  Poor communication before we even started!

  We had such a bad experience during our search for a venue with this hotel, it completely put us off! Poor communication, phone and emails calls not returned made us question if they could provide us with a service if we booked our wedding with them. It took us a week to get a show round which was with the facilities manager and no one from the events team was there.
  
  The venue itself is lovely with great areas for photographs but we lost all trust during that first interaction to progress and take it further.

  Absolutely fantastic from start to finish

  They took out all the stress from wedding planning and was excellent from start to finish very professional and made our day and dreams come true

  Perfect day

  Our day was absolutely perfect. The team accommodated every small request we had. Guests are still complimenting the food six months later. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. We went with the Lovett Suite which we felt was more classic and attractive. Photographs outside the venue look amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. Jess and Millie made sure everything went smoothly and Sasha, who was new, even helped to sew me into my dress when the zip got stuck. It was great value and we lowered costs even more by providing our own wine and champagne. Can't recommend this venue enough.

  I cannot fault the hotel team. Its a shame booings are done via a centralised team but don't let that service deter you from the on-site team. No request was too difficult for them to accommodate. Would 100% recommend holding any event here but for my winter wedding it was perfect. Also , the upsell of their suppliers is totally worthwhile. They work brilliantly together.

  That was amazing service. The venue replied always very quickly. Everyone was friendly, professional and just very nice. Amazing value for money. I have to admit the venue and service exceeded our expectations. Mind you, we weren't very fussy and just wanted to focus on having a nice day without obsessing over the details. Having said that, the venue looked amazing, nothing looked like a compromise and the food was great. We had the Platinum package, recalculated for our number of guests and we can't recommend highly enough. Everything was taken care of - DJ, food and room decoration were included in the package, the price was perfect. We felt we actually got way more than we payed for.
  Location of the hotel is great as well and it is a very cute little hotel.
  Overall, great experience, no hesitation to recommend!

  Great organisation, great staff and great venue

  Our wedding was a super experience. The event was well organised, the staff were experienced, professional and always available. The venue was superb and ideally set up.
  Only one minor thing which let it down was the free drink token system was poorly managed and I would do that differently with hind sight but still worth the 5 stars and would recommend anyone to use this venue for their wedding.

  Wedding May 11th 2019 - Outstanding venue !

  Our story started when the venue we originally booked in 2017 for our 11th May Wedding cancelled on us 5 weeks before our wedding ! PANIC ! Thanks to the power of Facebook we found this amazing venue and our new path to happiness began. Jessica could not be any more helpful when she found out our story, so supportive and calm, I couldn't believe they had availability on the same day (11th) and the new registrars also had a slot for us. IT WAS FATE ! By the time we met Jessica at Holiday Inn MK East it was around 4 weeks until our big day, nothing was too much trouble and everything went so smoothly from start to finish with the new preparations. I didn't have to worry about anything at all. Our big day arrived and we were then looked after by Shadonna and the team... I had no worries about anything ! the day went like a heavenly dream and we was looked after from start to finish. We can't think of words powerful enough to thank them for such a special day,
  In the end we was so thankful the original venue cancelled on us, we had the wedding of our dreams at this venue. Thank you Holiday Inn MK East and all of the team that looked after us, special thanks to Jessica and Shadonna, we will never forget everything you did for us. x
