Excellent but the hotel needs updating as windows could not open and the air conditioning is a hit and a miss

Our wedding day
We had our wedding here on 3/4/22, from start to finish the whole day was perfect. Carla our wedding co ordinator was fantastic, nothing was ever a bother for her. Fantastic Day from start to finish
The service we received from the hotel from our initial meeting with Carla through to dealing with Clare on the day itself was nothing short of fantastic. All of our requirements were met and exceeded. The food was delicious and so many of our guests commented so. We just wanted to thank Carla, Claire and the whole of the Holiday Inn team for our wedding on Saturday 13th Jan 18

Amazing!
What can i say? What an amazing day we had on Sunday!!!! I actually cant think of a single going wrong! It went so perfectly and so smoothly not to mention how magical it was. Yourself and the staff at the holiday inn were ALL amazing!!! Claire was fantastic, she was with me every step of the way and made my daughter feel so special! (The story of the fairies) my daughter was just so happy....in fact as we drove away from the hotel she went awww im going to miss claire!What can i say? What an amazing day we had on Sunday!!!! I actually cant think of a single going wrong! It went so perfectly and so smoothly not to mention how magical it was. Yourself and the staff at the holiday inn were ALL amazing!!! Smoother than we could have hoped for!
I wanted to pass on my thanks to the staff at Holiday Inn Glasgow East Kilbride. My wedding was on 30th April. It honestly went as smooth as I could have hoped for. We had loads of compliments on the food and how lovely the hotel looked.

Fabulous Day from Start to finish!
Can not fault this holiday Inn at all. We had our wedding in October 2016 and it was amazing. Carla , from start to finish was just brilliant, so professional and extremely helpful. The staff on the day were incredible, made us feel so comfortable and special. The rooms looked stunning and the food was incredible, they catered for our son who has allergies and gave the vegetarians a varied choice. We honestly couldn't fault our day at all. The honeymoon suit was lovely, we wish we could stayed longer. The whole day went without a hitch and that was due to Carla, Claire, Clare and all the other staff at the hotel from reception , housekeeping and the...Can not fault this holiday Inn at all. Fantastic from beginning to end!
We had our wedding at this hotel on 30th December 2015.
From my first meeting with Carla she instilled me with confidence in her knowledge and ability to enable me to have the wedding that we desired.
She explained all our options , and from the first meeting made me aware they could do as much or as little as we required.
She went through my many changes assisted by Karen , and I was always made to feel nothing was a bother.
Prior to the wedding we had a meeting and everything was arranged for the day.
I met Claire who was coordinating the event and Claire who was being our mc and they immediately made me...We had our wedding at this hotel on 30th December 2015.

It was Claire's first time being mc and I genuinely wish I could have bottled her enthusiasm . It was the little things, like my tears at the speeches and a box tissues appeared Even last minute changes were no problem .
Everything ran like clockwork, the venue was utterly perfect, the food was fantastic and I genuinely could not have asked for more.
All staff who we had any dealings with could not have done more and we felt they were genuinely delighted to be part of our special day.
I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough for your wedding the venue was big enough for our guests and there was room to sit out with the music area for guests looking for a bit of quieter area.
However it was the staff who made this so special and you would have no qualms about leaving your special day in their hands , they all genuinely felt like friends by the end of the day Lesley McGlynn -

After browsing a few venues in the area I found the Holiday Inn offered the best package. Everything was included from photographer to cars. Essentially all we had to do was turn up in clothes and we had a wedding! Carla and Karen were great from start to finish, accommodated every single request I had (as bizarre as they might have been) and I was made to feel like a true VIP on the day. We had our wedding here on the 25th March 2016, right from our first meeting with Carla we knew we had chosen the right venue, she was able to put us both at ease in how things were easily organised and nothing was a bother, even with all the changes I had made in the weeks leading up to our big day, Claire the mc was just amazing as I was stressing the evening before with last minute changes but this was not a problem, the staff were fabulous and made our day perfect.
