Ms Cheyenne Crombie

Cheyenne was brilliant as my wedding coordinator, she demonstrated from our first call an immediate understanding of the type of small intimate wedding that I wanted. She built a strong relationship of trust in providing me great advice, tips, prompts and her professional and personal opinions on the arrangements, that- on the day were precisely what we wanted.

She was a professional, approachable, prompt in responding to my queries, patient, she also demonstrated she was very experienced and knew the venue intimately which was essential to the smooth running of our wedding day. On the day, she was the calm, warm, helpful, useful second pair of hands every bride needs.

Highly recommend Cheyenne and this gorgeous venue with attentive staff throughout the hotel!

Best Winter Wedding Ever!

Everyone at woodlands park was amazing all the staff went above and beyond to make sure our guests and ourselves were looked after. The whole day was magical start to finish. I cannot thank Cheyenne & Shaldon enough for all their hard work. Amazing time with so many personal touches. Forever greatful for all the staff. The guest were all extremely impressed with the hotel and their rooms too! Cannot wait to spend many anniversary’s there to come.

Perfect Wedding Venue

My wife and I got married here on 07/09/24… and it was the most perfect day. Huge shout out to Cheyenne Crombie for her fantastic service through out the wedding planning and all the little finishing touches she helped with, Also on the day Anna & Sheldon provided amazing service and was there on hand when ever needed, they felt like weddings guest of ours. While also keeping the day on track. They were very helpful to all our guests and helped out with what ever was asked. On a whole the venue is beautiful, the service is great and I will definitely return to celebrate an anniversary one day. To all the woodlands park team who was there on our special day. I would like to say a huge thank you..

From the moment we booked Woodlands 18 months in advance we were assigned a wedding co ordinator Cheyenne we was able to speak or email her any time with any question's we had. Our food tasting we was able to bring our parents so we got to try every dish which was all great. We were sent recommendations for suppliers, nothing was ever too much trouble. On our wedding day Anna & David worked with all the decor suppliers to make sure the room was how we wanted it and they were on hand if we needed anything from the start of the day up until the very end at midnight.
Our drinks reception and canapés was wonderful and the wedding breakfast the food was outstanding. The service from every member of staff we ever encountered was just incredible.
The attention to detail on everything they do for you was so thoughtful, when we went back to our honeymoon suite a teddy bear champagne and slices of our wedding cake were waiting for us. Everyone of our guests have contacted us saying what an amazing venue Woodlands is and how much they enjoyed it. The only down side is it’s all over now. Woodlands park hotel will forever be our special place for making our dream wedding a reality. Thank you.

We recently held our ceremony at Woodland Park Hotel, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The beautiful setting provided the ideal backdrop for our special day, and the rooms were all extremely nice, offering comfort and elegance. The staff truly went above and beyond, especially when helping with a lost luggage situation involving the father of the bride—nothing was too much to ask. They even went the extra mile to learn a Luxembourgish cocktail specifically for our event. Exceptional service in every way! Highly recommend.

What a day, what a wedding, what a service!

On the day Shaldon, Cheyenne & Magdi blew us away with their coordination of everything, for helping me (the bride) get 5 minutes of fresh air from the bridal suite on the day, Shaldon calming me (again the bride) when it was time to walk down the aisle and Cheyenne for all the planning and emails and phone calls to ensure we had absolutely everything ready. The day went off without a hitch and we loved every single minute of it! The Wedding breakfast was fantastic and the way they catered for those on our guest list with intolerance or allergies, surpassed even the guests expectations! One commenting, they have never been so full at a wedding and she usually carries snack bars to eat afterwards! Our guests who chose to stay at the hotel were invited to a private breakfast the day after, (45 total) and the spread they put on was absolutely out of this world. The Woodlands Park Hotel team are outstanding and are an asset to the hotel in general. The venue itself is sublime, especially if you like that national trust historic Manor House vibe. We cannot wait to find an excuse to go back and stay and wish we could do it all over again!

Fabulous wedding!

The first time we visited, we knew Woodlands Park Hotel was the right venue for our wedding. We’d looked at a lot of venues on line and had visited about ten of them, but we’d always had some reservations. Not so with Woodlands Park! We loved the venue itself: the beautiful rooms - the grand entrance hall; several room options for a civil ceremony (though the atmospheric Oak Room was quickly our favourite); the lovely grounds and outside patios. We could see there was loads of potential even if the weather was unkind (though on the day we were lucky with lots of sunshine.) We were very impressed with Cheyenne, the wedding coordinator we met on our first visit....

We were very impressed with Cheyenne, the wedding coordinator we met on our first visit. She was so engaging - professional, helpful, interested, friendly, and she readily and patiently discussed all the issues we wanted to raise and, whilst doing so, demonstrated a great knowledge of the hotel's wedding operations and the issues we would need to decide. Cheyenne has maintained that approach throughout our wedding planning and has been a pleasure to work with. We loved too, that we could have exclusive use of the hotel. Some of our guests and family stayed two nights giving our wedding the feeling of a grand house party. With mixed ethnicities, we asked for some adaptation of the standard menu which was agreed: we really appreciated this flexibility. We had excellent feedback from our guests who loved the venue, the food, and who enjoyed the whole event. We ourselves had a fabulous wedding weekend. A lot of that was down to the hard work, professionalism and good-humoured engagement of the staff at Woodlands Park Hotel, especially Shaldon, the Conference and Banqueting Manager. Now all we need to do is win the lottery so we can reside at Woodlands Park more permanently!

The best day of our lives!!!

I don’t really know where to start as the day went without a glitch! It was perfect from start to finish!
The whole team at woodlands park hotel which is Cheyenne, Shaldon, all the waiters and waitresses, the bar staff and reception staff were second to none, they did the most amazing job to give us a day we will never forget!
It really was out of this world and the best day of our lives! This hotel certainly is the most amazing venue and I am so grateful we got to have our wedding day here!
