  The Autumnal Wedding of Our Dreams 🍂

  When we first came to see The Reid Rooms, we knew the second we left that it was the venue for us.
  
  We fell in love with the simplicity and beauty and that it needed little decoration because it already had everything it needed to feel warm and welcoming.
  
  Leading up to our wedding day, we communicated with Corrine and Angie who were both brilliant and used their years of knowledge by helping us with anything we needed and even offering their own advice from their experiences from previous weddings.
  
  On the day, we didn't have to think about anything other than making amazing memories with our family and friends because Angie made sure that everything ran smoothly.
  
  My husband and I were married on 3rd October 2024, and the venue at that time of year was breathtaking with the autumnal colours throughout the trees and greenery. This made it easy to get all of the stunning pictures we were able to capture with this as our backdrop.
  
  In the evening we had two lovely girls behind the bar and when the night quietened and the evening guests had left us, we're still helping us have the most amazing time. They are a credit to the venue.
  
  Overall we had the most magical day and all of our family and friends complimented the venue and grounds for it's beauty and the staff for their professionalism and kindness.
  I would do it all again in a heartbeat and I would always come back to The Reid Rooms.

  Perfect venue

  From the moment we stepped foot into the Reid Rooms we knew it was the venue for us and every time we went to visit, it kept getting better and better. Such a picture perfect venue for an autumnal wedding with the twinkling fairy lights and log burner.
  
  Corine and the team have been so lovely and helpful and always very quick to respond to emails and questions. Lucy our co-ordinator was an absolute gem, from our rehearsal to our wedding, she made the day run smooth, helped with nerves and I can't thank her enough for that.

  Wonderful venue!!

  The reid rooms is a perfect spot for a wedding.
  We loved it on the first viewing, and it got even better when went to view in the evening.
  The staff are amazing. Our wedding coordinator went above and beyond on the day, even helping to keep some of the children entertained whilst we were getting ready and when we were doing photos.
  Amazing communication from the first email to the last. Anything we wanted to know or ask was answered quickly.

  Lovely venue!

  My husband and I got married at The Reid Rooms on the 1st August and had the most AMAZING day! The venue is stunning and every single one of my guests complimented the setting in many ways. Our coordinator Lucy was so so lovely, both for the rehearsal meeting and on the day, making sure everything ran smoothly for us.
  The courtyard was a favourite aspect for us and our guests, a lovely place for the after ceremony drinks and in the evening to sit and chat to guests.
  All around amazing venue and amazing staff!

  Fantastic venue for a wedding

  We got married on the 29th July at the Reid rooms, it was an absolutely amazing day. From when we met Lucy the wedding organiser at the rehearsal everything went so smoothly. She was so helpful and everyone at the venue was amazing. We could not have had a better day. In the morning we had a fantastic cooked breakfast. Would highly recommend the Reid rooms for a wedding venue.

  The Holloways

  The Reid Rooms went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect day! The venue was beautiful and the staff were amazing in the run up and on the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue!

  Brilliant Venue

  We looked at over 10 venues and this was perfect as soon as we arrived. From the courtyard, the cosy ceremony room to the bar and dining area. The name spells it out, its a bunch of lovely rooms where your guests can chill, party or have a relaxing drink outside. The onsite accommodation is a massive win and the price was fantastic for our day in July 2024. Brilliant organisation too and would not hesitate to recommend.

  The best wedding venue in Essex!

  We absolutely loved The Reid Rooms from the moment we first saw it and they were really reasonable in comparison to some of the other venues we viewed. They are very flexible and offer a couple of outdoor ceremony options. We went for the meadow ceremony which was absolutely beautiful. The whole venue is so well decorated you do not need to add many extra touches. Corinne was so helpful with all the questions we had in the run up to the wedding and our coordinator on the day, Lucy, was amazing at organising everything and helping the day run smoothly. We had the best day ever!

  The most unique day

  We recently got married at the Reid Rooms Meadow Pavilion, with the tractor ride included!
  It was the most perfect day, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.
  From the start of the planning process all the way until the end of the day, the staff responded quickly and were extremely helpful.
  The venue itself is stunning with options for indoor and outdoor ceremonies, we were able to add a lot of our own touches to make the day uniquely ours. Something that not many other venues allow!
