Rumleigh Farm is a rustic haven in Yelverton, Devon, and a magical place for couples to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by nature and their loved ones. It is a rare, idyllic treasure hidden in the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Set on 17 acres, the farmstead has existed since before the Domesday Book.

We have several rustic buildings licenced for your wedding. From our large events barn, built in the 17th Century, to the Farmhouse Living Room, a medieval Devon Long Barn, down to our rustic River Shack on the banks of the River Tamar, the choice is yours. Equally, there are many areas outside that can be your perfect wedding setting. We are striving to be as eco-friendly as possible. With wood-fired biomass boilers, our own spring-supplying water, and solar panels, we tread lightly on the land. Regeneratively farming with rare breed native sheep and goats, we will be certified organic by February 2025.

The farmhouse sleeps 18 in relaxed countryside luxury; most rooms are ensuite. The Events Barn is licenced for 60 for a sit-down Wedding Breakfast and a maximum of 120 for an evening reception. With exclusive hire from Friday noon until Monday noon available or shorter elopement packages, we offer the flexibility for you to create your perfect wedding with friends and family.
