Wedding day

I had my wedding here a few weeks ago. We had the ceremony wedding breakfast and evening reception at the hotel. What a wonderful experience- the staff the venue all was just perfect!!! The food was amazing for the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet and was very generous. The room we got married in was so special, the sun came out so we had all our photos outside. It was just perfect. Brian Robbins was so helpful professional and made everything run so smoothly and nothing was too much . Would highly recommend… delighted with our choice.

Everything and More from a Wedding Venue

If you are planning a wedding, I cannot recommend this venue enough. We had the hotel for 48 hours Friday lunchtime through to Sunday lunchtime and it felt like we were at home from the start.
From the support and organisation of the management in preparing for the event, through to the warm and friendly reception you get from all staff, who were always checking everything was okay and if there was anything they could do for us and the guests. We really did feel like we were at home and they really cared about everyone's experience not just the wedding party.

We had a lot of parts to the wedding and nearly a hundred guests and yet...

If you are planning a wedding, I cannot recommend this venue enough. We had the hotel for 48 hours Friday lunchtime through to Sunday lunchtime and it felt like we were at home from the start.
From the support and organisation of the management in preparing for the event, through to the warm and friendly reception you get from all staff, who were always checking everything was okay and if there was anything they could do for us and the guests. We really did feel like we were at home and they really cared about everyone's experience not just the wedding party.

We had a lot of parts to the wedding and nearly a hundred guests and yet we were slickly moved through each of the days events without really knowing it was happening. I like to be in control but honestly they were always one step ahead knowing what we wanted and had agreed and putting it into action.
Out guests all commented on the venue (how beautiful it was and the views for the photos), the food (and we ate a lot of food over the weekend, all of which was presented exquisitely and tasted amazing) and finally the rooms, which were all well presented and comfy.
The venue does have some beautiful views out to sea and the gardens are well kept and added to the photos and the drink reception.
I could go on as there were so many things the staff did that helped make the wedding 'perfect' (my daughters words). My daughter didn't want a wedding in a hotel, but this isn't just a hotel and I would suggest if you are looking at venues you go along and have a conversation with Brian the events manager before you make your final decision.
Finally I would recommend this hotel as a wedding and events venue (having attended many dinners in the garden room) as they take the stress out of the process and nothing is too much effort, they even found me a unicorn and I thought they were extinct. If I had another daughter I would use the same venue without a second thought.

Just perfect

We had the best day getting married at Hotel Miramar!
Brian and the team were extremely helpful and made all our wishes come true.
Everything was just perfect and smooth, so we could just enjoy the day without having to worry about anything.
We could not have asked for a better experience and we cannot recommend them enough.
Views are amazing from the garden too, it was just the perfect place with the best team!

Amazing experience

We were celebrating our wedding in 6th of July at Miramar hotel.
The hotel Members were extremely friendly and helpful(specially Sasha)
Thank you for making our day super special.
Everything was perfect.
Our room was amazing and we had a breathtaking sea view.

The perfect choice for our wedding reception!

We truly couldn’t rate Hotel Miramar higher. We held our wedding reception with them and Brian their wedding planner is fabulous. We felt completely cared for, to say nothing was too much trouble is an understatement. We wish we could experience it all over again!

The garden suite was exclusively ours, with its own bar. The dinner service was absolutely exquisite, every single dish was cooked to perfection and they catered perfectly to our guests dietary requirements. The wedding suite was gorgeous, as was breakfast the next morning.

The whole process of planning our wedding was made so much easier by Brian, who not only took on all of our crazy ideas but advised us from his wealth of experience in hotel event planning and management.

Dream wedding day at Hotel Miramar

The Miramar team excels.
Everything at this hotel is fabulous. From the moment you arrive nothing is too much trouble. The food from breakfast to the wedding catering was excellent.
Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean and comfy. Many of our guests stayed and commented what a lovely atmosphere the hotel has.
Brett the wedding coordinator made the wedding go smoothly. From the planning to the actual day Brett was on hand. He oversaw all of the arrangements and table decorations and was very attentive all day snd made it seem like no trouble or bother at all when I phoned with many questions.

Professional, attentive, customer service -

At short notice, Hotel Miramar took the driving seat for our wedding which took place 11th June 2021 (Covid restricted to 30 guests). I used to be in the wedding industry, and I could immediately tell that Marcin, the Hotel Manager was a true professional. Confident, relaxed, knowledgeable, helpful and flexible - nothing was beyond him or too much trouble. Everything that was planned and promised was delivered, and more besides. Brett, the Wedding Co-ordinator was also an absolute diamond. He was like a second best man guiding us, advising us, and confidently taking charge of the little things we hadn't even considered. Then there were the staff - polite, industrious, smart yet almost invisible as they went about...

As it was a late wedding with only thirty guests, we opted for afternoon tea. I had actually advised people to take a late breakfast, well I wish I hadn't as the food was delicious, professionally presented and plentiful. Professionalism, attention to detail and customer service are individually rare finds, but The Hotel Miramar has cornered ample stocks of all three. Finally I have to mention the location. A beautiful building, Perched on Bournemouth Cliffs, looking through palm trees to a 180 degree sea view. "It looks like The Caribbean" said one of our guests. Marcin, Brett, Hotel Miramar Staff - Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so much more than we could dare to expect. I would say to anyone getting married near Bournemouth "Visit The Hotel Miramar first and save yourself a lot of leg-work"..

Beautiful wedding day

Absolutely amazing day at Hotel Mirimar would highly recommend a visit whether it be afternoon tea or your big day (I've done both) . I can't thank enough all the staff for making it so perfect but especially Marcin and Brett for going out of there way to make the day go smoothly ,honestly couldn't have asked for a better day . The food was delicious ,service friendly ,gardens and hotel are immaculate literally couldn't fault a thing best hotel in Bournemouth if you ask me. THANK YOU SO MUCH .
