    Beautiful wedding venue and extremely high level of service

    Hi Emilia,

    I just wanted to pass on a massive thank you on behalf of the happy couple and our family for hosting the wedding. We really appreciate everything which you and the team at Brownsover provided and our guests left extremely happy and impressed with the venue.

    The level of service which we received was impeccable and the hospitality provided was duly noted. From the very first meeting all the way to the end of the event, everything was professionally managed and we had no issues at all. I also wanted to say thank you for arranging the chair covers appreciating it was very last minute and you went out of our way to ensure it was sorted.

    Please do pass on my thanks to the rest of the team and in particular Manoj and Lauren.

    I am also due to be getting married next year and will definitely be reaching out to you in terms of hosting my wedding at the hotel.

    Great Veneue

    We had a Wedding anniversary part with 62 guest, all went very well as expected. Gorgeous building, but require some modernizing. They allowed to bring our own caters / drinks with small fee. Very Happy to give 5 stars, however there are still small room to improve the service as it was little slow.
    BIG Thanks to Emilia (Duty Manager) for the support from the start till end. Of course we will go again.

    The Best Day Ever.............

    Hi Lesley,

    We just wanted to say a big thank you for your help in organizing our wedding on the 31st May!
    We had THE best day and all our guests had a lovely time too.
    Everyone was impressed with the venue and outdoor spaces.
    Could you pass on this thank you to Joanne (I think that's right, although my memory is terrible) for running everything so smoothly and to all the staff who worked so hard to provide such good service and top quality food. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming which made all of us very relaxed :)
    It seems like ages ago since the big day, time is flying by already!

    A massive heart felt thank you

    Hi Lesley
    A massive heart felt thank you for what was an absolutely fantastic wedding day for both myself, Antra and all our guests.
    The whole day was faultless and everyone involved could not have done more to make us feel as special as the day was.
    We would love to thank both Jamie's as they could not have done anymore for us, they made the day go by with out a single hitch.
    We would also love to thank every one behind the scenes in the kitchen for such wonderful food, every single one of our guest commented to us just how hood the food was, it's normally all these very hard working people who get forgotten when it comes to thank you but it their hard work and dedication that contributed to such a fantastic day.
    A big thank you to Jack behind the bar and Jackie in front of house, and everyone else who was involved in the day.
    A massive thank you to yourself for all you hard work and detail that accumulated to our fantastic day.
    The day could not have gone any better, it was all we had hoped for and more.
    Please pass on our thanks to every one that works there please, even the house staff as well as they are all part of a fantastic team and we will highly recommended Bronsover Hall as a wedding event, it was the best....

    Wonderful Wedding

    We'd like to thank you so much for arranging our wonderful wedding. You were always so helpful and accommodating and very approachable about all of our requests. The staff whenever we popped in prior to the day were always so welcoming and interested in our wedding. The day itself ran so smoothly, thanks to Kyle, who worked tirelessly making sure all our needs were met from putting flowers in water to ensuring all the timings suited everyone. The rest of the team were friendly and helpful and guests were happy with the early check in arrangements.

    Perfect

    Lesley , we have not long got back from our honeymoon and wanted to send you an email to say Thank you for organising our big day - it was perfect and couldn't have gone better. I also wanted to say Thank you to all the staff at Brownsover they were fantastic and a special Thankyou to ï believe his name was Nick. He was amazing on the day and went completely beyond with everything.

    Where do we start!! Thank-you!!!!
    We have been planning our wedding over a year and every step of the way Lesley has been amazing!!! No problems at all everything we wanted she made happen for us including afternoon tea!! The hotel has truly been exceptional helping this run so smoothly for us. We got married yesterday and Nick was our wedding co-ordinator handed over from Lesley and he then looked after us and make us feel like royalty! How lucky were we to pick such a fantastic venue with a great staff team around!! Big big thank-you and we will be back, we promise!! Fantastic xxx
