  Couldn't Have Wished for Better

  Our wedding at Ham Polo Club was incredible, made even better by the staff at Vanilla Bean the venue's caterers. Their communication, attention to detail and support where second to none. The venue were flexible in meeting our needs, we didn't hear the word 'no' once and the day ended up being perfect. The space, the food, the staff were all just brilliant. Throughout the day guests commented on how lovely the venue was and it was perfect for a wedding. Having worked with many wedding venues myself over the years I am able to confidently say these guys know what they're doing and I can't imagine having had our day anywhere else. I would not hesitate to recommend!

  The best venue in London!

  You couldn't make a better decision than deciding to have your wedding at Ham Polo Club. Isobel from start to finish was absolutely excellent making the experience so easy and enjoyable! Then venue is great - everyone was impressed with the terrace and then having the bar on the dance floor is a winner! Blue Strawberry also do the catering at the Polo Club and you couldn't ask for more delicious food - all our guests have been compimenting us on it ever since! To put it simply if you want a day to remember for the magical reasons having it at Ham Polo Club will definitely deliver!

  Simply stunning- a day we will never forget!

  Where to start!? Ham polo club is a hidden gem in the heart of rural London. Surrounded by the most stunning green polo fields and in the centre of Ham - a quintessential British village, your guests will feel as though they have been transported to another world. The polo club has lots of areas within it that you can decorate for different events and whether you choose to keep it simple and stripped back or to transform it like we did with your own theme, the beauty of this venue is its versatility. Location and decor aside, it’s the people at Ham that made it perfect for us. So much so we dedicated a portion of our speech to her- an excerpt of which is below:
  
  “A huge thanks goes to Isabel- event manager extraordinaire here at Ham Polo club who - from day one- embraced our vision to bring our Indian heritage to life and most importantly said yes to everything! She handled each and every request, big or small, with elegance and poise. Thank you for helping us make our dreams come true- we have loved every minute working with you.”
  
  Our guests have not stopped complimenting us on our big day with many citing the venue as one of the best they’ve ever been to! To anyone thinking of celebrating their wedding at Ham, our response would be don’t hesitate. Book it- you won’t regret it!

  The perfect venue

  My husband & I had our dream day at Ham Polo Club! A hidden gem of a venue, it was everything we could have wanted. The space is stunning both inside & out so really requires very little additional decoration, which was great! There are lots of inviting spaces such as the roof terrace, the dining area, dance floor & lounge area. My favourite part is the vines & fairy lights on the ceiling of the dining area. It creates a lovely indoor/outdoor feel & is so beautiful at night
  
  Isabel, the Head of Events, is incredibly warm, helpful & knowledgeable as well as being very hands on during the day, ensuring everything ran smoothly & organised in advance. She made wedding planning much less stressful that it could have been!
  
  Other highlights were the food, which is of a very high quality. The venue is also very flexible & accommodating & Isabel is able to offer advice as to what would work best in terms of layout & timings for the day
  
  I would highly recommend Ham Polo Club. You will not be disappointed!

  Superb all round

  Isabel was superb to deal with. The venue was perfect for the day we wanted and honestly everything was just great. Would thoroughly recommend.

  Stunning venue and perfect location for the most magical day EVER!

  Ham Polo is such a beautiful venue to have your special day. Such a great space and can be made so personal. Isabel and her team are so helpful, kind and flexible and we can’t recommend them higher! The food is amazing too!

  Beautiful venue

  Ham Polo Club was perfect for our wedding. Isabel maintained excellent communication throughout the planning process and made us feel relaxed and happy with all of our choices.
  The natural vines on the ceiling were beautiful and meant we didn’t have to spend much on other decorations. There was plenty of room inside and outside on the terrace, despite the torrential rain at times! The whole vibe is quite inside/outside.
  Throughout the day, the whole team were on hand for any of our guest’s needs and the whole day went by without a hitch.

  Amazing venue, super staff, excellent food!

  HPC is the most wonderful setting for a wedding! We had to delay our wedding due to Covid, and they were so supportive, patient and so helpful with all of the arrangements to finally get us to our big day! Our actual day was just fantastic, you can't get a better venue - the food was excellent, and the staff were so amazing! Highly recommend!

  Best Wedding Venue

  This was the most beautiful venue we could ever have imagined, and best of all, Isabel and the venue policy was all so helpful and obliging, They just said yes to everything we asked, and solved our problems in a seemingly effortless manner. We would highly recommend this venue to others.

  Best man for wedding

  I would recommend Ham Polo Club to anyone looking for a venue for any upcoming weddings. The staff have been exceptional and catered to every need the whole way throughout. The food was amazing and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly on the day as well as helping with the prior planning and arrangements. Cannot fault them , had a great day and would highly recommend
