  From the moment we first stepped into Stone Barn in January 2024, we knew it was the one. Its simple elegance was absolutely captivating, and on our wedding day, March 7th, 2025, it became even more magical. The rustic yet modern charm of the venue was everything we dreamed of, and the countless compliments from our guests confirmed just how special Stone Barn truly is. It felt perfectly intimate for our total guest wedding/evening, never cramped nor too spacious, creating the ideal atmosphere for us to mingle and share precious moments with our loved ones.
  
  The coordinators were nothing short of extraordinary, both in the lead-up and on the day itself. As someone who tends to worry, I had a lot of questions, but their patience and professionalism immediately put me at ease. They went above and beyond, not just setting up the tables, but stepping into roles we never anticipated. Jasmine, who became our part-time florist, was particularly lovely. Her dedication was so touching, though I do hope her finger is healing after a little accident with the foliage. On the day, they struck the perfect balance of keeping me in the loop without overwhelming me, allowing me to relax and truly enjoy every moment.
  
  The day unfolded seamlessly thanks to their meticulous planning. Our guests have raved about how smooth and lively the flow of the day was, with no lulls, just joy from start to finish. From organizing the confetti toss right after the ceremony to serving canapés almost instantly, every detail was handled flawlessly. And the food? We’re still hearing about those duck fat roast potatoes. Several guests told us it was the best wedding meal they've ever had, from the divine canapés to the generous mains, all the way to the evening Baz & Fred pizzas. Not a single slice remained.
  
  The coordinators’ kindness extended beyond logistics. When I felt a little unwell from all the excitement, they reassured me it was my day and even guided me to take a quiet moment in the side room, something I’ll always be grateful for. They also surprised us by repositioning the aisle candles and chair ends to elevate the top table’s look, a thoughtful touch we hadn’t even requested but which made the photos extra stunning.
  
  The following morning, their incredible service continued as they packed everything down, making it so easy for us to collect our belongings without any stress. From start to finish, their care, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what they do were evident.
  
  Stone Barn is not just a venue. It’s an experience. Yes, it’s not the cheapest option, but the quality of the venue, food, and staff made it worth every single penny, and then some. We’d relive that day over and over again if we could. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for giving us the most perfect day we could have ever imagined.

  From the very first moment we walked into Stone Barn in January 2024, we fell completely in love. We just knew it was the perfect place to celebrate the most special day of our lives, and our wedding on March 7th, 2025, exceeded every single expectation we had. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. It has this magical blend of rustic charm and modern elegance, and it fit our 80-guest wedding like a dream. It never felt too spacious or too tight, but instead created the most warm and inviting atmosphere. So many of our guests couldn’t stop gushing about how stunning it was—it was as though the venue cast a spell of beauty and happiness over everyone who stepped inside.
  
  The team at Stone Barn, though, they are the ones who made everything as perfect as it was. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, professionalism, and just sheer dedication to making sure our day went off without a hitch. They answered every one of my questions (and believe me, as a worrier, I had quite a few) and never once made me feel like I was a burden. Jasmine, in particular, was an absolute gem. Her commitment to helping us went above and beyond, even becoming our honorary florist and adding personal touches that made everything look like a dream. I’ll never forget her bravery when she cut her finger sorting the foliage. I do hope it’s healing up well! Her care, along with the rest of the team, made us feel so supported and loved.
  
  When the day finally arrived, they struck the perfect balance. They were there when we needed them but also gave us space to simply enjoy every precious moment. I had total confidence in them, and it meant I could let go of all the stress and just be fully present. They were so on top of everything, from organizing the confetti toss right after the ceremony to getting the canapés out at lightning speed. Not a single thing was out of place. Guests kept telling us there wasn’t a single lull in the day, which is so rare for weddings. And the food… wow. Those duck fat roast potatoes will forever live in our memories. People are still talking about how incredible the food was, from the canapés to the mains, and of course the Baz & Fred pizzas in the evening. Not a crumb was left behind!
  
  A special mention must go to the way they supported me during a moment where I felt unwell from all the excitement and adrenaline. They gave me so much reassurance, found me a quiet space to recover, and reminded me that it was our day and everything was running ahead of schedule. It was such a small gesture in the grand scheme of things, but it spoke volumes about how much they truly cared. They even moved our aisle candles to decorate our top table, which we hadn’t even thought of, but it ended up being one of my favourite details in the photos.
  
