Wedding 07/02/2025

We got married 0n the 7th Feb 2025. All of the staff were incredibly helpful on the day, any question we had they were more than happy to answer. They covered every bit of information in as meeting the day before ensuring there was nothing left out of the planning for the day. The location was beautiful and even on a rainy/snowy day shone through in our photographs. The food was amazing and we were even able to personalise some of the menu items for the day. They are also dog friendly which meant our little puppy could spend the day celebrating with us.
Norton Park was a really great place to get married and would recommend.

Emma was an absolute godsend for our wedding

Me and my (now) husband had the most magical wedding at this venue. Emma, who organised it for us, was absolutely fantastic. The venue itself is stunning with so many lovely secret spots for photos. However, Emma really went above and beyond in making our special day easier. Anyone currently in the process of organising a wedding will know how much work it is- and we decided to try and achieve that in just eight months!! Emma was on top of everything we needed to do for the reception, and chase us up with anything we forgot to do as well. She worked with us with all our preferences and offered solutions when we were stuck. She even helped...

August wedding at the Manor House

We had an intimate August wedding at the Manor House which was fantastic! Emma was a real help when organising the wedding - she was always responsive and made lots of helpful suggestions which improved the weekend. The team assigned to look after us for the actual weekend were lovely (especially Jodie). Great food for the pre-wedding dinner and wedding breakfast. Overall would recommend!

Magical day!

We had a relatively late venue change to Norton Park and from the outset Emma and the wider team were simply phenomenal! They were accommodating and kind and nothing was too much trouble. Emma went above and beyond to make our day as perfect as possible (only drawback being lack of AC in bridal suite which, in August, made it a little unbearable but in all honesty in the grand scheme of things? Was not a big deal). Emma also accommodated a last minute change to plans due to an injury to the Father of the Groom. Quite simply, Emma and Norton Park made our day the best of our lives and we could not be more grateful.

Absolutely amazing!!!

Emma and her team are absolutely amazing!! We had a fabulous day, everyone made us feel so so special. I love this hotel and the barn is a fantastic space for any advent, our day couldn't have gone better and we will deffinatly be returning! Thank younso much for giving us the best day of the rest of our lives! We will always be so grateful xxx

Smith wedding 2024

We got married on the 22nd June this year and we had the most magical, beautiful and perfect day. It was everything we wished for and more. The venue was dressed so beautifully. Emma was extremely helpful with all wedding planning leading up to the day and her and her team were fantastic on the day. Service throughout the day was really good and our day couldn’t of run anymore smoothly from start to finish. We had lots of comments from family and friends saying how amazing the day was and how yummy the food was.

We got married on the 22nd June this year and we had the most magical, beautiful and perfect day. It was everything we wished for and more. The venue was dressed so beautifully. I stayed the night before in the bridal suite and then got ready in there with all my bridal party. The breakfast that got brought upstairs was amazing!! Emma arranged a room for Al and his groomsmen to get ready in when they arrived in the morning. We then stayed in that room the night of wedding which was remade up and had flowers taken up to the room.

We even got gifted a personalised cake knife set from the hotel which was a lovely surprise.
We couldn’t fault our wedding day at all, we had the best wedding ever, Thankyou Emma and her team and all of Norton park. Norton park will always have a special place in our hearts and we will be back in the future to stay!

Couldn’t have asked for more!

Wow, where to start! We got married May 2024 and after planning our wedding with Norton Park since 2022, we couldn’t have been happier with the service that the team provided us. Emma was fantastic from start to finish, her communication, vision and attention to detail was superb! All of the hotel staff went above and beyond from house keeping to catering staff and receptionists the morning after!
The wedding breakfast was perfect, with guests complimenting it as the ‘best food they’ve ever had at a wedding’.

Best Day Ever

We had the most perfect wedding at Norton Park Hotel and honestly couldn't have wished for better. Initially, there was a little bit of a staff turnaround but our expectation were well and truly exceeded. Our Wedding Coordinator (Emma) was an absolute hero through the entire planning process and on the day, I did not have one single thing to worry about. We had so many compliments on the food and the general aesthetics of the hotel, it is a beautiful setting and every single staff member we encountered were so friendly and helpful. My husband and I couldn't recommend Norton Park enough. Thank you.

Emma and Kim from Norton Park

Emma has made our wedding experience fantastic and as stress free as possible! Right from the start she was responsive, professional and extremely friendly which made us at ease! A few days before the wedding we had some last minute changes which she accommodated perfectly without any problems and the day of the wedding was perfect and went exactly as planned. Two Experiences - Flawless Wedding Day at Norton Park

When we first booked Norton Park Hotel for our big day, we had high hopes for a memorable day. While there were some hiccups during the lead-up to the wedding, the actual day itself turned out to be faultless, thanks to the incredible efforts of their dedicated staff, particularly Emma, Kim and David.

In all honesty, our journey towards the wedding day was less than smooth. We encountered a handful of issues, particularly regarding the meals we went for on several occasions prior to the day. On multiple occasions, we had to address discrepancies with the food along with our first menu tasting evening which was short of a disaster and caused us unnecessary anxiety and stress. However,...

In all honesty, our journey towards the wedding day was less than smooth. We encountered a handful of issues, particularly regarding the meals we went for on several occasions prior to the day. On multiple occasions, we had to address discrepancies with the food along with our first menu tasting evening which was short of a disaster and caused us unnecessary anxiety and stress. However, Emma assured us that despite these initial setbacks, things would improve on our big day as it was a different team running the event and told us not to worry.

And improved, they did. The team led by Emma, Kim & David were dedicated to ensuring our day ran smoothly from start to finish.

Emma, Kim and David were our main points of contact on the day, they all went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and address any concerns we had. They took charge of the entire day, overseeing the setup and ensuring that the tiny details were perfect. David & Kims presence alone put us at ease and allowed us to fully enjoy our special day.

David and Kim orchestrated the smooth flow of the entire wedding. From coordinating with the kitchen staff to managing the waiting staff, they ensured that the service was faultless. Their calmness and professionalism set the tone for the entire venue. It was clear that their expertise and experience were instrumental in executing a flawless event.

The staff as a whole, on the day of our wedding, exceeded all expectations. They were attentive, friendly, and highly efficient, making sure that each guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. From the serving staff to the bartenders, everyone contributed to the incredible ambiance of the day. The quality of service provided was truly remarkable, and we sincerely appreciated all their efforts.

While the lead-up to our wedding left something to be desired, it was the tireless dedication of Emma, David and Kim, along with the exceptional wedding team at Norton Park that redeemed our experience. Their unwavering commitment to ensuring a perfect day made a lasting impression on us and our guests.

David and Kim transformed what could have been a disastrous experience into a truly memorable one. The exceptional service and care provided by the entire team on our wedding day more than made up for the earlier set backs and both my husband and I genuinely had the best day of our lives.

We would highly recommend Norton Park to couples seeking a beautiful and well-managed location for their special day. Unfortunately David has now left Norton Park however, with a competent team like Kim and Emma leading the way, you can rest assured that your wedding will be flawlessly executed, leaving you with precious memories that will last a lifetime.
