From our very first interaction with the team on our first viewing, from the booking process through to the planning of our big day, it was all fantastic.
We were very lucky to work with Gema as our main wedding planner, totally unflappable, calm, organised, all over the detail.
Our wedding day in the stunning venue, bathed in spring sunshine, was delivered flawlessly. We cannot think of one thing we would want differently. Food, service, team, drinks, venue - all 10/10.
Thanks so much Farnham Castle, to Gema and indeed the whole amazing team we interacted with. You literally gave us the best day of our lives.

Perfect location for a winter wedding
We got married at Farnham Castle on the 23rd December. We had visited the venue the year before and it immediately captured our eye. It is beautiful both inside and outside. We were looking for a venue that fitted a winter wedding and this definetly ticked all the boxes! It has covered steps for the confetti shot incase it rains and it has a warm feel inside with fairy lights throughout. It was also important for us that once our guests were inside, they didn't have to go out again until the end of the night!

If anyone is contemplating on having their wedding, celebration, or event at Farnham Castle – we would recommend it without hesitation based on our experience hosting our two-day November wedding there. The enchanting venue paired with the incredible hospitality from the staff allowed everyone to relax and fully immerse themselves in the celebration.
The preservation of Farnham Castle creates an aura that allow everyone to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The elegant décor of the ceremony rooms transports people as close to a fairy tale as one can get. Whilst a simple stroll around the castle grounds gave our guests a sense of peace.

We got married at Farnham Castle on 14th September 2024, and we had the most perfect day we could ever imagine. The castle itself is absolutely stunning, with incredible backdrops everywhere you look (so the pictures are amazing!). It was a real treat to have exclusive use for 24 hours, knowing our guests could roam and enjoy and it was all ours for the day. The food was delicious, and all of our guests commented on how good it was (“best wedding food ever”) and how they managed to have everything perfectly cooked for that number of people was very impressive! We had a lot of different things going on, and the team at the Castle managed to facilitate...Farnham Castle's reply:

The venue is absolutely stunning, with so many choices for ceremony locations and endless photo opportunities. Our guests all complimented the quality of the food and loved the espresso martinis we served after dinner.
We loved that so many of our family and friends could stay at the venue with us and the breakfast the next morning was great. The getting ready rooms for both the bride and groom were fantastic.
Even with some light rain, the venue ensured we could have our wedding outside in the rose garden, which was picture-perfect, with the old keep in the background of our photos.

We could not have been happier with our wedding at Farnham Castle. From the offset, the team were communicative and helpful and 6 months before our wedding we were assigned our wedding organiser, Gema who was simply incredible! Gema was always available to answer our many questions whether about the larger or finer details, which made us feel surprisingly relaxed in the lead up to the wedding.
Having quite complex dietary requirements, I knew straight away when I saw the food options that we would be in safe hands. At both the complimentary food tasting event and afterwards, Chef Simon went through in great detail with us all our food choices and we were so happy with... -

Farnham Castle was a dream venue! As soon as we looked around we knew it was for us, and the friendliness of the staff and the help they provided us with planning and on the day was second to none. So many of our guests have since told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to - this is surely down to the relaxed and professional staff at Farnham. Nothing was too much trouble and on the day they ensured everything went off without a hitch (and if there were any, they made sure we never knew!) A special mention to Laura who looked after us the whole way through and made sure the day ran smoothly. A stunning venue, fantastic staff, and the best day ever was had by all. -

We loved having our wedding at Farnham Castle. The venue is so beautiful and everything is very well organised. Us, as the couple getting married, felt that we didn’t need to stress at all about the finer details prior to and throughout our wedding day- everything seemed to just “magically” happen. Gema, who was our assigned wedding organiser, was simply incredible. Anything we wanted she- just like that- managed to organise and got it done. The food was incredible, the venue itself is just so incredible!
On the day, Gema and the entire team were just amazing, behind the scenes getting the day going to plan without anyone realising. She’s a wonderful and fun person also. We’ll miss... -

Beyond perfect
From our first visit to Farnham we knew that this was the wedding venue for us. Gema who showed us around was amazing, informative and so welcoming! We were then lucky enough to have Laura as our wedding coordinator who was just a dream! She was such a calming presence on the day and couldn’t do enough for us.
All of the staff were incredible and everything was completely perfect. All of our guests were stunned by the venue and highly praised the food.
We cannot recommend Farnham Castle enough, it was everything we wished for and more! -
