Incredible Venue!

This venue was amazing. Carmel and Séana couldn't have done more for us. They made us feel very relaxed, both before and on the day, and really took care of us. Hazel, who was in charge of us in the evening, was also lovely and helpful - the bar staff even fixed my glasses last minute so I could dance the night away!

They were fantastic with food preferences and dietary requirements, very helpful with our table settings and making the venue look absolutely stunning, and nothing we could've asked for was any trouble.

I've had so many comments in the last few days about the food being A+

10/10, I would recommend to anyone looking for a great wedding team, in a beautiful old location, with brilliant food for a very affordable price.

This venue was amazing. Carmel and Séana couldn't have done more for us. They made us feel very relaxed, both before and on the day, and really took care of us. Everything was perfect

From the first visit to Rufford and making the booking with a year to the big day, Carmel and her team were excellent at guiding and advising on all things we needed to know. Having the bridal suite available was such a bonus as it enabled the bridal party to get ready and step outside into the Courtyard where visitors to the park gathered to watch. The turnaround of the Talbot suite from ceremony to reception went smoothly and guests had the opportunity for photos and then we had canapés and welcome drinks before the fabulous 3 course meal and lovely wine. After the evening celebrations the staff helped box the gifts and wedding cake etc and even helped load the car, a fantastic team.

It's absolutely stunning

My best friend of 20 years got engaged at this location she had no idea I remember being an eight-year-old kid playing at the park and now we're both at adults I can't believe it time flies I can't wait to go wedding dress shopping with her I'm going to differing wedding venues and all the wedding planning adventures

The day we want to do over and over again.

We had our wedding at this incredible venue last week, and we truly can't express how amazing the experience was. The entire team went above and beyond to make our day flawless. The transitions between the ceremony and reception spaces were seamless, and everything flowed effortlessly. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail, thanks to Séana’s expert guidance. She led us through the day with such grace and professionalism, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

We had our wedding at this incredible venue last week, and we truly can't express how amazing the experience was. The entire team went above and beyond to make our day flawless. Absolutely the best day ever

This venue is a fabulous setting for any wedding, our day was perfect from start to finish.
Communication from the very beginning from the team was amazing and they went above and beyond to make our day a special one.

It was a rainy day as we got married on the 7th sep this year but this did not ruin a thing in fact, it just added to our beautiful story.
The food was absolutely out of this world both dinner and evening buffet, everyone commented on how nice it was.
The downstairs room was great...

Amazing venue, amazing food and amazing people to help it run smoothly.
I would highly recommend, I just wish we could do it all over again.

Rufford Mill wedding venue... WOW!!

My husband and I were married at Rufford Mill only three days ago; I have had to send a review and thank you to the Team straight away as we were so incredibly happy with our Big Day and we can't stop talking about it.

Seana has been our wedding planner throughout and she has been nothing but a star. Over a years worth of advice, support and constant reassurance from Seana meant that our day ran smoothly and was honestly, so stress free for me, as the Bride. Seana took such good care of us and really made the effort to get to understand what my husband and I were hoping for... and she and her team...

My husband and I were married at Rufford Mill only three days ago; I have had to send a review and thank you to the Team straight away as we were so incredibly happy with our Big Day and we can't stop talking about it.

Seana has been our wedding planner throughout and she has been nothing but a star. Over a years worth of advice, support and constant reassurance from Seana meant that our day ran smoothly and was honestly, so stress free for me, as the Bride. Seana took such good care of us and really made the effort to get to understand what my husband and I were hoping for... and she and her team certainly delivered.

The venue itself is idyllic! There are opportunities for beautfiul photographs to be taken in various locations; lake side, the historical Mill and Abbey, floral gardens and meadow fields. The food was delicious and the service was great. Any dietary needs were catered for without any hesitation... this gave me such confidence. We felt truly spoilt. We have had so many compliments from our guests about the day as a whole and I can't recommend Rufford Mill, to future Newlyweds, enough!

Wonderful wedding venue in perfect setting with amazing and friendly staff.

I can’t stay anything bad about Rufford Mill.
We had our wedding their last weekend and everything about it was perfect.
The location its self was stunning and we had wonderful weather so took full use of everything The Mill offered.
Our guests told us it was the best wedding they’d been to in a long time and it was faultless.
Carmel and her team excelled and made sure everything ran smoothly and were friendly from the first meeting.
Contact with staff throughout the planning was simply and they got make to us straight away.
The venue its self has everything you can want.
I personally loved the setting and building itself and the re-decoration and...

I personally loved the setting and building itself and the re-decoration and uplift of the additional Markham suite made it even better. A star-lite dance floor has been added.
Our wedding was perfect and the package was very reasonably priced.
Can fault anything.

More than I could have wished for!

Our experience with Rufford Mill was amazing, Séana in particular was really helped keep me calm throughout especially the last couple weeks before the wedding, I was bombarding her with panic emails, she even helped with some big last minute changes I made. She was really involved on the day also! Help me get from the bridal suite to the ceremony without getting my dress wet and dirty!! Every single guest complimented the venue and the food, said it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding and that they loved how everyone on the table was served together so no one was waiting for food, main course was absolutely amazing, my brother even asked for seconds!!...

And that buffet was out of this world, definitely wasn’t what we was expecting, a supplier turned up 8 hours early to set up and séana told me to go get dressed & not panic whilst she’d rearrange all the room for me to fit it all in, she constantly checked in on us getting ready in the bridal suite to make sure we was all ok and running in time, i definitely recommend. Thank you ladies & Rufford Mill team x Séana you’re amazing! x we will be back in a couple years to renew our vows :)

Rufford Mill wedding event

We had our magical wedding day on 24-06-2024 at Rufford Mill thanks to Séana and the team.
Séana went above and beyond from the day we booked right up to our special day, making everything perfect for us. When she got the news my Husbands car had broken down, she stayed calm and kept it from me not to stress me out. The staff were amazing throughout our day and nothing was too much trouble

We Honestly can’t thank them enough, this venue is perfect and so picturesque for any special occasion, and if we were to re-new our vows this would be our first port of call hoping Séana is still their. We 100% recommend to anyone...

Where do I start?!

Our wedding day was an absolute dream from the first point of contact right up until the actual day itself. Séana is one of the nicest, most friendly and lovely people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. We feel that Séana was not only our wedding co-ordinator but we have also made a friend, I will actually really miss speaking with her from week to week. The staff at The Mill were amazing, all very polite and make sure everyone is happy at every step of the day. The food was outstanding and almost every guest has told us that too, the food choices we made were perfect and everything came out bang on...
