    Great value, Great Experience

    This is a good venue and we chose it because of its location and its value for money. Paying a price per head rather than a venue hire price and then catering on top made the value for money excellent compared to another that tried to charge £1000.00 just to switch on fairy lights and another that would allow access to their on site guest accommodation if the bride and groom spent £2500.00 on the honeymoon suite.

    The fairy lights at this venue are free and the honeymoon suite came with our package.

    Sammy is a brilliant wedding co-ordinator and always had time for us and what we needed. We were allowed to set up our wedding the day before and this made all the difference on the day itself. Overall it was a great day for us

    Mr and Mrs Jeffery’s wedding

    We can not fault the service provided on the day by Sammy, she ensured our day was everything we wanted it to be. The staff were very attentive to all our needs on the day, Even helping adjust the brides dress after the ceremony and saving us some of the canapés to eat ourselves! We would highly reccomend having your wedding here!

    Warbrook house wedding

    I have a slightly mixed review of my experience with Warbrook house Hotel.
    Through the wedding planning process upon viewing the venue my husband and I immediately loved everything that we saw, beautiful grounds, lovely interior and a very friendly and welcoming team with the wedding coordinator at the time being Kacey who we could see was excellent at her job.
    Some time passed when we were informed of changes, the current wedding coordinators were leaving and that there would be a replacement. It seemed to be new ownership. We went on to have the new wedding coordinator come, and soon leave Warbrook house. This is where my concerns and stress began. Included in our package was a toastmaster who we had the pleasure of meeting at a wedding open event where my husband and I brought along our families to see the venue. We all met the toastmaster and instantly got long well and were happy to have him be a part of our wedding day. Not long after this event I did receive an email explaining how he will no longer be our toastmaster and that we will have someone else which was a shame as we had gotten along well with the previous man.
    When we went to the hotel for our menu tasting we had a fantastic experience, we were given a paper document to write down our thoughts and any decisions of what we wanted. The food was excellent and it was clear to see which options we wanted, so we noted this down on the paper, though we didn't need to as I was emailed some time after to ask for our menu choices at a later date.
    The next visit we had to the venue was for our details meeting which to be honest did not help us whatsoever in the long run as it felt to us that everything we explained and discussed there, I was asked about in further emails as though our conversation never happened. An important point of this was relating to my brother in laws severe nut allergy which at the meeting we watched the coordinator write down and make that note. I followed up with about the this myself a couple of weeks before the wedding just to make sure about the allergy being catered to, we were then told the kitchen can not guarantee the food will be safe from cross contamination and that they suggest our guest brings his own food. This was a shock to us a short few weeks before the wedding. I will add that there was many, many emails back and forth to get to the conclusion that they definitely couldn't do anything to provide safe food. It ended up with my brother in law deciding that he wouldn't eat at the wedding. On the wedding day, with all of this back and forth, we watched him get served all three courses or the main menu regardless of his allergy. To comment on the food on the day, it was lovely and the same as we enjoyed at the tasting, we opted for chicken main which the chicken breast was a little dry but still enjoyable on the day.
    We checked in on Friday to stay the night before the wedding. Check in was a bit complicated for my bridal party but we all ended up with the rooms we needed.
    The set up of the wedding went exactly as I hoped, the events team were excellent, exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They did a fantastic job of setting out the decor which I supplied, exactly as I intended which was lovely. I had the benefit of being able to see the room starting being set up the evening before.
    Wedding morning was great, we used the Peony room to get ready which was fantastic. The breakfast spread was also lovely, good choices and great quality, we all loved it.
    We had an issue with my wedding car that I had booked to transport myself and my parents to the church, on arrival the driver explained he didn't realise we needed space for three passengers, the rest of the bridal party had already left so we were stuck. Our wedding Coordinator Sammy kindly drove my mum to the church in her car without hesitation which we are so grateful for. She really helped us out with that. The rest of the wedding went amazingly well, great service from the staff, the event ran smoothly and successfully. We had an amazing day.
    It was stressful in the lead up with a lot of back and forth and confusion since we originally booked the venue but it worked out well on the day. Overall I would recommend Warbrook house as a wedding venue as with the wedding team seemingly to be more permanent now, it shall only get smoother for future couples. Just please be aware severe allergies can't be catered to.

