Amazing Venue and Great Team

The wedding team at Low Wood are fantastic. Very knowledgeable, fantastic options and suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a family set back 18 months prior to our wedding which meant some slight changes, the team could not have been more supportive and flexible and helped to ensure we still got our special day we had dreamed of.
On the day everything was perfect all our guests have said what a great day it was and we arranged a cruise as a surprise to guests for between the wedding breakfast and evening reception which everyone really enjoyed and was a great way to chill out with our guests and something fun to do.

The wedding team at Low Wood are fantastic. Very knowledgeable, fantastic options and suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing wedding

We planned our wedding day for 3 years and Low Wood Bay made it everything we wanted and more. From the first meeting until the big day, they really couldn't have done anymore for us. Even on the day, moments before our guests came into our reception, they changed things around for me. A special mention to Rachel, who was just phenomenal throughout. We are so grateful. Thank you

Can’t think of better venue

As soon as we viewed the Low Wood, we knew it was the one! So much so we only actually looked round there and didn’t bother looking anywhere else! The location is stunning, and all the staff really just want the best for you. The wedding team is gold standard quality, they could not have been more helpful and their response time was almost immediate, if not the very next day. Nothing was too much trouble for them to organise, I also felt that they were genuinely excited for my wedding which was lovely. On the day it ran SO smooth, I barely had to think of anything. The food was delicious, no complaints at all. Overall the low wood is a beautiful venue and holds such a special place in our hearts.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

Fantastic wedding weekend at low wood bay. The wedding team are amazing and make sure you have a day to remember. We couldn’t have had a better day if we tried a million times it was truly perfect.

From start to finish, the service from Lucy and her team was exceptional. Every email was answered promptly, no question was ever a problem, and they guided us through every step of the planning process with ease. They truly think of everything and remain so calm and in control, making the entire experience stress-free.

Stunning venue, incredible wedding team and wonderful cocktail cruise!

We couldn’t recommend Low Wood Bay as a wedding venue more! The wedding team are beyond incredible, we can’t think of anything they said no to, they made every idea of ours a reality and made the whole process as stress free as could possibly be, thinking of all the little details we hadn’t or weren’t sure about. The venue itself is stunning with incredible views. Although not technically ‘exclusive’ the drinks reception lawn and Lakes Suites used for the ceremony, meal and evening are so private with separate bar and toilets that you felt like it was exclusive anyway, but with the ease of our friends and family being able to extend their stay before and after the...

We couldn’t recommend Low Wood Bay as a wedding venue more! The wedding team are beyond incredible, we can’t think of anything they said no to, they made every idea of ours a reality and made the whole process as stress free as could possibly be, thinking of all the little details we hadn’t or weren’t sure about. The venue itself is stunning with incredible views. Although not technically ‘exclusive’ the drinks reception lawn and Lakes Suites used for the ceremony, meal and evening are so private with separate bar and toilets that you felt like it was exclusive anyway, but with the ease of our friends and family being able to extend their stay before and after the wedding for a mini break which was especially nice for those travelling a long way or visiting the Lakes for the first time. The food is absolutely incredible with loads of choice, at restaurant quality it didn’t seem mass produced at all. The absolute highlight for us was being able to add a boat cruise from the hotels jetty, we added a saxophone player and cocktails and it was many of our guests favourite part of the day, and something very different! We thought the price was incredibly good compared to other venues we’d looked at, priced per head with a very minimal additional fee for room hire for the ceremony only. It also included extras including flowers, cake and a nights stay with champagne which made a huge difference too. We’re so excited to come back for our anniversary and have a special place we can continue to return to!

Beautiful day!

Would highly recommend low wood bay for a wedding venue! Lucy and the team were fantastic & made our day run smoothly, nothing was ever a problem. Our guests loved the food and the service was brilliant. The venue has stunning views for photos. Can’t fault it one bit

Masters of their craft

We got married August bank holiday weekend and we could not fault the low wood team. They are true masters of their craft and all did everything to make sure our day was just as we wished it would be.

I had the best time having my wedding here. Would 1000% recommend. They did everything they could and helped out so much. The day would not of gone by so smoothly without the team. What they charge is definitely worth it. Food was amazing. Everyone had nothing negative to say. Best day ever and I would get married here
