  The service we received was second to none

  I would like to thank you and your team for such a wonderful day last Saturday. Everything was just perfect as I’d imagined. We were all taken with the room. The service we received was second to none.
  
  Please pass on to your staff how wonderful they were they all deserve credit and thanks.
  
  I will be very happy to recommend the hotel to other friends.

  We just wanted to send an email to you and all your staff to thank you for such a wonderful reception and making our wedding day so seamless and beautiful, from the set up of the space to the lovely hard working staff- everything was brilliant and our reception looked stunning, our vision really got bought to life!
  
  Thank you to yourself, and Gary for being invaluable throughout the whole planning stage and on the day, to William for being there to announce everything and I would like to pass on a special thank you to Siobhan who was fantastic to have around not only with the setting up of the reception but also during our welcome drinks and as an extra pair of hands for my train during our bride and groom shots, I know she only started her role recently and would like to say that she was truly fantastic and a real asset to your team!
  
  We are are so so pleased that we chose to hold our reception at the Mercure Winchester Wessex Hotel, and can't really say thank you enough!

  Also I think I may have left my phone iphone charger in our room (203) would you please be able to see if this has been found and also let us know if there are any other of our wedding bits that were left behind?

  Best day of my life

  Just wanted to write a post of this wonderful hotel. I had my wedding here on 14/02/15 and it was the best day of my life. During the planning process i was supported by the fantastic staff that work there. Nothing was too much trouble and my questions (as silly as they sometimes were) were answered quickly and kindly. The whole day was planned perfectly from start to finish and everyone seemed to be in exactly the right place at the right time. The staff here genuinely cared about every single person that was there. Lucy was the wedding co-coordinator and she was so lovely, professional and calm. She sorted all the little details and cared about them as much as i did. Luca also was a shining star and seemed to organize everything perfectly, he was also lovely, and christo always smiling and helpful. Those were the main names i remember but every member of staff continued to make me feel at home. The rooms are gorgeous!, the views of the cathedral stunning! and the food yummy!. A lovely day with lovely people. Thank you!

  A very happy time

  We were very happy and equally so were our friends and family. We truly had a very happy time. The food was excellent and served well. Everyone remarked on how well it all went.

  Service you provided was exceptional

  Thank you and all your staff for making our daughter's wedding reception such a success. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff from yourself and the Master of Ceremonies down to the most junior waiter, were so professional, kind and accommodating; we had many comments from guests who were most impressed by the food but even more by the fantastic service.
