Best London Wedding venue!

We had our wedding party at The Depot on Sept and honestly we could have not picked a more perfect venue! Shannon and the team were super helpful in the lead up helping us to make decisions and planning the day. On the day itself we did not have to worry about a thing- everything was organised so well and they seamlessly tided away tables to make way for the band etc! We had canapés, buffet for main meal and pizzas later in the night- all was delicious. The Depot is such a cool venue and felt very spacious for our 135 guests. Everyone commented how much they loved it there. Would highly reccomend to anyone wanting a fun London , wedding party! Thank you :-) Lauren & Jack

A beautiful venue with a great team!

We had our wedding reception at The Depot back in Sep 24 and it was absolutely amazing! We’d originally booked a different venue but after seeing The Depot on Hitched, I loved it so much that we changed our wedding date just so we could get married there.

Magda, Shannon, and the whole team were brilliant from start to finish. They were so helpful and easy to talk to, answering all our questions and making sure everything was just how we wanted it. On the day, they were incredible – everything ran like clockwork and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Their attention to detail and effort made such a difference and let us really enjoy the day.

The venue looked gorgeous, the food was great, and all our guests kept saying how lovely everything was. It was the perfect setting for our wedding - it gave the relaxed, rustic vibes we’d wanted and the whole day completely exceeded our expectations.

We honestly had the best day, and we’re so grateful to Magda, Shannon, and the team for making it all happen.

Changing our plans to get married here was the best thing we did, and we’ll always be so glad we did it!

Amazing venue and great staff

We had our wedding here in August 2024. We wanted a relaxed space big enough for 120 guests and more in the evening. The decor is rustic/boho with lovely fairy lights so you don’t need to do much to it to make it look special. In the lead up Shannon and her team were amazing, they were incredibly responsive and could always answer queries or find a solution. We had our own food inspiration in mind and they helped tailor our menu which was great. There were a couple of issues but they were dealt with by the staff on the day very well. Would 100% recommend to couples looking for a fun wedding.

A perfect wedding day!

We had our wedding reception at The Depot, and we could not have been more impressed!

We were fairly casual about what we wanted, but from the initial calls and emails we were always assured that they would cater to your requests.

The tasting session was brilliant, given plenty of meal and wine options to try and choose from. If you've never had the food before, please just try it during regular hours, it's fantastic! Actually, it made it hard to narrow down the menu because it was all great.

On the day itself the staff were courteous to all our guests, and delivered a great level of service. Everyone had a constant flow of drinks, and the meals were all served correctly and on time. Even despite us running slightly behind, they managed to serve accordingly!

The venue itself is brilliant, plenty of space to host a lot of people, and still feels intimate and cosy if you had fewer people.

Our day was perfect! We didn't have to worry about anything, and it all went without a single hitch.

Looking forward to frequenting as regular punters!

September 2024 wedding

We had our wedding at The Depot in September and it truly was the most magical day - I can’t recommend Shannon and her team enough. From the very first viewing we had at the venue, the countless questions they answered throughout the process, the wonderful tasting evening, down to the day itself - it’s a flawless operation and the whole team is lovely. They leave absolutely no question unanswered, and were so helpful in working through last minute menu/guest changes. And the FOOD!! Two months later and our guests are still talking about it, it was all phenomenal and in particular the quality of the vegan options was fantastic. The biggest thank you to the whole team for making our day unforgettable and stress-free. If you’re looking for a London wedding venue, this is it!

The Perfect Place

When looking for a wedding venue, my husband & I knew we wanted a casual pub atmosphere, but with a little more of a beautiful wedding feel. It's hard to find the perfect balance, but The Depot did just that. The venue itself is full of character & London history (being an old bus depot), with unique and wonderful decor and a stunning bar that used to be part of a prominent race course. The high ceilings, open floor plan & multi-level space ensures that everyone can mingle together, yet still have space to spread out. And the outside area has an astounding courtyard feel, with lots of greenery, great soft lighting, and being sheltered from the world (&...

The venue itself is full of character & London history (being an old bus depot), with unique and wonderful decor and a stunning bar that used to be part of a prominent race course. The high ceilings, open floor plan & multi-level space ensures that everyone can mingle together, yet still have space to spread out. And the outside area has an astounding courtyard feel, with lots of greenery, great soft lighting, and being sheltered from the world (& wind!) outside, you feel like it's all yours.
From the very start, Shannon & her team were responsive, professional, helpful, and very down to earth. They answered every question (and I had *A LOT*), they offered help in every area, they worked with us, were patient, understanding, and above all else were incredible on the day. Literally everyone at The Depot (from bar staff to kitchen staff to security) got praise from our guests, and their experience & professionalism when it comes to weddings shone in every aspect of our day. The decor was set up perfectly, the food was amazing & presented beautifully, the drinks were fast & cocktails were flawless, the music queues were right on time, and they're assistance with our other vendors was nothing short of awesome. We cannot recommend Shannon & her team enough. Thanks a million for making our day quite literally everything we hoped & dreamed it would be :)

We love the Depot!

The Depot is an amazing wedding venue! We loved our wedding from start to finish. The feel of the room was what sold it for me, it always felt relaxed and more like a pub rather than a big empty room. Shannon and her team worked so hard in the run-up and on the day and everything went smoothly. The food was delicious, we loved the mixture of table sizes it felt less traditional which is what we wanted. I loved the fact that the Depot doesn't need decorating, the fairy lights make the room and we just added some flowers. Finally what we were so happy with is that the space is great for a party. The BEST London wedding venue

We wanted a relaxed wedding venue for our big day that was perfect for a party and The Depot was exactly that and more. Shannon, Imogen and Magda were so helpful throughout the process and answered all my many, many questions very patiently. On the day, they created the perfect atmosphere. The whole day ran so smoothly, which our guests actually really noticed and commented on, and also how well organised it was. All the little extras happened exactly when and how we wanted them (paticularly the espresso martini organisation). Plus it was one HELL of a party! We honestly had the best day ever and we are very very grateful.

The perfect London wedding venue!

We had our wedding here on 16/11/24, and wow!! We are still stunned and smiling ear to ear about how perfect this venue was. Shannon and Imogen and the whole team were perfect! So friendly, helpful and quite literally did everything, from setting up our decor to checking how everything was throughout to make sure everything was perfect. The food was incredible, the decor was beautiful, and the vibe was impeccable. We’re still getting compliments about how perfect the venue was. I couldn’t recommend here more.

Thank you to everyone. We will be back soon for a meal just so we can remember it all over again ❤️
