seemed phased or showed any annoyance to the many phone calls and emails we sent them and always answered...

When you book a wedding with Easthampstead they dont ever make you feel just like a couple booking a wedding they build a rapport and want to go on the journey with you and see your vision come to light. This was also apparent on our wedding day for how attentive Hannah was with checking in on Geoff and I and explaining that everything was going to plan and being just as excited that the weather was on our side as we had an outside ceremony.

We would highly recommend booking your wedding at Easthampstead Park, you will have an amazing experience from, attending a wedding fair, touring the beautiful grounds, tasting your food choices, catching up with team to finally having the best day of your life and it running smoothly thanks to the amazing team.

Thank you again to Hannah and Lili who was there to the end and all of the team that made Geoff and my wedding day run smoothly and a day for us to remember, if we could do it all again we would.

Amazing venue!

This is an amazing wedding venue! Lili was incredibly helpful all the way though and ensured we had everything we needed on the day. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Would recommend this venue to anyone.

We had a wonderful wedding at Easthampstead Park, delivered perfectly by the team. Throughout our wedding planning we found the whole experience enjoyable and smooth - we never felt like just another wedding to the venue which made the build up very special to us.

From a superb wedding co-ordinator who supported us right from the moment of booking, to an intimate tasting session, to being by our side on the special day. Any big or small requests were always met with a welcoming enthusiasm, we couldn't have been happier with how Easthampstead enabled our wedding day.

With another wedding happening in the King Suite on the same day, we were made to feel like the only wedding.
