We knew from the moment we set eyes on Launcells Barton that we had finally found the place we were going to get married! We feel so lucky to have stumbled across it on our annual trip to Cornwall last year because we can't imagine having a better experience.
Everything about Launcells Barton is spectacular! We were so happy to have found a venue that had accommodation on site and multiple spaces to use throughout the day and the cherry on top ...the absolutely stunning grounds!
Lara and the Launcells team are so warm, helpful and organised. They made the whole planning process so easy and stress free. We had so many comments throughout the day from our guests saying how beautiful the venue was, how lovely all of the staff were and how smoothly our day ran.
We had the best day of our lives and couldn't recommend Launcells Barton more. -

We knew from the moment we arrived at Launcells Barton that it was the perfect venue for us. We had only been engaged for 24 hours and we were completely clueless about where to start!
Lara was incredibly warm and welcoming and gave us a thorough tour showing us everything that the venue had to offer. The venue includes accommodation for up 12 people in a stunning 17thC Manor House which we felt was a fantastic part of the package.
Throughout the planning process Layla and Ellie were on hand to answer any queries we had and they were able to provide fantastic insights into the ‘do’s’ and ‘dont’s’ which helped us to plan the perfect day. The Trello board was really useful as a forum to collate information and ask any queries in the final stages of the planning process.
When we arrived at the venue to set up for the big day Ellie was welcoming and helpful and helped make the process as stress-free as possible. We loved having exclusive use of the site which enabled us to enjoy the evening before and morning after with our closest family and friends.
The day itself was magical and the venue was absolutely stunning. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue and the surrounding area. Ellie was fantastic on the day and ensured everything ran smoothly so that we could enjoy ourselves after 18 months of planning! Our guests also commented on how attentive the bar staff were and they were very friendly and chatty with our guests.
We would recommend Launcells Barton to everyone as it really was the most perfect venue.

Where do we start! We had the most incredible and memorable day at Launcells Barton. A day that we are still reminiscing daily and continue to hear amazing memories from friends and family alike.
Ellie and Lara helped us plan the perfect wedding, all whilst we were abroad. They answered every question we had and kept us informed of all of the details we needed. We met with Ellie and Lara for the first time, half way through our planning phase, and they talked us through the day in such detail that meant we were all on the same page. The recommended suppliers were amazing, just about all of our suppliers were from this list and they were truly phenomenal. This, alongside the great communication from Launcells Barton, meant the entire process was stress free and exciting.
On the day, Ellie and the team worked behind the scenes seamlessly, to ensure we had the most beautiful day. They co-ordinated with all of our suppliers to ensure the smooth running, from the guitarist, to the florist and food.
Dan and I were able to fully relax and enjoy the day, knowing Ellie and the team were on it. Our day at Launcells Barton surpassed all of our expectations, it was everything we wanted and we will cherish those memories and pictures forever!

I had saw adverts on instagram of Launcells Barton long before we were engaged so when it happened, I knew straight away where I’d like to look! We arranged a viewing and the second we drove into the gates, we knew it was the one! The grounds are beautiful and the perfect mix between country and modern. Once we’d booked, the venue stayed in regular contact, offering advice and support the whole time. The lead up to the wedding was not stressful at all due to the coordinator Ellie being on hand to help whenever needed. Having the venue for the whole weekend was perfect and gave us plenty of time to set up then relax and get excited for the day! Our wedding day went perfectly and everything ran smoothly! The tractor ride was the perfect way to end the day. We can’t thank Ellie and everyone at Launcells enough for giving us the best day of our lives.Launcells Barton's reply:

A lovely, relaxed wedding day
The venue at Launcells Barton is stunning and having the place for the whole weekend is lovely. The house is beautiful and a great place to relax the night before and morning after. The vibe of the place and staff is very relaxed but professional so you can rely on them to handle the logistics of your big day while focusing on having a good time.Launcells Barton's reply:

Perfect in every way!
Our entire wedding journey with the Launcells team really was perfect in every way. From our initial contact through to our big day, Lara and Ellie couldn't have been more helpful. From the moment we stepped out of the car to view Launcells Barton, we knew it had to be our wedding venue. Lara and Ellie made the whole process as stress free as possible. They set up a Trello board where all of our information was kept together so that we were all on the same page. Our day ran more smoothly than we could have imagined and Ellie was on hand throughout the day for everything that we needed. Our wedding day was Ellie's first wedding 'flying solo' and you would think she had been doing it for years. From her kind words before the ceremony, organisation and getting stuck in having fun with us, she really was spectacular. There aren't the words to express how incredible the Launcells team are and how perfect they made our special day and we would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone searching for the perfect venue for their big day!Launcells Barton's reply:

Launcells Barton were incredible! Lara and Ellie were unbelievable, nothing was too much trouble and they ensured the entire day ran smoothly. The venue is so beautiful and we could not have asked for a better day if we tried. From our initial visit to the day itself the service was incredible and honestly if we could do it all again we wouldn't change a thing! The day after I got engaged I found Launcells Barton online, I saved it straight away and would always look at the pictures of it and could not wait to visit. It was the only venue me and my husband visited together and the pictures lived up to the venue and more. It is beautiful and has so many perfect different areas to have those picture moments. There is so much room for guests to explore and the children loved playing on the big field just outside the reception area.
Leading up to the wedding I had a good few questions I would need answering and Lara and her team would always be available to answer in a timely manner.
Our day was magical and perfect. The staff were lovely and we were looked after very well. I can’t express how much I love this venue and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. If you are thinking of booking I highly recommending you do as you will not regret it!

Incredible!
Myself and my husband got married in September 2023 at this gorgeous venue (the first and only venue we viewed should I add, it just felt right!)
Co ordinator Layla, was just incredible all the way up to the special day as-well as on the day. So professional, yet warm and friendly with no questions being too big or small.
On the day, Joe and I felt so stress free, everything was taken care of and we could fully relax and enjoy our day with our nearest and dearest without worrying about a thing! This, of course, was all down to Layla and the team - We honestly, hand on heart, couldn’t of wished for a better people to guide us through all the preparations up to the special day AND make our day go as smoothly as it did.
Launcells really is a special place that will always have a place in our hearts. The house and grounds are packed with character, beauty and history. We felt incredibly lucky to be able to get married and spend the weekend here, we will treasure our memories/photos and videos for life.