    We are very sorry that there was some miscommunication throughout your planning stages and for the stress this caused you. Please know that our new permanent and experienced team have worked very hard to minimise any concerns that have arisen from the changes of staff to ensure a smooth transition as much as possible.

    Unfortunately, we were forced to change our recommended Toastmaster with very little notice due to services offered not being up to standard. I hope you can understand this and know that we only had the very best weddings for our couples in mind when making these changes.

    It’s great to hear that your Mum got to the church in time despite the transport issues – Little challenges can pop up on the big day unexpectedly, but problem solving is all part of the job and our wonderful team are there to ensure your special day continues to run smoothly.

    Amazing venue!

    Warbrook house is a beautiful venue with the amazing grounds! The team were all so incredibly helpful and made the preparation, and day itself, run smoothly! Would recommend to anyone thinking of using this venue for their wedding ☺️

    Our Perfect Wedding Day!

    We attended a Wedding Showcase at Warbrook last year and immediately knew this would be the perfect venue for our small intimate wedding. The Drawing Room is gorgeous, full of charm and perfect for our ceremony and the House and grounds are beautiful. Thank you to Sammy, who coordinated our day meticulously and professionally from beginning to end. All the staff were extremely helpful. The food was absolutely delicious too! Our Wedding day was perfect in every way…..even the sun was shining! I would definitely recommend Warbrook as a wedding venue for big or small weddings.

    5-Star Service!

    We experienced excellent service working with this vendor for a wedding in June. The team communicated quickly ahead of the event and our musicians felt right at home at the venue! Warbrook House is a beautiful venue - an ideal setting for any couple's wedding day!

    Top marks great food excellent set up and suppor

    Top marks for almost everything – great food, excellent set up, service and support. You even managed to give us the hottest weekend of the year so far! We really had the most incredible day and we are so thankful to everyone who worked with us during the planning process and on the day itself.

    A perfect wedding day!

    We had a lovely day and couldn’t have been treated any better. All the staff we attentive and kind to everyone there. The only thing I’m sad about is that I can’t do it again!

    Everyone was fantastic, Emma was amazing during the organising, so never had to worry. Richard & Didier were all absolutely lovely.

    Perfect! Brilliant staff & venue

    We got married here on New Years Eve 2014. From the start of planning nearly 2 years in advance, right until the day after the wedding, our experience at Warbrook was brilliant!
    The grounds are beautiful & every room is stunning! The staff also contributed to such a brilliant day!

    Just to mention some members of staff in particular, who helped make the day so special:-
    Sarah helped us with all the planning & did a fantastic job, she was very helpful, caring & understanding, I am so pleased I had such an efficient contact to help me through the planning!

    Stephen - our master of ceremonies for the day was brilliant. Such a
    lovely guy, & he really worked so hard to make sure everything went ok
    and that we were both happy, both on the day and the night before.
    He made us feel very relaxed.

    Karlos - bar man & also the Waiter for Our top table. A very hard
    worker, and lovely guy. He really does deserve some recognition.

    Kate - on reception. A lovely lady who again worked very hard both the
    night before and the day of the wedding to ensure everything went well
    and again helped to make things less stressful.

    Many of our guests commented on how friendly and helpful the staff were.

    Finally to mention the food was amazing (both the night before & night
    of). My husband and I are quite fussy eaters, but they happily adapted the menu for us according to our needs, so thank you also to the chefs!

    We would highly recommend anyone to get married here, it was the only
    venue we viewed, but we knew straight away & definitely made the right decision!
