Honestly, if I could do this all again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use the Royal Berkshire as a wedding venue. Set in beautiful stunning grounds, the hotel team work hard to create the most relaxed, homely yet stylish venue for your special day.

Both Dominika, Lydia (our wedding coordinator) and Sam, the food and beverage manager, made our day go without any hitches. Nothing was any trouble and it was the little touches throughout the day that they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day ever!

All our guests commented on the food and drinks and how wonderful and good quality everything was. No one was hungry, there was plenty to eat!

The grounds are stunning and make for fantastic photos. We were married in the walled garden and had organised a string quartet and it was simply classy, stylish and felt like we were in a secret garden yet very personal.

Honestly, couldn’t thank the team enough. A truly beautiful day in such a beautiful setting. Well worth every penny spent!

The venue is so amazing! We were lucky to have our wedding outside in the secert garden. It was the most magical day. The staff were so friendly and supportive. They always answered emails quickly and were always happy to arrange meetings.
We couldn't have asked for a better team in Dominika and Lydia. I was always phoning and emailing to explain my vision, they listened to everything and brought our vision to life.
On the day we ran into some issues but this was rectified so smoothly that no one would have known.
If I was to have a wedding again there would not be another place. We will definitely be back to the venue for other occasions.

My partner and I had the most magical wedding at the Royal Berkshire Hotel, and we can't stop raving about it! Our wedding planner, Dominika, was absolutely phenomenal. From day one, she was there to guide us with her wealth of experience and creative ideas. Her warm and friendly approach instantly put us at ease, and she took the time to understand our vision for the day. What really stood out was her adaptability—she was able to work within our budget without compromising on quality, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Dominika's organizational skills and attention to detail meant that we could relax and enjoy the planning process, knowing we were in safe hands.

On the day itself, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was out of this world! Our guests couldn't stop praising the delicious dishes and impeccable presentation. It's rare to find a venue that delivers both in terms of flavor and aesthetics, but the Royal Berkshire Hotel did just that. Each course was a delight, and the service was top-notch.

We came to visit The Royal Berkshire back in February 2020 before lockdown. We meet the lovely Evie and after that meeting we know we found the venue of our dreams!! And booked straight away!!

After lockdown staff had changed and we went through a couple of temporary wedding coordinators. I must say the communication was lacking and I found myself feeling very nervous and not sure who was looking after our big day.

Then something magical happened! The Royal Berkshire found the perfect team! And we was met by the Lovely Dominika who invited us in for a chat. We spoke about the day, voiced our concerns and we were heard, listened to and reassured that our wedding was in good hands.

The venue invited us to an open evening, where they had revamped the wedding space to update it, we were able to check out the new fresh rooms and try the delicious canapés.

Near the time of the wedding we did our menu tasting. We were given a choice of food and wines to try for the big day.

2 months away from the wedding, we was given our personal wedding coordinator for the day it’s self!! The lovely Lydia!! At first I was a little upset that Dominika was not going to look after the day it’s self! But we met with Lydia and fell in love!! She saw my vision my bible book!! And loved it!!

The Friday before the wedding we had are final handover with Lydia who was looking after the day of the wedding and Sam who was looking after the evening part of the wedding. The handover was perfect we went through all the details and was happy.

The wedding was a big success with no hiccups, Lydia was able to take everything from my wedding planner and make my vision come true.

We had the absolute perfect wedding day. We’d like to give a huge thanks to all the staff at Royal Berkshire, especially Dominika who made us feel at ease throughout and able to just relax and enjoy our day! We had quite a few different events and items to consider throughout the day, being a multi-cultural wedding and all our requests were accommodated and we were left to just enjoy the day as it unfolded.

We loved the grounds, the amazing trees, walled garden, roses and the stunning colours at every time of year that we visited the venue. We had just over 130 guests and the size of the venue was perfect for our needs. The overriding feeling of the day though was how much happiness there was in the air.

Dominika and all the team at Royal Berkshire made our wedding day so special. They accommodated all our requests and were the nicest at every interaction. The day of our wedding was perfect thanks to them, we could not have wished for more. The food was delicious, beverages kept flowing, the grounds are gorgeous, the staff make everything seem easy and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Where do we begin? From the moment we enquired at the Royal Berkshire, we were blown away. The whole team are just there to please and help and I cannot fault them. From the show around process, to the organisation, to the actual day, I have no faults! The team were always on hand to answer any questions that we had or to support with our plans. The staff made us feel so at home every time we visited and always knew us by name/ when our wedding was.On the day, we were made to feel like royalty and there was no job that they couldn’t help us with. We are so grateful to all of the staff that made our day so special, we wish we could relive the whole experience again. Thank you all so much for making our dreams come true! I don’t even know where to start, we had our perfect day last week and everything from the very first time we came to look around to even the day after our wedding day the whole team at the Royal Berkshire were just incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, they were so flexible and really listened to our vision and the attention to detail was second to none. The communication has always been great and on the day everything ran like clockwork. The food was AMAZING and the dinner service was great. All our guests even commented how great the breakfast was the next day. All the rooms are lovely and so comfortable and spacious. We honestly cannot recommend the Royal Berkshire enough for making our day so incredible.