  Even the morning after, they continued to amaze us, carefully packing everything down so all we had to do was collect our belongings. It saved us so much stress, and was the perfect end to a truly unforgettable experience.
  
  Stone Barn wasn't just a wedding venue, it’s the most beautiful and best wedding venue i've ever been to, and that’s entirely down to the incredible people who work there. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat, and we truly believe it was worth every single penny. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for giving us the most perfect day of our lives.   Cotswolds Christmas Chic Wedding at Stone Barn

  We couldn’t recommend Stone Barn enough if we tried. From the very first email to the final planning meeting, the whole process was seamless. Excellent communication, the team (Katie, Jasmine, Georgie & Angie and everyone else) were outstanding and the venue just simply gorgeous. On the day, we didn’t think about anything, Katie and the team had everything planned to perfect and the ran day so seamlessly and effortlessly. The food was a major talking point with people telling us it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever had and we couldn’t agree more! I wish we could do it all over again!

  A Venue of Dreams!

  Stone Barn is honestly a dream. We got married on 1st Nov '24 and I couldn't have asked for a better setting, or support from the team. Georgie was incredibly helpful from start to finish, making sure our day went as smoothly as possible. If anyone is looking for a private venue, situated in the country side, look no further. It literally took my breath away. The food was incredible, the lighting is fantastic, and I would strongly recommend getting the outdoor package & disco balls.

  Simply Magical

  We booked Stone Barn without viewing the venue since we live overseas. Best. Decision. Ever. The venue is absolutely stunning, especially when the sun sets and you can see the fairy lights in all their glory. The staff are amazing and so professional (even when guests have had perhaps one too many drinks). Their online system for communication is so easy to use, and their staff made sure that the day ran without a hitch. The food was incredible - many of our guests are foodies and have eaten at Michelin star restaurants, yet they were raving about the food for days. Truthfully, there are not enough superlatives to describe how great Stone Barn is; it is worth every penny. Thank you for making our day truly memorable.

  A wonderful and magical venue.

  We had our wedding at Stone Barn last December.
  We fell in love with it when we first saw it. It is cosy, romantic and just so beautiful. The layout is perfect as you feel there is enough space to move around and be in different sections, but also close enough that no-one is ever too far away or leaving areas looking empty.

  One of the things we wanted to ensure on our wedding day was to have great food. Stone Barn did not disappoint. Everything was absolutely perfect and delicious and we have had so many people compliment us on the food and how much there was of everything - absolutely no-one will be left hungry at your wedding! Also people with dietary restrictions told us how happy they were as all the options were just so, so good, no-one felt like they had been overlooked or left out. We were told it was some of the best wedding food people had ever had.
  It’s also such a nice touch that you can see the chefs at work throughout the day. It makes such a great atmosphere.
  
  You can tell when you visit Stone Barn that they are so well set up for weddings and have all details absolutely nailed down. The team made everything so easy and we felt really looked after leading up to, and on the day. Big shout out to Georgie and Debbie who were with us on the day.
  
  We could not recommend Stone Barn and the team more. Our photos are so beautiful and cosy and it was everything we could have wanted and more. We wish we could do it all over again.

  Perfect venue for a perfect day

  The venue is spectacular. The staff are truly awesome - from the planning team for the 18 months running up to the day, to the wait staff and bar staff on the day. Pretty much every guest commented that they’d had the best food they’ve ever had at any wedding. The supplier recommendations couldn’t have been better. Absolutely faultless.

  The most beautiful setting and the most professional team, they provided everything for the best day of our lives without a doubt. Everyone was responsive and helpful every step of the way with the wedding planning, but also on the day everybody was so accommodating and super professional.   Honestly if you are thinking of getting married here do it! It is such a beautiful venue (rain or shine), the staff are incredible throughout the entire process. I could recommend this venue more- it made our wedding day so perfect.

  From the moment we booked Stone Barn, they always responded extremely quickly and were super helpful! The day ran so smoothly, Georgie the organiser on the day was SO lovely & helpful!! The food was AMAZING, all the guests commented on how fantastic it was, all of the staff were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful lovely & efficient! Would book this venue for my wedding again in a heartbeat!
