A beautiful venue with top notch service
Oldwalls, set in the heart of the Gower, is such a beautiful venue. We booked our Summer 2021 wedding in the Autumn of 2019 and the experience has been lovely throughout.
We had an entirely vegan wedding and the Oldwalls team were brilliant in supporting us with that by helping us build a menu to cater for us.
Communication with the team was great, mostly via e-mail, and a few face-to-face meetings. It was always a pleasure to have an excuse to visit the venue.
On the day, there were a few small bits that could have been better, but overall, it was brilliant. The staff were fantastic and such a joy to be around. Everything ran seamlessly and they organised everything as I wanted it.

Our guests have given us so many compliments.
From the moment we stepped into Oldwalls, we knew it was the place we both wanted to get married! From the time of booking, I cannot fault the staff, Cerys Georgia and Sara have been amazing, responding to any queries I had (the past year and a half).
Last but not least - a massive thank you to Debbie, who went above and beyond on the day and nothing was too much trouble.
She introduced some of our guests in the Kurdish language - it was such a lovely personal touch to our wedding day it really made them feel included.
On the day, everything literally worked like military operation. Neither my partner or I once felt stressed and the day was magical!
I can truly say it was one of the best days of our lives and we want to thank you from the bottom of our heart for helping us to have the wedding of our dreams. Our guests have given us so many compliments.

My wife and I had our wedding here on the 27th of December and we couldn't have anticipated it being as amazing as it was. From the first contact to saying goodbye the following morning, everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was tailored to make our day, the dream day we were hoping for. The venue is beautiful, the food delicious and plentiful and the rooms are luxurious. Would highly recommend this venue and all the staff that work there. Would like to give a special mention to the co-ordinators, Sara and Georgia who went above and beyond in the run up to the wedding and a huge thank you to Nicola and the team who ensured everything went smoothly on the day. We had an amazing time, as did our guests and it wouldn't have been achievable without the effort of all at Oldwalls. We had our wedding reception and evening do at Oldwalls on Saturday 16th March 2019 and it exceeded our expectations. They really do know what they’re doing and the whole day ran so smoothly.
We stayed at Mulberry house the night before the wedding and everything we needed for the evening and morning was there waiting for us, including a lovely hamper and some bubbly.
Ben was our chauffeur for the morning and ensured we arrived safely at the chapel and then back at Oldwalls.
Upon arriving at Oldwalls for the drinks reception the whole team worked together to ensure guest knew we were arriving. The welcome drinks were divine and I was greeted with my favourite cocktail which was a lovely surprise.
The food was out of this world. ALL of our guests enjoyed it and could not believe the high standard when feeding a larger party. The dessert was made bespoke for us but it tasted even better than we had imagined.
The service was incredible with all staff professional and helpful at all times. Our wedding guests were blown away by their efficiency and eagerness to please. Nothing was too much.
Our wedding co-ordinator was absolutely fabulous and so friendly. She looked after us all day and ensured everything went to plan. If you want to feel like royalty then I’d definitely go to Oldwalls.
I can’t compliment and recommend the place enough. They are wedding EXPERTS and anyone thinking of getting married there should not hesitate. Having worked with wedding venues in the past I can honestly say that Oldwalls are in a different league.

Had our beautiful wedding with Oldwalls on the 14/03/19....it was the best day of our life! The food was outstanding (all our guests said how wonderful it was!) and the service and team were just fab! Debbie was there every step of the way on the day, made me feel so at ease before the wedding and was there for every little detail after- if my belt was twisted she turned it, if my train on my dress was tucked under she moved it out and was there behind me to hold the chair I was dancing on! She was amazing! Thanks again, Helen and Nate xxHad our beautiful wedding with Oldwalls on the 14/03/19....it was the best day of our life! What a completely incredible day! I have to give a massive thank you to Debbie and the rest of the Oldwalls staff! You made our day magical and no problem was too small! From helping me with my dress,keeping the children happy with bubbles and providing outstanding service all day. The food was amazing...every single guest said how nice it was and we felt truly spoilt. I would highly recommend the place! From the moment I set eyes on the venue I fell in love and am so glad we chose it for our wedding!

Everything was perfect
We had the BEST day at Oldwalls for our wedding on Friday. Everything was perfect, the staff couldn’t do enough for us! Deb our wedding coordinator, was out of this world amazing! She was so fun and organised, it was so much more incredible than we could have ever imagined! Seriously book your wedding here today! You won’t regret it, thank you Oldwalls for everything you do! We got married at Oldwalls 2 weeks ago and had the most incredible day! From the first time we saw the venue we knew it was where we wanted to get married - it’s so beautiful and the grounds are amazing. Debbie was there to coordinate everything on the day and she was absolutely amazing! She made sure everything ran smoothly and was a friendly face to see and put us at ease that everything was under control. The staff were all absolutely great - so many of our guests commented on how amazing the service was and the ones with children were really impressed at how good the staff were at keeping them entertained!! The food was also absolutely delicious and received lots of compliments from the guests. When I arrived at the venue on the day I was thrilled with how it was decorated - they had done an incredible job of setting up as we had asked but also adding some extra touches which made it look even better than I imagined.

I wish I could do it all over again!
I got married at Oldwalls on the 30th of March this year. I wish I could do it all over again! I would give them a 100% rating for everything!! I have never seen professionalism, service and flexibility like it! In the run up to the wedding the team were always there to help and answer any questions I had. Everything they said I could have for my wedding I did - They were so flexible and accommodating with all my asks. Regarding the day Debbie deserves a medal!! She ran the day to military persision! The service the team offered was out of this world!! I was in awe! She would ask us at every step of the day what we wanted and it was executed perfectly!
The day before the wedding I had also dropped an awful lot of decorations off too (for them to put out in the different rooms) and I was very nervous to whether it would end up in the correct place. I dont think one item was placed in the wrong spot! That's how much they read your notes and listen to what you want! To any brides thinking of booking Oldwalls - 100% do it! You will not regret it!!! Amazing venue! My best decision ever!!

We had the most magical wedding day at Oldwalls, both us and our guests were absolutely blown away. Not only is the venue absolutely breathtaking but all of the staff are fabulous and the day went perfectly from start to finish. A special mention to Nicola who was fabulous in the lead up to our wedding- we even asked her if she could join us on the day! & then Debbie who can only be described as an angel in disguise making the wedding perfect all day- nothing was too much!
