Me and my partner booked Godwick after a chance visit in January 2023. The location and venue were gorgeous, the staff were so welcoming and kind, we were sold very quickly.
Once we'd booked, the team were excellent at communicating with us throughout the process, making sure we were prepared, comfortable and fully in control before the big day.
In the run up to our wedding weekend, we had regular calls with Jenni, who helped to structure our day properly and get everything arranged. Our on the day manager, Debbie-Lee was an absolute star - so personal, attentive and always looking for that one extra thing to make me and my partner feel special. We thank the whole Godwick team for their fantastic service and beautiful venue, but Debbie-Lee really wowed us all, so particular shout-out to her!
We also had the privilege to stay at the on-site accommodation for the entire weekend of our wedding alongside our family - we adored it - beautiful vistas, fun games nights and amazing memories throughout the weekend. I cannot recommend this venue and wonderful team enough!

Choosing Godwick as our wedding venue was the best decision we could have made. We loved absolutely everything about the barn and the accommodation. Hannah provided us with such valuable support and really went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly both in the lead up to the wedding and on the day. She was a pleasure to work with and made us feel confident that our day would be a success. It was such a highlight to be able to have our families and closest friends be able to stay at the venue with a particular highlight being the bridal party being able to use the Stables to get ready on the day and be able to fully debrief with everyone on the Sunday! The Great Barn was a magical venue and totally exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful to the entire team at Godwick for enabling us to have such an incredible wedding day! -

Above and beyond
We highly recommend the elopement wedding. It was a wonderful experience.
We also can’t thank Hannah enough for helping us locate one of the rings in the grass with a metal detector when it was dropped. She was a life saver!

Getting married at Godwick was just a dream. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and the staff know exactly what they are doing to keep you on track & help in anyway they can through the planning process right up to your big day making sure it runs exactly how you would like it too. Beautiful Venue
The fairytale venue, gave us everything we could have asked for from a venue..
The team are great and are willing to do what they can to support you through the whole process.

A wonderful wedding venue!
We held our small wedding at Godwick Hall and it was truly the most perfect place to get married. Debbie-Lee was absolutely fantastic at helping us plan our wedding day, she thought of every detail and nothing was too much trouble. We booked the house, a shepherds hut and a bell tent to accommodate our friends and family and all of the facilities were amazing. Every detail was thought of in the house and we could not fault it. We were so happy when we found out we could bring our little dog along too! We loved the tractor ride - it was a lovely breather after being surrounded by people just to be with each other and enjoy the moment. Thank you Debbie-Lee and the team at Godwick for making us feel so welcome and for making our day so special! X -

The most special day. Just us and our 2 children. It was so magical, enjoyed every moment. I’m so so happy we decided to have it at Godwick hall, The room was perfect, very cosy and intimate on a gloomy autumnal day. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, made us feel right at home.Godwick Hall's reply:
