So good we did it twice!

We got married at Q Vardis 10 years ago and yesterday we renewed our vows there again. It was just as good as it was 10 years ago; Nick and the team go above and beyond to make the day beyond special and the attention to detail is second to none. We are so grateful for everything and couldnt recommend it enough, thank you!

One of the best days of my life!

I had a wedding here in January 2024 and had the most perfect day!
Nick went above and beyond to get everything just right, down to the last detail. He allowed us to view it as many times as we wanted with different family members and he let us make sure everything met our expection the night before our day.
His team also worked really hard and was so polite to us and our guests.

The venue, food, decor and dj altogether made our day sensational.

I cannot recommend here enough. It's a great value for money and you still end up with a day of your dreams.

Amazing wedding venue

We couldnt be more grateful for our wedding here! It was everything we wanted and more! Nick was absolutely lovely and did everything we wanted and extra! We couldnt have been more grateful to him and his team they did an amazing job! I would recommend him again to anyone! Food was absolutely amazing! We had so many compliments on how good the food was! As a family of picky eaters they were all amazed! The venue itself is just stunning and so much easier having the whole day in one place! Honestly you wouldn’t regret booking with Nick and the team! Thank you!

Small wedding party

We had our wedding party at Q Vardis, we were mainly looking for somewhere that besides being beautiful, we would also have little work to organise, as this was a third celebration!

Nick was incredibly, and allowed us to be relaxed about everything throughout the whole process, we had nothing to worry. The place was ready for us when we arrived, and the place was cleaned when we left, we could just get in and enjoy, what was a BIG PLUS.

Food was great, our guests were very pleased with the options.
Communication with Nick was also very good.

Our Wedding Day could not have been better thanks to the staff at Q.Vardis

From our very first visit to enquire about the venue, to the subsequent visits and phone calls we made, the Manger and Staff were extremely helpful. More than that they were friendly, approachable and flexible and they went out of their way to accommodate our wishes.
The venue was beautifully decorated and spacious with lots of outdoor space as well including a huge car park. It is a perfect layout for weddings.
It also felt intimate because it is a dedicated venue with no other events taking place and no guests other than our own, which made it very special.

Wedding breakfast

Nick hosted our wedding breakfast in July and pulled out all the stops… he put a package together that included the cake, car, DJ, decoration, food and drink… he served hearty and delicious portions, and allowed us flexibility with outside entertainment… As the owner Nick really cares about providing an exceptional service, which is in stark contrast to the hotels we visited within 20 miles. Thank you for delivering a magical event. You set the standard and were a pleasure to work with. Great job

Seriously the best in every way- magical made so smooth, stress free, easy and super affordable! The most incredible management & team too!

The many packages that they offer are specially collated from the years of expertise experience in knowing all the finer detail and extra wow factors that couples could possibly think of for their special day, he took all the stress out of planning our special day and Kelly, who made the most scrumptious and prestige cakes. Plus Paul the most kindest, talented, creative and patient photographer in the world. I would 1000000% recommend to absolutely everyone!

Nick & his team are amazing!

This venue is by far the best wedding venue and I could not recommend it enough! After viewing several venues for our wedding, QVardis stood out the most for us. Nick has wedding packages that will suit all. From the get go, Nick was on the ball, asked us all what we wanted and created our very own bespoke package for our big day! He was very accommodating, made us feel at ease and took all the big stresses off us. He was always willing to give an extra hand as well. The venue is incredibly beautiful, the decor we had on the day was out of this world, the food is 10/10, no complaints whatsoever and the staff...

Rach and Sash Wedding June 2024

Our wedding at Q Vardis was the most amazing day ever. Nick had everything running smoothly from start to finish and was always available to answer any questions we may have had on the run up to the big day. The venue looked exactly how I wanted and being able to leave Nick to organise all the flowers etc just meant there was no added stress for me. A fantastic venue that take care of everything you need at a cost that can suit all budgets. Highly recommend.

We were looking for one place that offered the wedding ceremony and reception, this ticked all the boxes.

Nick was able to tailor the packages available. For the wedding breakfast we made selections for the menu, the colour scheme and the cake and Nick did the rest as well organising the photographer, the car and the DJ.

Everything went like clockwork and we had an amazing day. Six months on and people are still mentioning the venue, particularly the food! Would highly recommend.
