Best wedding venue ever!!!!

Where do we even begin?!!!!
The venue speaks for itself!!! It's grounds are absolutely stunning!!
We had visited a couple wedding venues and we're due to see another when we had booked in for our show around day.
Needless to say... We did not look at the venue we were due to see next. We had seen everything we could have ever wanted in this stunning venue, AND MORE!
Not only were the grounds stunning, but the staff are amazingly brilliant!!! Even on the show around day, we had one to one tour which honestly we did not get anywhere else we went which just made it that much more special.

The lead...

Where do we even begin?!!!!
The venue speaks for itself!!! It's grounds are absolutely stunning!!
We had visited a couple wedding venues and we're due to see another when we had booked in for our show around day.
Needless to say... We did not look at the venue we were due to see next. We had seen everything we could have ever wanted in this stunning venue, AND MORE!
Not only were the grounds stunning, but the staff are amazingly brilliant!!! Even on the show around day, we had one to one tour which honestly we did not get anywhere else we went which just made it that much more special.

The lead up to the wedding is a stressful time for the bride and groom, usually! Honestly, we were so chilled out because the online software that the orangery uses is so easy to use, easy to input what we require and to see what is required of us!! Even on the very little that we were unsure of, we would communicate via email or phone call and would get our answers almost instantly!!! How many suppliers or venues can actually do that!!

The staff at the orangery made the whole planning so seamless, nothing was not thought about or mentioned. They communicated with us alot especially in the month leading up to the wedding day and this was very much needed.

We had Bryony who was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely brilliant!!!
I said it before, during and after the wedding day but I'll say it again, although the orangery has a wedding going on almost every day, they honestly make your day feel like it's the only one, with all the effort and preparation that goes into it!!! Honestly I cannot praise this venue enough!!!

One of the things we were a bit disappointed with was that we could not do any food tasting, so just went on a whim to decide what food we chose for the day. We did get to try some other dishes on a VIP event that was put on months before. The reason for not having food tasting, the staff said they've never had complaints about their food and thought this was a bit strange. Well low and behold!!! The food was superb!!! We had the veggie soup, prawn cocktail, roast beef and chicken in mushroom sauce!!! All of which tasted absolutely amazing!!! So definitely trust their words!! The evening food we went for the burgers, well I myself was stuffed but our guests were so happy and said it was super tasty. One of the vegetarian guests said it was the best evening food they've had at a wedding!!!

On the day, we were super surprised and so in awe of the servers who served our food!!! I cannot explain until you see for yourself. Super professional and I've never seen anything like it! Everyone had commented on this after the wedding!

I could probably go on and on, but honestly the orangery and it's staff made our wedding flow so seamlessly, look absolutely stunning, and had the best communication with us.

We would recommend this venue and it's staff to anyone!!!! I can't imagine other venues give this much effort and care to their brides and grooms!! BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!!

Easy and lovely from start to finish

I cannot thank the staff enough for how amazingly attentive they was through the hole wedding planning process and questions we had was always answered or acknowledged within 24 hours if not a lot sooner.
Stunning grounds and beautifully amazing food. Not one of our guests could fault anything on the day at all, from start to finish. Everyone said how amazing the food was some even said best wedding food they've had in years.

On the day itself they was attentive but not intrusive, they was always there when you needed them to be and worked seamlessly in the back ground to ensure everything went perfectly.

Thank you to the entire team you really do an amazing job.

We loved our big day and wish we could do it all over again.

