We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and everyone said it is a stunning venue and amazing grounds.

North Mymms was the first venue that we viewed, and we left with such excitement knowing that it was our venue.

A secret gem in Hertfordshire

This place is absolutely stunning! All the NMP staff were amazing however a massive thank you to Bimal, Jaina, Gavin, Bilal and the security who went above and beyond to ensure the wedding smoothly.

The 2 floor Manor House is huge and there were so many rooms to use for our guests.There is only 1 main entrance.

The Pavilion (Marquee) was sublime and very sturdy. There were no power issues/outages which was one of my concerns which I did ask the team and they said they have never had issues like that so I was relieved.

We even got to use the buggy a few times during the day which was handy to travel back and...

Wonderful Venue

As a wedding planner I was asked to coordinate my client's wedding.
Such a wonderful venue along with amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble for them.
If you want a stunning venue with beautiful surroundings, then this is the place to book.
I will definitely be recommending this venue to my clients.

Firstly, can I just say a massive thank you from Gavin and I for everything you have all done to make our wedding reception possible. It has been all we have ever dreamed of for so long and we are so overwhelmed by the support we have had from you all.

From the beginning of our first ever visit, the following up site visits, through to the very event, to our over overnight stay in the beautiful stables and breakfast the next morning it was all breathtakingly beautiful and flawless.

From the moment we saw this stunning venue we knew it was for us. We did not even have to consider saying anything but a big fat yes! It boasts some beautiful scenery outdoors and the art work and tapestry’s are everything in the home. It is fruitful with culture and unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The grounds are simply stunning.

The events team and everyone at North Mymms have always been on hand to deal with anything and everything thrown at them and we have never been left waiting for a response. Bimal, Jayna and Charlotte are wonderful assets to this venue. Everything was always dealt with promptly and efficiently. The service you have all provided has been faultless. You have dealt with us more like family than a vendor and client relationship. You didn’t treat us like a business transaction and that sets you aside from other vendors and venues. We truly appreciate this aspect of how you have conducted everything with us.

On the reception day I couldn’t get over the fact that all my belongings had been sent to our honeymoon suite in the stables whilst I left the main house and went for photographs until the reception finished in the early hours of the morning - I did not have a single worry. Everything had been nicely packed and not a thing was missing! Not even my charger or socks which I always forget!!!! Thank you.

Our guests that attended and those who stayed overnight were in awe at their rooms, the venue, the hospitality and the fact we had so many options at breakfast. This will be talked about for a long time. There was vegetarian food and oat milk which was such a winner for me. The breakfast staff were absolutely lovely and worked tirelessly to serve us all with a smile.

It rained towards the evening and we were able to access a buggy to take us to our marquee and back to the stables to retire to our room. My expensive outfit did not even get wet!!! I never thought about this and it was the fact that your attention to detail was everything. The staff and security were the best I’ve ever seen at an event. They were so proactive and cheerful and did everything to help us and our guests. The lovely man even held an umbrella over my head when stepping off the buggy. I felt so teary that all this effort was for us.

Gavin and I have been to the venue before but we had never seen it look like it did at our wedding reception. You allowed us to do a set up that had never been done before with the screens we had and production. Thank you so much for all your patience when dealing with my bridezilla of a husband. He often gets so many ideas and goes at 100mph. He loves working in events and you really allowed him to manifest when planning our wedding. You brought our visions to life and made everything more beautiful than we could ever imagine. It was gorgeous. Everything was so tasteful and classy. It will forever be a memorable and magical place for us and that is what it is all about. We couldn’t have done it without you all.

To anyone ever looking to book with you for a wedding or anything else. I seriously urge them to come and visit and take it from there because they will not find anything that compares to this, let alone provides the bespoke service you all do. This venue holds a special place our hearts and has given us nothing but butterflies and tranquility. It will always mean so much to us.

I wish you all nothing but to flourish in life and for this venue to always remain fully booked, because you all work ever so hard behind the scenes and truly deserve the credit. I almost want to get married all over again just to be at this wonderful place and live for the experience of a lifetime.

I’m so emotional writing this because we will never forget the effort you’ve all gone to and how you have all bended over backwards to accommodate us.

Magical venue

We chose North Mymms Park due to both the beauty of the rooms inside the Mansion House and also the magnificent grounds outside. Bimal, Charlotte & Team were very helpful and flexible during the wedding planning process and helping us to re-arrange our date due to Covid. We were lucky on the day with the weather and held our morning ceremony outdoors but felt at ease that there were multiple indoor rooms available in case of rain. All guests loved the day and kept on complimenting our venue. We recommend North Mymms Park to anyone looking for their dream wedding venue!

The most stress free, beautiful venue

We got married at North Mymms in August after having to change the date 3 times due to Covid and I have to say it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. They are the ultimate professionals , and even with Covid throwing a few spanners in the works, Charlotte and everyone else at the venue worked tirelessly to help us re-arrange dates and suppliers with the minimal amount of stress. On the day , we did not get a single phone call from any of our suppliers because the venue were so good at making sure everything was in the right place at the right time. It’s an absolutely stunning venue, beautiful building and steeped in history. If your budget is tight, you can definitely save money in decor as the house speaks for itself and doesn’t need much extra decoration. Special mention to Charlotte who is a great asset to the team and worked so hard to help bring our special day to life.
