  Wedding day

  We had the best experience with Hellaby from start to finish! No question was too big or too small for any of the staff that work there and they spent the whole time that we were planning to the actual day of the wedding we were looked after as well as possible!
  I would recommend Hellaby to anyone wanting their dream wedding. The venue is beautiful and the photos come out so well with the gardens and the newly refurbished function room is perfect for whatever decor you need!
  Thank you again to all the staff at Hellaby Hall!

  Our wonderful wedding at hellaby

  Our wedding at hellaby was everything and more than we wanted. The team at hellaby are amazing and jess our wedding coordinator has been outstanding throughout. The whole thing ran without a hitch in beautiful surroundings, and the wedding breakfast and evening bbq were delicious.   Excellent from start to finish

  When my partner and I booked Hellaby we began with Megan as our Wedding coordinator. When she moved to a different role the transger over to Emma and Jess was seemless. Every question no matter how small and potentially silly was answered without judgement.
  Emma and Jess were amazing during the final stages, we're patient as things changed right up until the final week of our wedding constantly ready to help.
  Eleanor who was our master of ceremonies was brilliant. On the ball from the start, nothing was too much for her to handle. It felt like she was an actual guest rather than a worker. You could tell she took immense pride in what she did.

  Our perfect fairytale wedding

  We had our wedding at Hellaby after viewing other venues thats we just didnt like, Hellaby was perfect, infront of the hall for photos was one of the reasons and the honeymoon suite was gorgeous. There wasnt anything we didnt like.
  
  Our wedding was literally the fairytale dream wedding we always wanted all the staff was amazing throughout the whole day very friendly and helpful Ellie was very organised and did a brilliant job, anything we needed she sorted so big thankyou.

  A Dream Come True

  A truly amazing day! I can't believe how magical it was and I can't thank everyone at Hellaby Hall Hotel for making my dream come true.
  
  The service was outstanding, they truly made me feel special and like a celebrity for the day. They were faultless with every little detail of the day.
  
  The venue is beautiful but without the staff, it wouldn't have been as amazing as it was.
  
  I would highly recommend this venue for any couple looking to book their special day

  After losing my dad 2 days prior to my wedding they did everything possible to make my day a perfect one and they so did nothing went wrong everything

  Fabulous day

  Perfect venue at a reasonable cost. We had a brilliant day and night, all staff were friendly and helpful, really made us feel special. Jess was brilliant start to finish.

  We got married here in September, our experience was mostly positive. Jess and the wedding team were excellent throughout, very in tune with what we wanted and made the arrangements stress free. Jess went above and beyond to ensure our day was exactly what we had visioned.We had the vintage package with afternoon tea. The food was lovely and plenty of it. The hotel itself is beautiful and all staff lovely (our guests commented on the helpfulness and politeness of the staff) however the evening reception was a bit disappointing, the DJ didn't read the room and although he was given requests he seemed to do his own thing. The hotel itself is beautiful and all staff lovely (our guests commented on the helpfulness and politeness of the staff) however the evening reception was a bit disappointing, the DJ didn't read the room and although he was given requests he seemed to do his own thing. I did ask him to play the requests and he said he was working his way through them ( even though very few were played) the cake was brought out on a platter with no plates or napkins, the evening staff and bar staff were very young and didn't really know what they were doing. Although we had a good night, it was abit haphazard. If I could do it all again I would get my own DJ or evening entertainment, but overall the location, the wedding day, and the wedding planners were perfect.

  Amazing day

  We got married at hellaby hall on the 5th oct 2024 the staff was so helpful from the start any questions I had I just rang up and put through to jess or emma and if they wasn't available they got back in touch as soon as they could sometimes as quick as next day the day couldn't of gone better the co ordinator explained everything nothing was too much trouble all the guests said how lovely the food was and how nice and clean the rooms was if you want the wedding of your dreams you won't be disappointed with hellaby if I could do it again I would
