  Fantastic venue, great service

  The staff who were friendly and professional, made our day. The service was impeccable, food delicious and venue the best.

  Amazing wedding venue

  We booked Rhinefield house for our wedding in September and we are so thankful we did! It was the most magical day, the food was delicious and the venue is just so stunning! Our wedding coordinator Annette is just the best, such a lovely lady. The food was amazing and we had soo many compliments from our guests, on the beauty of the venue, the staff and the food.
  We got the Bridal experience room to get ready and it was lovely & the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend doing this.
  
  The master suite we had for our wedding night was so dreamy and beautiful!! The venue added some person touches we made us feel so special.
  
  Thank you to all the staff for the time and effort in the run up to the wedding & on the day, it didn’t go unnoticed.

  Excellent day

  We had a wonderful experience with Rhinefield House for our wedding, our wedding coordinator was very responsive, helpful and no problem was too small or large to help with. We were thrown a curve ball 5 months before our wedding when we were informed that there would be a marathon on the same day as our wedding and the roads to the venue would be shut by 9:30 in the morning but the venue couldn't have been more helpful and had rooms for the guests not staying at the hotel to get ready in and put on breakfast baps, tea & coffee.
  
  On the day itself everything went to plan and there were nice small additional touches throughout the day such as having two glasses of champagne for us once the ceremony had ended before the confetti. Our wedding coordinator was also checking in with us throughout the day to ensure that everything was going to plan.
  
  The venue is also as beautiful in person as it is in the photos, one of our guests mentioned wanting to get married their themselves, and the food was top notch and we had a great day tasting the food before the wedding.

  Fantastic Customer Service!!

  Although we did not proceed with going to view this venue in the end, I just wanted to write a review to highlight the fantastic Customer Service we received via email. Becky was absolutely fantastic in her responses to our questions and though her approach in going the extra mile to foresee future queries in her responses was so helpful! It’s a shame we decided not to proceed, but this is only because we found another venue closer by that we decided upon.

  Although we did not proceed with going to view this venue in the end, I just wanted to write a review to highlight the fantastic Customer Service we received via email.   Ow they were Amazing!
  From first meeting Josselyn to Robbie.
  Josselyn answered every question we had and although she wasn't there on our day, she made sure everything was in order and on the Day, we just had to dress and head out. And the grounds are so beautiful, really a hidden gem. Very picturesque.
  
  We did not have to worry about anything as they took care of everything. Robbie was Fantastic on the day, checking up on us and making sure we were having a good time.
  And the Food was amazing! Ourselves and our guest loved it and the day of Coordinator they gave us, Mike, was incredible,a very thoughtful, funny and kind Man.
  Thank you to all the staff there who took care of us and our guests.
  We had a perfect wedding at Rhinefield House and will recommend it to everyone.

  Stunning wedding at Rhinefield

  From the first time looking round Rhinefield me and my now husband knew this was going to be the right venue. The building is gorgeous and the grounds are magnificent. The whole process was smooth and communication with our coordinator was so detailed and so supportive. We booked the wedding over 2 years before the date and the payments were manageable. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly, all the staff were so attentive including one of the chefs who fixed our cake which had a crack in it from the journey to the venue. They all went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day with our friends and family

  Great day to remember!

  From the initial planning to the wedding day, it was a great experience, the staff at Rhinefield House were brilliant, even during these tough times - communication was always maintained via emails, and the day went to plan and was better than I expected!
  
  We stayed the night before in the Walker Suite and also on the night of the wedding day - amazing room! Food during the event was great, and hospitality was very welcoming, altogether a very good experience. Any changes we may had were welcomed and fully satisfied. The staff looking after us were very friendly too.
  
  Would definitely come back again. I would recommend them to others!

  Perfect Wedding Day!

  Thanks so much for all your hard work ahead of the day - it was a pleasure organising the wedding with you, you've made everything very simple and facilitated every little detail and it was obvious that all these details were passed on and followed so well!
  
  We had an absolutely fantastic day on Saturday, loved every minute although the day absolutely flew by! We literally can't think of a single "constructive" point, the day was perfect. Everything ran smoothly, the food was amazing, the service was impeccable throughout the breakfast and all the staff were helpful and so friendly. In particular, Cory and Nick (Ops Manager) were brilliant - they were both so attentive and clearly on top of absolutely everything, even there to give Kim a few words of encouragement when nerves set in! This continued all day and into the Sunday, where all of the hotel staff were so friendly! We had comments from so many of our guests how much they enjoyed the day and in particular how excellent they thought the staff were. People have waxed lyrical about all the food (from the canapes to breakfast), about the rooms, the grounds, the spa - we've had nothing but positive comments!
  It was clear all day that everything had been thought of, that everybody knew how the day was due to run and ensured that it did so to the letter, even when timings slipped slightly later in the day. We genuinely don't have a bad word to say.
  
  We'd really appreciate if you could circulate that sentiment to all the staff who worked the day, as they truly were awesome and just made sure that we had a perfect wedding day!