100% recommend! We honestly cannot recommend Royal Berkshire Hotel enough. From our very first meeting with Dominika, we knew this was the venue for us. Even before we booked, Dominika and the team were always quick to answer any questions we had. Every time we visited the venue, we were greeted with a smile and everyone was so friendly. Before the wedding, we were invited to see the hotel after a refurb which was a lovely evening of drinks and canapés. The menu tasting was also amazing, all the food and wine were great, it was difficult to choose our final menu!

The staff at Royal Berkshire are second to none. Dominika and the wedding team made everything so easy for us and the whole wedding day went perfectly because of them. Also, the kitchen staff were so accommodating of various food allergies and intolerances our guests had, and everything was as delicious as the menu tasting, if not better!

We had our wedding reception at Royal Berkshire and it was amazing!! It is a lovely venue, with beautiful grounds and great photo opportunities!
Cheyenne in particular was so incredibly helpful from start to finish and particularly during a time of having to postpone due to covid! She was professional, very supportive in dealing with my constant emails and made the process of having to postpone as stress free as possible!
On the day itself, the team were very welcoming, helpful and did such a fantastic job in setting up the room. A lot of our guests commented on how beautiful it looked!

Royal Berkshire gave us the perfect wedding day! Our day was absolutely perfect and completely exceeded expectations because of how excellent the venue was. The staff were absolutely amazing – lots of guests have messaged us saying how lovely and helpful all the staff were. They have commented about how the wedding felt effortless – we couldn’t agree more!

We were delighted with the wedding breakfast room setup – extra touches like using the rose petals to scatter on the cake table and welcome table which is something we didn’t ask them to do. Guests have been raving about the food – we knew the food would be excellent from our tasting day, but wow it was even better on the day. The evening food was brilliant too. Our guests were so impressed by the beautiful grounds at the hotel, and said that the breakfast the morning of and after the wedding was very very good.

Dominika, the wedding manager, from the moment we met her, was absolutely amazing! – so organised, reassuring, adaptable, fun and she gave such great advice that really helped us with our planning. Planning a wedding at the Royal Berkshire has been such an enjoyable experience because of Dominika and her fantastic team. We really cannot speak highly enough of the staff there! If you are looking for the perfect wedding venue, do not hesitate - book the Royal Berkshire.

I would just like to say how fantastic Justyna was. Literally she was on hand at any time and was always making sure everything was perfect for us, even my sisters pointed out after the wedding how attentive she was and wanting to make sure everybody had the perfect time. I would really like you to pass this feedback on to her and her manager as I think it is really important that she knows just how thankful we are that she was part of our day. Overall the service from you all was also fantastic, there was always somebody nearby if we needed anything
The food...AMAZING! So many people commented on how lovely the food was, from the canapes through to the wedding breakfast and the evening food. Marc did speak with the chef to pass on the great feedback but again, if you wouldn't mind passing this on again, we would very much appreciate it.

Overall though we would like to thank Royal Berkshire for part hosting literally the best days of our lives. The day was perfect and glad we picked such a beautiful hotel. We will definitely be visiting for drinks on occasion as the place will stay close to us.

Well I’m not quite sure where to start. So I’ll start with the most important, the biggest heartfelt thank you! Words just can’t describe how magical our wedding day was at the Royal Berkshire and that was down to you and the very professional friendly team you have around you at the hotel.
We felt that all of the staff from the bar to the banqueting team were just all so excited for our special day, not just on the day but the whole up run and every time we popped in. We really felt welcome and special to you all. We are still receiving kind words and compliments about the staff and venue. Our guests were especially blown away by the service during the wedding breakfast, the way the food was served so finely and precisely was sensational. The food was absolutely remarkable.
We would like to give a very special mention to Justyna. What a wonderful and lovely lady she is. It was a pleasure having her to help lead such a wonderful day. Justyna really put me at ease before the ceremony and was so helpful throughout the day, especially making sure my dress was in perfect position. Justine has played a very big part in our journey, it seems a distant memory ago when she was presenting our menu tasting. Justine has always made us feel very important and so special. She is an asset to the Royal Berkshire.

One of my favourite memories of the whole day is when you were holding the doors shut before my entrance and asking if I was ready... and then the grand reveal. I would relive that moment over and over again if I could.
