Everyone at hanbury manor where very helpful and kind
Hanbury manor is good value for money we went for icing on the cake it one of there packages

A lovely venue
We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding at Hanbury Manor and Laura and her team were very responsive. The only thing I would be rather critical of was the decor that was included in the price was next to nothing. You only got the room really included and everything else was extra. Don’t Book your wedding here
We Booked because of this site and positive reviews. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I think other brides should know…
We had several issues with this venue:
1. We booked a year ago and during that time we had 3 different wedding coordinators and I had to constantly chase to get a response and even to find out who my coordinator was. We got placed with the manager Laura, for stability but this wasn’t given
2. There were no personal touches, like if we called by phone to discuss things, they would palm us off saying people were busy and then later only, finally, respond to our chaser emails that we had phoned to escalate about in the first place
3. They lost our items, (neon sign, portable charger, and large bridal floral arrangement) we had to chase to find out where it was as we had no response from them. Two weeks later our events manager Laura offered an apology after we chased them again, but that was all
4. At check-in, we double-checked to see (as we had been given (not by choice) two different bookings for night before and night of the wedding), if we needed to check out and check in again. They told us that there would be no issue and we did not need to do this. On the day of the wedding, I (the Bride) got stuck outside my room as my key HAD been deactivated! I called reception from another room and let them know where I was and they confirmed the key had expired. It took 30 mins for someone to come up. When I complained about this issue they told me ‘that they didn’t know where I was’, even though we called from a room and confirmed the room number with reception
5. There were dead bugs in our room. Manager confirmed that this is an issue they struggle with generally
6. The night before the wedding, my room had an electrical black out. No one came up for 30+ mins and had to call again to remind them. It was 11:30pm and I’d really have liked to go to bed as I was getting married the next day. They weren’t able to find the fusebox to fix the issue for another 30 mins once they had arrived at my room
7. We were told the wedding venue room was ready for the big day by the night before, so that we could go in and add our final touches oursevles. When doing so we found that there were stains on the sweetheart table, and other tables, and the settings/decorations weren’t right.
The venue is lovely and on-the-day coordinators were lovely but for £230 per person plus another £3000 for the ceremony, plus another additional £600 for a wet weather option for a room we were already hiring as our dance floor is honestly not worth the stress.

This place will forever be in our hearts.
We had an amazing time and everyone at Hanbury Manor made it possible (special shout out to Andy for coming along on the golf buggy ride!). Poles hall looked fantastic and everyone loved the Manor. We are eagerly looking forward to seeing our video and photos.
We look forward to returning to Hanbury on another occasion, this place will forever be in our hearts.We had an amazing time and everyone at Hanbury Manor made it possible (special shout out to Andy for coming along on the golf buggy ride!). Impressive Venue
From our initial visit to Hanbury Manor, throughout the planning process and especially on the day of the wedding we were totally impressed with the venue, its setting and particularly the professionalism of the people we had the pleasure of working with. Despite it being classified as a package, we never felt constrained by certain conditions and the whole planning and actual event felt tailor made to our requirements. All our guests thought the venue beautiful, commented on how good the food was and what a perfect day they had. Despite an unfortunate accounting error a few days prior to the event which was quickly resolved, everything from start to finish went very smoothly. The success of the day was primarily down to the professionalism we experienced from Beatrice and Julia; they really seemed to care that the event turned in to our perfect day.

Wedding in Poles Hall
We had our wedding at the hotel in August this year.The hotel's staff were amazing throughout making sure things ran smoothly. We got married in Poles Hall and had the Wedding Breakfast and evening reception in the Thundridge Suite. Both rooms were lovely.The Wedding Breakfast and buffet were perfect. The weather was against us on the day but the hotel's interior provided lovely opportunities to get some excellent photos. I want to thank all of the staff for their hard work on the day in catering for our 180 guests which I imagine was no easy task! In particular to the wedding coordinators on the day and Hermione for all her support over the past year in the wedding's organisation.We had our wedding at the hotel in August this year.The hotel's staff were amazing throughout making sure things ran smoothly. What an amazing place
What an amazing place, we had our Wedding in Garden Court (...) and it was amazing... Eszter, Katie and all the staff were fabulous and looked after our every need, everything ran smoothly and we had a fantastic day. Food was excellent and the Amy and Edmund Suites definitely worth a visit. Thank you Hanbury Manor, we will be back again soon.What an amazing place, we had our Wedding in Garden Court (...) and it was amazing... We could not have asked for a more perfect day
We would like to say a really big thank you to you, Katie and the rest of the staff at Hanbury Manor who helped make our wedding day so very special and memorable. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. All the staff looked after us very well and were very attentive. Amazing day
Our wedding was perfect and every single day and evening guest couldn't say enough fantastic things about Hanbury Manor.