Where my vision and dream became a reality

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with, their professionalism, organisation, leadership was above anything I have ever seen before! They are real people who do care about your day, everything going to plan and your dream coming true before your very eyes! There is nothing too big or small that they won’t do for you, from very complicated wedding breakfast choices to helping fix a sign where the paint has started to chip. The day went smoothly and effortlessly because they look after you from start to finish ensuring you are the guests of honour and that everything is going to your vision. Can’t thank you enough and everyone I speak to that attended says it was the most beautiful day which was at the highest quality! Thank you so much xx

Cancellation of Wedding

I paid over £10,000 for the wedding to take place in May 2022 and due to COVID and unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to get married and therefore had to cancel the wedding. I did not use the venue for that day and gave The Orangery sufficient notice to rent out the venue for that day meaning that they were able to make an additional profit.
I explained to The Orangery over the last couple of years that it has been an extremely tough experience. I have recently been made redundant. On top of this, I am a mortgage prisoner. The mortgage is also increasing on a monthly basis. Furthermore, my uncle has lung cancer.

I have asked The Orangery if they could provide any discount as a gesture of goodwill as anything would have helped. However, they were not very flexible and I am very disappointed with the outcome as The Orangery is my dream venue. They refused to provide any of my money back nor provide a discount due to them being a "business". I do wonder what they have done with my money in the meantime, since they have not provided the venue for me whatsoever!

The Orangery's reply:

Hi Traudi, we have looked into this for you so that we can shed some light on the difficult decision made by our management team. As you cancelled your wedding 4 months before it was due to take place, we were unable to re-sell the date and therefore could not fulfill your request of a refund. This is outlined in clause 4 of the terms and conditions you signed in July 2021. We hope that explains our decision and we wish you all the best for the future.

Our dream wedding

We fell in love with The Orangery from our first visit. It had everything we wanted in a venue - beautiful outdoor options and importantly a beautiful indoor room in case of bad weather! The staff were excellent and helped us prepare everything exactly as we wanted it. Shout out to Natalia, who helped coordinate our entire day ensuring that everything went smoothly. The great thing about the venue is that they can help with almost everything if you want help with the organisation, but you can also completely personalise your day too.

Best wedding venue ever!!

The team at the Orangery were absolutely incredible and a huge part of what made our day even more special! They were on hand for any questions during the planning process and made our lives a lot easier - no question was too small and they were super supportive and accomodating throughout! We were able to just enjoy our day knowing that the team and Kate (our wedding coordinator) was running everything so smoothly and making sure that our guests were well looked after. The venue itself was absolutely stunning and everything we had dreamed of for our day, the Lapa was the most perfect place for our ceremony! The grounds were incredibly well looked after and the dressing room was stunning. We couldn't have asked for a better day, thank you so much!

The best venue!

Myself and my husband got married at The Orangery 23.03.24. From the moment we came to view it was clear that everyone knows exactly what they're doing. The grounds are venue are kept immaculately, the staff so knowledgeable and professional. Anyone getting married here is in very capable hands. Nothing was too much trouble - we had to do a last minute switch to an indoor wedding due to the weather and they rearranged decor perfectly. The staff serving dinner was like silver service. The food both for our wedding breakfast and the evening buffet was delicious. The DJ included had people on the dancefloor all night. So many of our guest said they couldn't believe how beautiful the venue was and said it was the best wedding they'd been to. Can't thank all the staff enough!

Absolutely amazing

Everything about this venue is beyond words. The food was perfect and we had so many compliments on how great it was. The staff were fantastic from planning to the day itself. Beth was brilliant at helping to keep everything running smoothly until the evening! I wish I could do this day again and it would without doubt be at this venue if I could

The Best Experience!

Can’t possibly summarise just how much we loved our day with the Orangery. As a bride I had absolutely no stress on the day. Beth, Harvey and Ella were amazing pre, during and even post! The team is friendly, communication is amazing and there isn’t one thing we would have changed. The venue is beautiful and food amazing!
The team also helped us reveal our pregnancy to our guests and were honestly amazing the whole way through!
Prices were fair and we really had the best time.
(Beth was also a dream as a wedding planner!!). I recommend you get married here or at least enquire:)

We can’t recommend enough.
The setting and food were a big hit with our guests. The team were amazing from our first meeting all the way and so professional on the day dealing with absolutely everything - we didn’t get one question and just made everything so easy all we had to do was enjoy it. They also went above and beyond and we can’t thank you enough. If I could give you more stars, I would!
