Perfect Wedding Venue

We had a really beautiful wedding day at The Lawn. The experienced team were very helpful with the planning and professional throughout, taking any potential stress out of the day so that we could relax and fully enjoy our special day. Everything went as planned, including the weather allowing us to get married outside in the very pretty gazebo (there was a great back-up plan in case of rain so we didn't have to worry!). Our 60 day guests enjoyed a three course meal which was of great quality; we had many compliments about the food and service, including the evening buffet for 110 guests. The Lawn is a fantastic setting for a wedding, coupled with great service, that we would thoroughly recommend.

The BEST Wedding Venue🤍

I cannot express the gratitude I have for The Lawn. We had our day on the 25th May 2024 and from start to finish the staff were amazing.

The food was stunning! The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Thank you so much for making our day what it was… perfect. I could not recommend this venue enough.

The perfect venue choice!

Where to start? From beginning to end, The Lawn were the perfect venue choice! Not just because of the stunning house and gardens, but because David and the team made every step as stress-free and enjoyable as possible (even with all the questions we kept pinging them). We knew before we visited that The Lawn was the venue for us, to the point we booked then and there! We had absolutely no worries leading up to the day about how things were going to run and throughout the day there was always someone on hand (and with a smile). Honestly, words cannot express how wonderful our day was - utterly perfect! Thank you for everything!

Where to start? From beginning to end, The Lawn were the perfect venue choice! Not just because of the stunning house and gardens, but because David and the team made every step as stress-free and enjoyable as possible (even with all the questions we kept pinging them). September 2023 Wedding

We were married in September 2023 and had our reception at the lawn. As it was an African-British wedding, we had many requests which the team at the Lawn really helped with. As we had exclusive use, the bridal party could get dressed at the Lawn before heading to Church and the parking was great for our guests travelling from long distances. Guests loved the horses and grounds. They particularly commented on being well catered for. It was a perfect day!

Amazing and caring team with a beautiful venue

The team at The Lawn helped us to host the perfect wedding. The amount of effort, thought and care that went into supporting us and everything we needed to make the day a success is amazing, this is possibly the first family event we’ve hosted where we have not felt the need to stress over a severe anaphylactic reaction.

Truly fantastic

Best Day Ever

Where do I start, we cannot thank you enough for hosting our wedding on Saturday. Your staff were fantastic and the whole day could not have gone any better.
I always knew I wanted to get married at the lawn as my own parents married here 24 years ago, I was 12 years old. 4 years later Matt and I got together and finally after 20 years we had our own special day at the lawn.

Everything from the planning beforehand, adapting the menus so everyone could eat the same including anyone with dietary requirements to how everything kept to schedule.

The caterers and waiting staff were amazing. The food came out all at the same time, was hot and extremely tasty. The staff serving were so kind and accommodating.

This day was long overdue but we were lucky our children got to share it with us like I got to with my parents and you all made it the best day which we will never ever forget. My parents said the high standards you set on Saturday was exactly the same when they got married and it really is the best place to get married so anyone looking for a place to have their wedding and reception book in quick you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Twilight

We would just like to say a massive thank you for making our twilight
wedding such a magical experience for both of us.

From your patience in answering all our questions leading up to the day to
your almost fanatical weather watching all afternoon (who knew there were so
many apps?! ) and then your ability to switch everything to outside at the
eleventh hour to ensure we could have the service in your beautiful gazebo
just made the perfect start to an amazing evening and the start of our
married life.

Perfect Day

The whole team did everything to make our day so special. Unfortunately the English weather didn't play ball with us, but it didn't affect the day at all. Everyone was so helpful and the day ran so smoothly. We just wish we could do it all again! Would recommend as a wedding venue!
