A perfect day

We cannot recommend Kimbridge Barn highly enough, it was truly perfect in every way! From the very beginning, communication was outstanding, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless. Every single detail was handled with care, and the whole team was simply amazing.

The venue itself was ideal for our guests, offering something for everyone. The comfortable seating indoors provided a great space for those who wanted to relax, while the outdoor fire pits created a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests who preferred to sit outside. It was the perfect balance and allowed everyone to enjoy the day in their own way.

We cannot recommend Kimbridge Barn highly enough, it was truly perfect in every way! From the very beginning, communication was outstanding, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless. Every single detail was handled with care, and the whole team was simply amazing.

The venue itself was ideal for our guests, offering something for everyone. It was the perfect balance and allowed everyone to enjoy the day in their own way.

The recommended suppliers were fantastic, ensuring every aspect of the event came together seamlessly. A special mention must go to Paul, who coordinated everything on the day. His reassuring presence and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude made all the difference. Knowing we had someone as capable and attentive as him looking after things allowed us to enjoy every moment without a worry.

Our guests were full of praise for the venue The food was absolutely perfect, catering effortlessly to those with allergens and dietary requirements. Many guests commented that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had, which is high praise indeed!

If you're looking for a wedding venue that combines incredible service, a stunning setting, and meticulous attention to detail, this is the place to choose. It gave us and our guests a day to remember forever!

Perfect venue for the perfect day

We cannot recommend Kimbridge Barn enough.
The venue is perfect. Plenty of parking for guests. The actual barn is beautiful. We had so many compliments from our guests.
The staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We felt confident right from the beginning.
On the day, I can honestly say we had nothing to worry about. Everything ran perfectly smoothly. I think that shows the experience of the team. Everyone was amazing on the day.
The food was just fantastic, both from the main wedding breakfast as well as the evening food. It was delicious and plentiful.
Our day was absolutely perfect and there is nothing we would have changed.
If you book the barn, you will not be disappointed.

A Romance Fairytale

I cannot recommend the team enough. The venue is perfect and we couldn't have asked for more during our special day.
Booking 10 months in advance we communicated via email and in person for tasters, and everything we needed. They checked over everything so that there was no mistakes.
On the day Paul and the team greeted us with open arms and had everything planned with the finest detail.
The food and drinks were incredible and all the guests have said how amazing everything was.

Beautiful Dog Friendly Venue!

Kimbridge has versatile spaces, including the courtyard which can be enjoyed late into the evening with fire pits, as well as the indoor spaces. Our guests had ample space to mingle and enjoy themselves.

The food was one of the standouts of the day; there was more than enough for all and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit feast. Kimbridge were also able to adapt the food for any dietary requirement easily, providing a similar experience to all, which our guests were extremely grateful for.

Kimbridge offers an exceptionally beautiful space with impeccable service at a reasonable price tag in comparison to other nearby venues we looked at. In addition Kimbridge was the most dog friendly venue we encountered which made the day all the better as our Dachshund of Honour was made incredibly welcome.

A big thank you to the team! We loved our day and we would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a venue.

Wonderful venue & excellent staff

This was the perfect place for our wedding. We wanted a countryside/barn wedding and this set right by the river Test was perfect. From beginning to end, the staff were excellent. They took a lot of the stress out of planning the day, helped to keep us on track (we had less than 6 months to plan the wedding) and gave lots of helpful advice along the way. On the day they were very professional in coordinating all of the events and made sure we were looked after. The venue was stunning and set up exactly as we had wanted/imagined. Drinks appeared for us immediately after the ceremony - and my G&T never seemed to empty! A plates of...

This was the perfect place for our wedding. We wanted a countryside/barn wedding and this set right by the river Test was perfect. From beginning to end, the staff were excellent. They took a lot of the stress out of planning the day, helped to keep us on track (we had less than 6 months to plan the wedding) and gave lots of helpful advice along the way. On the day they were very professional in coordinating all of the events and made sure we were looked after. The venue was stunning and set up exactly as we had wanted/imagined. Drinks appeared for us immediately after the ceremony - and my G&T never seemed to empty! A plates of canapes was set aside for us to ensure we didn't miss out while we were getting our photos. When there was a near disaster with a red wine spillage - the staff appeared in seconds to clean up and deal with any potential stains. There was even some assistance provided with bustling my dress in the evening ahead of the first dance.

The barn itself is a lovely space for the ceremony and wedding breakfast and disco/first dance. The food was yummy - everyone really enjoyed the fire pit menu. All dietaries were catered for (vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten free, pescatarian etc). We loved using the boot room as a place to sit and chat or play Jenga/Connect 4. Everyone had lots of fun at the casino tables that were set up in there. It was so lovely in the evening to sit outside in the courtyard with drinks by the fire pits. The day just disappeared so quickly. We had such a memorable day that we will never forget. I cant thank the staff enough for helping to make this happen.

Beautiful Venue

We had our wedding reception at Kimbridge Barn back in March and it was absolutely perfect! Everyone was incredible throughout the whole process - they were super attentive and helpful, made sure we had everything we needed, and stayed in contact consistently. I asked so many little questions in the lead up to the big day and they answered very quickly every time which really helped to put my mind at ease. Helen and Cassie were particularly great during the planning process, and Fliss was amazing on the day, especially when I was feeling under the weather when we arrived.
Thank you to everyone that was involved, you were all amazing! ⭐️

The best venue & team!

We knew from day one that Kimbridge would be the perfect venue for us and we feel so lucky to have chosen such a wonderful venue.

During the planning the team were patient, helpful, supportive & went above and beyond to create our perfect wedding day!

Onto the day itself and we can’t even explain how incredible the whole team were - the food was AMAZING, the staff behind the bar were rushed off their feet (but our guests never had to wait long) and everything went perfectly.

We have had so many compliments from our guests about the venue & the staff and words aren’t enough to justify how amazing you all are!

What a Fantastic Venue!

Kimbridge as a venue and the team were outstanding. The whole process end to end was highly professional. On the day the barn was completely beautiful. The supplier recommendations you get from Kimbridge are definitely a good idea. I also would say the food for the wedding breakfast and evening food was also remarked upon on the day.

For any couples looking to get married many wedding venues don't have a good wet weather plan - Kimbridge is highly flexible in that regard and this was very very useful especially in the evening. Getting married in April is always risky!
