The best wedding day
We had the absolute best time at our wedding and it was largely down to Dawn and her team. From booking the date to the organisation, everything was so easy and well managed. No question was too small and they clearly have the process down like a well oiled machine. Dawn always made us feel comfortable and helped put any worries we had at ease throughout the process and leading up to the big day. On the wedding day Dawn and Peter were both around to make sure everything went well. We cannot thank them enough! -

We had the most amazing wedding at Whinstone View. Dawn and the rest of the staff were so attentive on the day and made sure that everything happened on time and that everyone was well looked after. It really took a lot of stress out of the day. The venue itself is beautiful and the food was fantastic (we had the pie, very recommended!). We booked the weekend package which included accommodation at the on-site log cabins for our close family and everyone loved them. The hot tubs got good use! We truly had the perfect wedding and we know that we owe a lot of that to Whinstone View and the staff that work there!Whinstone View's reply:

I really don't know where to start with this incredible venue.
After booking our wedding in 2018, we finally tied the knot in 2021, Mandy, Dawn, and all of the staff at Whinstone have been there for us through every step of the way, they were there every time we needed them and always went above and beyond in every way possible. When covid hit and we had to rearrange our wedding, they were just brilliant, they were in such a tough position as a business and yet their heart and soul went into making their brides and grooms at ease through all of that turmoil.

Absolutely flawless from start to finish.
Planning a wedding during a worldwide pandemic was never going to be easy, but Dawn and the team genuinely had our best interests at heart. Moved dates no bother, honoured our packages, and made our day absolutely perfect from start to finish.
The food was incredible, the lodges were fantastic, and it was well worth the wait. It was our dream come true - genuinely the best day of our lives and we plan to spend every anniversary having a meal here.
I’d recommend Whinstone View to anyone, for any occasion. The team genuinely go above and beyond to make it perfect! ❤️ -

Legg Wedding 2021
We had our wedding in Wrays Barn in August 2021 and it was the most perfect day.
Dawn is absolutely incredible. Throughout covid and all the uncertainty around whether we would be able to go ahead - Dawn helped and supported us throughout. Even when we produced possibly the worst table plan she’s ever seen! 😬😂
Dawn guided us through every step of the way and nothing was too big or too much of an ask.
I would recommend booking the lodges for before and after your big day - they are stunning and a morning in a hot tub with your new hubby followed by an amazing breakfast with your nearest and dearest... -

Absolutely amazing Wedding venue from start to finish. We started organising our wedding in the January and got married by the October, it was perfect. Nothing was to much!

My wife and I (still love saying that) had our wedding at Whinstone View on December 4th after having to delay it due to Covid. The day couldn’t have gone better! All of the staff were incredible and went above and beyond from the moment we walked in the day before, to the moment we left. Huge thanks to Charlotte who ran the day for keeping me, the warmest human who has ever lived, cool by adjusting the air con for me constantly and also Dawn who from our first meeting was excellent and made the day run without a single hitch, excuse the pun. Still a few months on people are still talking about the food (the pie)...Whinstone View's reply:

The team at Whinstone View gave us the best personal wedding experience that we could have asked for, right from the start when we were searching for a venue until after our big day. We want to do it all over again with the team at Whinstone!
We had quite a stressful time in the run up to the wedding, with covid putting the date on the rocks. However, Dawn and the team where flexible and empathetic throughout all of our stress. They pulled out all the stops to make sure our big day went as smoothly as possible, and they delivered!

Amazing from start to finish
Our whole day ran perfectly due to the staff at whinestone view. We didn’t feel any pressure and had the most enjoyable relaxed day they couldn’t of done anymore for us. The venue and accommodation were to a high standard the food was amazing we had the most amazing day. -

Just pure magic
Our wedding at Wray’s Barn Whinstone View was nothing short of magical. ✨
Planning a wedding up north whilst living down south could’ve been very stressful, but the team at Whinstone View made everything feel smooth, stress free and so enjoyable. They got back to me quickly with every query, were so helpful and lovely. On the day I felt in such safe hands, everything was seamless, the food and drinks were lush and the venue was just as stunning as I had imagined.
So romantic, rustic and beautiful.
We even stayed the night after and a had our first dinner date as husband and wife in the bistro, and it was unreal!
