  The perfect wedding

  We are so glad we booked West Bay at The Titanic Hotel for our wedding day. I was set on this venue from the minute we got engaged and it didn't disappoint. Everything on the day from the food, the hotel rooms, the service and the guidance from staff was spot on. A special mention to Lauren Moore, our wedding coordinator, who was honestly one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. She went above and beyond for us throughout the whole year before the wedding, she was literally on her knees steaming my veil an hour before the ceremony! I think that speaks volumes about her as a person, we made a friend for life in her.

  Wedding 22/10/24

  We got married here in the West Bay at the Titanic Hotel on 22/10/24.
  It was absolutely beautiful, the venue itself is amazing from the rooms, the halls, the bar, restaurant and to the wedding venue.
  The staff were great, very professional, happy to help with anything at all, from initially booking the venue 2 years ago right up to on the day.
  Our wedding coordinator Lauren was the most lovely lady, always happy, smiling came up to ensure we had everything we needed on the morning of the wedding and would reply to all email queries beforehand straight away.
  The food was lovely, lots of our guests complimented the food for the wedding breakfast and they loved the evening buffet!!
  The actual hotel rooms themselves are so spacious and comfortable all family that stayed the night before and after said they would 100% return for the price of rooms and breakfast was great value for money!

  From our initial communication with Faye to being matched with our coordinator, Sophie, to Joanne running the day for us, everything was perfect.
  The staff were so helpful, the venue was beautiful and the food was outstanding.

  The best day of our lives

  Sophie was the most organised, patient and helpful person I have had the pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made sure evening went according to plan which was perfect. She provided all of the information and kept us up to date at every stage. We can’t thank her enough for making our day so special/ Thank you Sophie.

  Amazing, perfect day!

  We got married at the Titanic Hotel in the Rum Warehouse on Friday 2nd August. Everything about the day was perfect from start to finish. Lauren was our wedding organiser and she was so helpful throughout the whole process, explained everything that we needed to know before the wedding and was always willing to answer any questions that we had. She made us feel so at ease and it honestly felt like we had known her for years. The team on the day were brilliant, everything went exactly how it was supposed to. I honestly can’t recommend this venue enough. Thank you to everyone who helped to make our day so special.

  Sensational Venue and Team!

  We recently had both our wedding at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool and everything from start to finish was exceptional. The service provided by Sophie, Daisy and the rest of the wedding events team was amazing and they were always on hand with any questions we had. On the day the entire team pulled together to give us a day and night which we will remember forever!

  Made to feel Special

  The venue was amazing, and if possible the staff even better! In the lead up to the wedding Sophie was brilliant. Answered all our questions quickly and clearly. Then on the day of the wedding Jo was our point of contact and she couldn't have done more for us. Talked us through what was coming next and guided through the day expertly with a smile on her face. Constantly checking up on us making sure we were happy with everything. Without prompt all of our gifts and cards were taken to our room and left with a lovely card and bottle from the hotel. We didn't have to worry or give anything a second thought all day.

  Titanic Hotel wedding coordinator

  I don’t even know where to begin… from when Lauren took over as our wedding coordinator at the beginning of the year right up until the day of the wedding Lauren was everything and more! The most kind, caring, helpful and amazing person. Nothing was ever much trouble and she kept me calm and relaxed throughout the whole time! It was an absolute pleasure to have Lauren work with us! Thankyou as well to everyone else from the Titanic from the concierge to the staff who looked after us on the wedding day. You all made our few days incredible!
