  Wedding Planned to perfection

  Can’t speak highly enough of Victoria and the team at SbN,
  
  The lead up to the wedding was second to none, asking all the questions we hadn’t thought of and really putting us both at ease knowing someone had our backs with the planning
  
  On the day Victoria and all of the staff working on the day were absolutely brilliant, we never felt rushed or pulled from pillar to post and were mostly left to enjoy the day, but just as you start feeling the nerve and/or feeling over whelmed Victoria or a member of staff were always there to check we were ok or needed anything like they could sense it
  
  Can’t thank them enough

  Wedding Day

  Really impressive all round by SBN, Victoria, the Co-ordinator, was so willing to assist with anything we needed, as were all the staff. Highly recommended, a fantastic day had by all!

  Wedding 6th September 2024

  Sarah and I stayed at the hotel from Thursday until Sunday and utilised pretty much every facility you have , breakfast, sports bar, restaurant, golf course and spa. Everybody that we came across during our stay were very friendly, helpful and professional and we honestly couldn’t fault a thing!
  
  The suites were spacious which was needed due to the entourage of bridesmaids and page boys, hairdressers and make up artists and there was plenty of room for all!

  We can’t thank everyone enough for our day. The service, venue and food were all absolutely perfect ! Mel provided the highest quality of service and along we way we felt less like we were attending final meetings and more like arranging it with a friend! The day was seamless and even with certain plans changing and timings not being perfect Mel ensured everything went smoothly. I can’t thank you enough for giving us the perfect wedding day. I would recommend stoke to anyone in a heart beat! The wedding of a lifetime!

  Fantastic Wedding Day

  We had a fantastic wedding day at SBN, everything was perfect. The food for the wedding breakfast was amazing and all the staff were polite and very efficient, couldn’t have wished for better. Special thanks to Melanie who was our coordinator for all your help to make our day so special. Highly recommend this lovely resort which has such a relaxed feel for a wedding. Can’t wait to come back to stay a night or two.

  Amazing wedding!

  We had an amazing wedding at Stoke by nayland in June!
  No complaints at all from start to finish with the meetings and right up until the wedding day nothing was ever a problem
  Melanie is an amazing wedding coordinator with out her it would of been a lot more stress full she handles everything so well on the day she would meet the suppliers for me come up to my room and show me pictures of the venue getting set up so I knew everything was ok, all through out the day checked if we were both having a good say, couldn’t ask for a better coordinator. Thank you so much Melanie!
  Loved every minute of our wedding and will always go back to Stoke by nayland.

  Everything was perfect

  I felt so relaxed, comfortable and at ease throughout my stay and on my wedding day. Nothing was too much for everyone, lots of friendly faces who were happy to help!

  Great support, beautiful surroundings

  We booked here a year and a half before the big day, everything was explained clearly, there were times that we got confused but the wedding staff were always there to reassure and support.
  Value for money was amazing and we didn't realise the amount of attention to detail this was brilliant.
  They communicated with the external services we had hired to co ordinate everything smoothly.
  The presence of the staff and service were also second to none, especially Victoria.

  Best day of my life

  The best day of our live happened at SBN Resort, the way they looked after us, from Mel our co-ordinator, to the bar and restaurant staff, to reception and maintenance. They made our day perfect, and I will never get over how special it was.

  We couldn’t have asked for more. The venue and the team were perfect and honestly I am missing them already! I went to every open event as I loved it so much and I was never made to feel like I wasn’t want there or taking up their time.
  
  Our day ran so smoothly and any questions we had leading up to the day were answers promptly, even when our wedding planner (Mel) was on holiday, she made us aware so we wouldn’t panic. Nothing was too much, the food was amazing and the views, photo perfect. Everyone commented on what an amazing venue it was and we had a few guest stay over in the hotel and commented on the good service they received! I would recommend this venue to anyone.
