Trendy, luxurious, boutique venue with a destination feel!

We got married on 17 May 2024 and planned a weekend of celebrations with our family and friends, including a 'We tied the knot' cocktail party in the Brasserie on the 18 May 2024. The hotel has a number of quirky and interesting spaces perfect for adding a different feel to parts of your celebration as well as different photo opportunities. It has a trendy and luxurious feel with lots of unique and modern touches. OWP is also a stones throw away from the historic Pantiles which whilst not only beautiful also had a selection of bars, restaurants and boutique shops to entertain our guests during down time. Many of our guests commented it was like being in Europe and again the surrounding areas are perfect for photos.

Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff and service are absolutely incredible and I do not say this lightly, the service was second to none and everyone was welcoming and friendly creating a true home away from home experience. Karen our Wedding Co-ordinator was amazing and flexible to our different needs. One of the things that attracted us to OWP was our wedding was treated as an individual celebration something we had not found at other venues which had a fairly set itinerary. The food was amazing with a large choice of options, we opted for a deluxe choice menu and it did not disappoint. It was also great value for money which enabled us to carry out our celebrations over a long weekend whilst also focusing on our entertainment and creating the atmosphere we wanted.

If you want a venue that is modern, trendy, flexible and different from the traditional country house wedding then I highly recommend. We have a weekend of memories at One Warwick Park with our nearest and dearest that we will treasure forever and can't wait to return for our anniversary's.

Amazing Wedding

We had an amazing wedding! The venue allowed us to be flexible with our requirements. We had so many lovely comments about the venue, hotel and food. Service and staff were amazing.
The day went to plan and was perfect in every way.
Our wedding meal was lovely. The function room looked beautiful.
Our room, junior suite was spacious and really enjoyed the 3 nights we was there.

We had a lovely day at One Warwick Park for our wedding. Karen was very helpful and stayed the entire wedding day. Finn and Alice are 2 amazing members of staff.

Amazing Wedding Venue!!

One Warwick Park is utterly amazing for a wedding venue!

I cant thank Karen and every staff member at OWP for making our wedding day perfect.

Karen and I connected via emails and calls in the months leading up to the wedding, the communication was perfect. Everything I ever asked for or things we talked about nothing was never a problem, Karen and the OWP team were brilliant to work with.

The venue is so gorgeous, Modern and Elegant. The Room is bright and large with a gorgeous fire place and open brick wall with wooden beams.
The hotel rooms are so sophisticated and modern. We stayed in ‘The House’ and for Bridal party prep this was the perfect location!!! It was dreamy!!! Spacious, comfy beds, gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. It was so special to stay with bridesmaids & Family members the night before, but each of us having our own bedroom in a house environment, the House is just amazing!

The food was fabulous!
The chef created some gorgeous dishes for 80 guests, many with dietary requirements, this was no trouble at all and each guests feedback about their meal was that it was all delicious! Thank you chef!!
Our evening buffet – the compliments we received were great here too!. Especially the chicken goujons!
The wedding tasting afternoon OWP hosted to sample wedding day food was amazing. We tried all the wines and dishes, it was so lovely to enjoy this day as a pre wedding day date day. Thank you so much!

I popped into the venue multiple times before the wedding day to visualize and ask various questions that I ever had. Any team member I ever met was so friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing was ever a problem for anyone.

Days before our wedding I sent Karen a photo of some cocktails I liked, Karen worked with the food and beverage manager to bring my idea into reality. I was so happy – thank you so much!

On the day of the wedding Karen you popped in and out, and were there to support me from 7am - I loved it so much the way you kept connected with us, thank you!
My emotions were high throughout the day and this didn’t phase you at all, your support was truly appreciated!

We could not be any more happier with the way our wedding day went. We had such amazing feedback from our guests on how gorgeous the venue and the hotel are. And How good the food was!

Thank you so much for everything Karen. You are great at what you do!!

We would highly recommend this beautiful venue to anyone planning their wedding and are truly grateful for the effort that went into ensuring our day was exactly what we wanted. Fantastic Chic City Venue

We always knew we wanted a boutique venue to suit our modest budget and the moment we saw OWP we fell in love with its chic and simple interior, perfect for putting our own spin on our special day. Karen and the OWP team were fantastic throughout the wedding planning process. No request was too big/ difficult for Karen and she was so attentive to our wants and needs. We had the most magical Christmas wedding and cannot be happier with how it all turned out! Thank you Karen and team for making our special day perfect!

Perfect Wedding Venue

We loved this wedding venue the first time we saw it. We wanted a Christmas wedding and the room with the beams, lights and Christmas tree looked amazing. Planning of the wedding was helped by Karen who gave fantastic recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the most amazing day. Big thank you.

Amazing....simple as that!

Cannot thank Karen and the OWP staff enough for our magical day. From the moment we saw the venue we fell in love and everything was so simple and we wanted for nothing.

The venue has a modern class in an area of Old style beauty. The venue can comfortably hold either a large number or a smaller more intimate celebration and will still look magical.

When we first visited the hotel I knew it would make the perfect venue for our wedding. The function room was perfect, modern, perfect size, the bar was amazing. It just ticked all the boxes.

Karen was absolutely amazing, she was there every step of the way answering all my question and giving advice. She helped us organised our day and help us make an idea on paper turn into the most amazing day.

Before the wedding day we got to attend a wedding menu tasting session was great, every dish we tried was lovely and so happy with our choices everyone at the wedding said how amazing the food was.

On the day the help from all the staff was amazing from welcoming our guests and helping all our suppliers, made me feel so calm as the bride as I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything. From start to finish the wedding was perfect and it wouldn’t have happened without the help of Karen and everyone at the hotel - they turned around the rooms so quickly and the service from the bar staff was perfect.

I couldn’t recommend this venue enough they have everything you need and more for the perfect wedding.

First class service from a first class, luxury venue

We held a wedding party at One Warwick Park Hotel and we had THE best night. From starting our planning months ago, to the very end of our party in the small hours, the hotel's staff were excellent. Faultless, professional service from a friendly, lovely bunch of people, led by Karen, the hotel's fabulous Event Manager.
