We would like to say the biggest thank you to the team at The Woodman for making our wedding dreams come true! ✨️🤎 You provided us with the most magical setting and our day was just perfect from start to finish! You really listened to what we wanted and absolutely nailed our overall vision and the fun and relaxed vibe we wanted for the day! You fully embraced us and our crazy little tribe, even when we were running around in the mud in our wellies! Everything from the food, to the decor and the amazing staff on the night was just 👌🏼 A personal shout out needs to go to Nadia, for being an all round legend and...The Woodman Inn's reply:

A Wonderdul Wedding at the Woodman Inn
We had our wedding day at the Woodman Inn on the 8th March, 2025 and had a fantastic day. The venue itself was presented beautifully, and nothing was too much trouble for the team. They listened to what we wanted and were flexible with our requests – such as allowing us to have our own singer, crisp wall and sweet trolley, which they were kind enough to set up for us.
The whole day was a success from start to finish and ran smoothly. The service was fantastic, and the food was well received by everyone. Especially the lamb! We already knew the surroundings were beautiful, but on the day everything was perfect.

A very special place!
How to find the words to describe such an amazing place?
We already knew we loved the woodman after attending a wedding ourselves here some years earlier.
We first met Jordan (the manager) at a wedding fayre we attended. He was warm, friendly and down to earth and straight away it felt like we were talking to a friend.
Before the wedding any queries were replied to promptly and helpfully both over the phone and via email.
On the day I had no doubts that Jordan and his team would have everything under control and I wasn’t wrong in the slightest. The team went absolutely above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly! Loads of... -

Most perfect day
We are beyond grateful for everything the venue did for us, everything was perfect and they couldn't have done anymore for us to make our day special and stress free. The food was absolutely gorgeous and we received so many compliments from guests regarding the food. The venue is just stunning and nothing was too much trouble and we cannot thank them enough for helping our day be more perfect than we could have ever imagined. -

Our perfect wedding
We had the most perfect wedding day at The Woodman Inn. We used the Garden Room for the ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the evening. The room looked absolutely perfect for every stage of the day.
The team at The Woodman were amazing throughout the day and from the moment we booked. They were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions and requests that we had.
The day ran so smoothly, this was down to Nadia and Ben our wedding organisers who couldn't have done anymore for us. They were so friendly, helpful and professional.
We really do recommend using here for your wedding day, we couldn't have imagined it any better.The Woodman Inn's reply:

From the first time we walked into The Woodman Inn we knew it was a special place - from the location, staff, food and ambience.
Our first wedding meeting was with Ben who showed us around the venue, he was so welcoming and professional . He listened and offered advice when needed. The whole experience of planning with Ben and nearer to the date with Nadia was easy and a pleasure. So many guests commented about the amazing food and venue. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and our wedding was an amazing day!!
We both thank the Woodman Team for an incredible day from start to finish.

Could not recommend enough!
Could not recommend The Woodman Inn enough! We had our wedding in the country room in March, and the day was perfect! The setting and venue is fanastic, the staff were amazing and made the process of booking and planning a wedding in 4 months easy! On the day the staff could not do enough for us, and made the day flow steamlessly.
Last but not least, the food was outstanding and all our guests still 5 months on rave about the food(i highly recommend the garlic mushrooms).
Thank you to the team for all their help and support at making our dream reality become a reality (if not better). -
